The selective 2e^(−)ORR reaction on polymeric carbon nitride framework is one of the most promising approaches for solar-driven hydrogen peroxide ***(heptazine imide)(PHI)as a class of K+-incorporated crystalline carbon nitride framework,is highly active for photocatalytic H_(2)O_(2)*** upgrade on the H_(2)O_(2)photoproduction performance of PHI is realized and the mechanistic insights are revealed in this *** photochemical reaction,the electron withdrawing groups of hydroxyl group and cyano group are grafted on the surface of PHI *** dual polarization sites on the sur-face contribute significantly to the enhancement of the exciton *** optimized PHI with dual polarization sites exhibits a remarkable photocatalytic H_(2)O_(2)production performance,which is 2times of the active pristine *** importantly,the photochemical reaction method is generally applicable to improve the exciton dissociation of a wide range of polymeric carbon nitride frameworks with vari-ous structure and compositions;and the thiourea-derived polymeric carbon nitride framework with dual surface polarization sites exhibits a remarkable photocatalytic performance with a high H_(2)O_(2)production rate of 40.5 mmol h^(−1)g^(−1).

Objective:Buyinqianzheng Formula(BYQZF)is clinically employed in traditional Chinese medicine to treat Parkinson's disease(PD)by improving mitochondrial ***,the underlying mechanisms by which BYQZF affects mitochondrial morphology remain ***,we observed the effects of BYQZF on mitochondria from the perspective of the PINK1/Parkin ***:Cell survival rates were assessed by Cell Counting Kit-8 *** levels of PINK1 and Parkin mRNA were examined by *** expression levels of PINK1,PINK1-Ser228,Parkin,Parkin-Ser65,Drp1,and Drp1-Ser637 were examined by western ***1,Parkin,and MitoTracker?Red CMXRos(MTR)were stained by triple-labeled immunofluorescence,and observed under laser confocal ***:Cell survival rate,mitochondrial form factor,mean length and number of mitochondrial network branches,mitochondrial activity,m RNA expression levels of PINK1 and Parkin,and protein expression levels of PINK1,Parkin,and Drp1-Ser637 were reduced after 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium(MPP^(+))*** contrast,Pearson's correlation coefficients between PINK1 and Parkin,and between Parkin and MTR,as well as protein expression levels of PINK1-Ser228,Parkin-Ser65,and Drp1 increased significantly after MPP^(+) *** with BYQZF increased cell survival rate,mitochondrial form factor,mean length and number of mitochondrial network branches,mitochondrial activity,m RNA expression levels of PINK1 and Parkin,and expression of PINK1,Parkin,and Drp1-Ser637 ***'s correlation coefficients between PINK1 and Parkin,and between Parkin and MTR,as well as protein expression levels of PINK1-Ser228,Parkin-Ser65,and Drp1 decreased after BYQZF ***:These results demonstrate that BYQZF has a protective effect on mitochondrial molecular mechanisms in the PD cell model,and the mechanism is related to the PINK1/Parkin pathway.

Objective:To summarize the current clinical evidence related to the therapeutic effects and safety of adjuvant scalp electro-acupuncture (SEA) treatment for Parkinson's disease in ***:Following the PRISMA statement,seven electronic databases were searched to retrieve randomized controlled clinical trials that used SEA combined with medication as the treatment intervention,and medication as the *** 5.3 was used to analyze outcomes,including the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS),Webster scale,effectiveness rate,and UPDRS ***:Nine randomized controlled trials,with certain methodological flaws and risks of bias,were included that involved 474 *** combined with medication was more effective than medication alone in overall therapeutic effects,as evidenced by total UPDRS scores (mean difference (MD):7.15,95% confidence interval [CI] 0.24 to 14.07,P =.04),Webster scores (MD:1.60,95% CI 0.20 to 2.99,P =.03),and effectiveness rate (risk ratio:1.35,95% CI 1.19 to 1.54,P <.001).In addition,there was significant improvement in pooled motor function results after adjuvant SEA treatment compared with medication alone (MD:5.75,95% Cl 4.18 to 7.32,P <.001).Conclusion:The combination of SEA and medication may be a promising intervention for patients with Parkinson's disease,especially to improve motor ***,results were inconclusive,and additional studies with rigorous experimental design and larger sample sizes are needed to verify these results.

Objective:To identify the molecular mechanisms of the effects of the Buyin Qianzheng formula(BYQZF)on the mitochondrial dynamics in a Parkin overexpression Parkinson's disease(PD)cell ***:First,a stable Parkin overexpression cell model was constructed using plasmid ***,we examined the protective effect of BYQZF on the mitochondrial dysfunction of the Parkin overexpression PD cell model induced by neurotoxin 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium ion(MPPþ).The mRNA expression level of Parkin was evaluated using real-time quantitative *** cell survival rate was detected using the Cell Counting Kit-8 *** evaluated the cellular adenosine triphosphate(ATP)levels using luciferase assays.A laser scanning confocal microscope was used to observe the mitochondrial morphology,activity,and mitochondrial membrane potential(DJm).Western blot was conducted to evaluate the levels of the fusion proteins mitofusin1,mitofusin2,optic atrophy 1,dynaminrelated protein 1,and mitochondrial fission protein ***:Parkin overexpression attenuated MPPþ-induced mitochondrial damage,increased mitochondrial activity and *** increased the survival of MPPþ-induced cells that overexpressed Parkin and upregulated the mitochondrial form factor and *** also inhibited a decrease in the DJm and ATP *** findings suggested that BYQZF protected against MPPþ-induced mitochondrial dysfunction and enhanced the protective effect of Parkin ***,the formula upregulated the expression of the fusion proteins mitofusin1,mitofusin2,and optic atrophy 1(closely related to mitochondrial quality remodeling),and reduced the expression of the fission protein dynamicrelated protein 1,as well as mitochondrial fission protein ***:The mechanism by which BYQZF increased the mitochondrial protective effect of Parkin gene overexpression in MPPþ-induced cells may be related to improving mitochondrial function and regulating the balance of mitochondrial

The Young's modulus, shear modulus and Poisson's ratio of monolayer arsenene with different sizes were calculated by finite element method, so as to explore the influence of dimension and orientation on the mechanical properties of monolayer arsenene. The calculation results show that the small size has a significant effect on the mechanical properties of the monolayer arsenene. The smaller the size, the larger the Young's modulus and Poisson's ratio of the monolayer arsenene. The size change has a great influence on the Young's modulus of the arsenene handrail direction, and the Young's modulus of the zigzag direction is not sensitive to the size change. Similarly, the size change has a significant effect on the shear modulus of arsenene in the handrail direction, while the shear modulus in the zigzag direction has no significant effect on its size change. For the Poisson's ratio, the situation is just the opposite, and the effect of the size change on the Poisson's ratio of the arsenene zigzag direction is greater than that of the handrail direction.

In this paper,uniaxial compression test is performed on granites cooled at different temperatures to study mechanical characteristics of *** conclusions are as follows:（1） the stress-strain curves of rocks after high temperature cooling show characteristics of brittle fracture,dividing into four stages:compaction stage,linear elastic stage,weakening stage and failure stage.（2） There are two temperature thresholds for the influence of temperature on the mechanical properties of rocks:mechanical properties of the rock deteriorate with increasing temperature between the room temperature and first temperature threshold;in the second temperature threshold range,The mechanical properties of the rock are gradually strengthened as the temperature rises;when the temperature exceeds the second temperature threshold,the mechanical properties of the rock gradually deteriorate.（3） Based on Weibull distribution,the damage evolution laws are proposed and the corresponding constitutive equations are *** the theoretical model can partially reflect the mechanical properties of the rock under different temperatures.

针对永磁悬浮轨道弯道侧向力控制系统的大惯性、纯滞后以及非自衡等特点,提出一种DMC-PID串级控制的永磁悬浮侧向力控制策略。结合PID的快速响应能力和DMC预测控制的抗干扰能力强优点,二者优势互补。对比传统PID控制策略、DMC-PID串级控制策略在永磁悬浮侧向力控制系统中的动态性能。仿真结果表明:DMC-PID串级控制策略较传统PID控制策略控制效果更优,具有侧向力波动更小、调节时间更短以及响应速度更快等优点,表现出良好的跟随性和抗干扰能力。在永磁悬浮列车转弯时,采用DMC-PID串级控制策略能够较快通过控制数字液压缸的伸缩使得车载磁体与磁轨磁体对中,侧向力趋近于目标值0 N,较大程度提高永磁悬浮列车的平稳性。

Cancer is a predominant culprit behind worldwide death and accounts for up to 10 million deaths every *** is the primary therapeutic method employed for cancer in clinical settings and is essential in controlling tumor *** the advances in this field,tumor invasion and metastasis during treatment remain a significant cause of treatment ***,the underlying mechanisms involving such a disappointing phenomenon are still not fully ***(VNB)extends the lifespan of many cancer patients in the clinic as an emerging chemotherapy drug approved by Food and Drug Administration(FDA).However,VNB-induced tumor metastasis is still an intractable problem,which may be closely related to the abnormal oxidative stress generated during VNB-mediated ***,the study aims to construct a reductive nanosystem loaded with VNB,called VNB-VNP,to improve cancer cure rates and reduce tumor *** the reductive component vitamin E,VNB-VNP can effectively reduce oxidative stress and significantly outperform free VNB in preventing tumor *** transcriptome analysis shows that VNB-VNP can alleviate the over-expression of ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase 2(ENPP2),which may be the main reason why VNB-VNP can inhibit tumor invasion and ***,the research designs a new platform for VNB treatment,which demonstrates promising efficacy in inhibiting neoplastic progression and identifies a new mechanism associated with VNB-induced tumor metastasis,which may offer several valuable references for enhancing chemotherapy efficacy in clinical anti-tumor therapy.
