Garlic,an asexually propagated crop,is the second important bulb crop after the onion and is used as a vegetable and medicinal *** and diverse garlic resources have been formed over thousands of years of ***,genome variation,population structure and genetic architecture of garlic agronomic traits were still not well ***,1100258 single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)were identified using genotyping-by-sequencing in 606 garlic accessions collected from43 *** structure,principal component and phylogenetic analysis showed that these accessions were divided into five *** agronomic traits,including above-ground growth traits,bulb-related and bolt-related traits in two consecutive years were implemented in a genome-wide association *** total,542 SNPs were associated with these agronomic traits,among which 188 SNPs were repeatedly associated with more than two *** SNP(chr6:1896135972)was repeatedly associated with ten *** associated SNPs were located within or near 858 genes,56 of which were transcription ***,one non-synonymous SNP(Chr4:166524085)in ribosomal protein S5 was repeatedly associated with above-ground growth and bulb-related ***,gene ontology enrichment analysis of candidate genes for genomic selection regions between complete-bolting and non-bolting accessions showed that these genes were significantly enriched in‘vegetative to reproductive phase transition of meristem’,‘shoot system development’,‘reproductive process’,*** results provide valuable information for the reliable and efficient selection of candidate genes to achieve garlic genetic improvement and superior varieties.

Infection by the bacterium Helicobacter pylori is a putative cause of various gastric disorders, including gastric adenocarcinoma. Incident rates are associated with variants of the H. pylori virulence factor cytotoxin-associated gene A protein (CagA), encoded by the gene cagA. However, these variants have not been characterized in China, where gastric cancer is common. We investigated the diversity of CagA variants in H. pylori strains isolated from a Chinese population. The 3' variable region of cagA genes from 66 clinical isolates in China were amplified by polymerase chain reaction, sequenced, aligned, and analyzed. All 66 H. pylori strains were CagA-positive, of which 93.9% were East Asian type and the tyrosine phosphorylation motifs (TPMs) were EPIYA-ABD. The remainder was Western type, in which TPMs were EPIYA-ABC. Interestingly, two of sixty-two strains (3.2%) of the East Asian type were mutated into ESIYA-B, whereas all four Western type (100%) strains were mutated into EPIYT-B. Both of the two strains with Western-type CagA obtained from gastric cancer patients contained a distinguished mutation on the first residue following the EPIYA site in the EPIYA-A motif. The predominant CagA type in these H. pylori strains isolated from Chinese patients in China was East Asian, with TPMs EPIYA-ABD, and there existed mutations in both the East Asian and Western type CagA.

由于具有高能量密度和环境友好性,锂硫电池成为备受关注的下一代电化学储能系统,然而硫和硫化锂的低电导率和多硫化锂的穿梭效应严重影响锂硫电池的实际比容量和循环性能.本研究制备出了具有高氮含量(原子数分数20.08%)和高比表面积(1000m^2·g^(-1))的a-MEGO@g-C_3N_4复合材料,并将其用作隔膜修饰层.在0.1C(1C=1675mA·g^(-1))的充放电速度下,采用修饰隔膜的电池首次放电容量达1244mAh·g^(-1);在0.5C下循环800次,衰减率为0.062%,两项指标明显优于对比电池.实验研究发现,a-MEGO@g-C_3N_4隔膜修饰后电池性能的提高来源于两方面:(1)高比表面积的a-MEGO@g-C_3N_4通过物理吸附固定多硫化物;(2)g-C_3N_4与多硫化锂通过形成C-S键与Li-N键抑制穿梭效应,并对溶解的活性物质实现再利用.本研究为以g-C_3N_4为基础的高氮碳材料在锂硫电池中的应用提供了可能.

为了提高多翼自治水下机器人姿态自主控制的稳定性和控制性能,设计了基于多翼水下机器人全参数控制模型的姿态控制系统.首先对多翼自治水下机器人进行运动学和动力学分析,建立多翼自治水下机器人的全参数运动控制模型;在此基础上建立多翼自治水下机器人整体控制系统,设计基于线性二次型最优控制的多翼自治水下机器人姿态控制器;最后进行多翼自治水下机器人姿态控制仿真实验.结果表明:在给定的外界干扰下,多翼自治水下机器人能够快速稳定跟踪目标姿态,所建立的控制器以及控制模型能够满足多翼水下机器人姿态的自主控制需要,达到设计目标.

异沙叶蝉可传播小麦矮缩病毒Wheat dwarf virus(WDV)和小麦黄条纹病毒Wheat yellow striate virus(WYSV)两种病毒。本文根据WDV和WYSV的基因序列分别设计两种病毒的特异性引物对,以含有上述两种病毒的异沙叶蝉样品总RNA为模板,以随机引物为3′端通用引物反转录获得cDNA,然后在同一个PCR反应体系加入两对引物,分别得到与预期相符的773 bp和322 bp扩增产物条带。通过对引物浓度、dNTP和rTaq用量以及退火温度等条件进行优化,建立了能在同一异沙叶蝉体内检测WDV与WYSV两种小麦病毒的双重RT-PCR方法。该双重PCR方法特异性强、敏感性高,可以快速准确地在一个体系里同步检测介体昆虫体内的两种病毒,有效地检测虫体内病毒带毒率,这些结果可为病毒预测预报和病害防治提供参考。

Safety,high protein content,and the numerous health benefits make Spirulina an outstanding source of bioactive *** from Spirulina,which exhibit antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,and antihypertensive effects,may assist in the management of cardiovascular diseases(CVDs).Here,we present the optimization of enzyme-digested hydrolysates derived from Spirulina *** using response surface methodology(RSM).We also evaluated the biological activity of Spirulina protein hydrolysates(SPHs)in contributing to the amelioration of hypertension and associated cardiovascular *** findings suggest that Spirulina protein extracts contain a complex proteinaceous composition with phycocyanin being the dominant protein,as evidenced by both SDS-PAGE and LC-MS/MS *** protease,protease K,andα-chymotrypsin exhibited a substantial hydrolytic effect on Spirulina protein,taking into account their degree of hydrolysis(DH),peptide yield,and molecular weight ***-factor experiments identified pH,temperature,and enzyme/substrate ratio as the key factors influencing ***,optimal hydrolysis conditions for the proteases were determined via RSM,leading to a considerable enhancement of the actual *** showed that SPHs have strong antioxidant activity against various free radicals,with a higher ability to scavenge hydroxyl ***,SPHs inhibited macrophage nitric oxide secretion and significantly inhibited angiotensin I-converting enzyme in vitro at 400μg/*** is worth noting that SPHs prepared with protease K exhibited a potent anti-hypertensive effect in *** findings indicate the potential usefulness of including dietary SPHs in preventing hypertension and associated *** research could be valuable in guiding the development of health-promoting foods within the Spirulina industry.

目的:了解我国部分地区总额控制下按病种分值付费的实施情况,为进一步完善付费方式提供参考。方法:以总额控制下按病种分值付费的操作流程为基础,比较我国台湾地区、淮安市、南昌市、中山市4个地区对其的具体实践。结果:按病种分值付费在总额的控制与分配、病种分值的建立、调整系数的设定、结算方法的制订、配套机制与监督考核方式的设置等方面存在差异。结论:总额控制下按病种分值付费是否应按诊疗方式进行病种细分、如何合理设定调整系数、如何进行病种分段补偿以及如何强化监督管理等问题仍需进一步思考和探索。
