Reusable microcarriers with appropriate surface topography,mechanical properties,as well as biological modification through decellularization facilitating repeated cell culture are crucial for tissue engineering ***,we report the preparation of topological polyetheretherketone(PEEK)microcarriers via gas-driven and solvent exchange method followed by hydrothermal treatment at high temperature and *** hydrothermal treated for 8 h,the resulting topological PEEK microcarriers exhibit walnut-like surface topography and good sphericity as well as uniform size distribution of 350.24619.44 *** the average width between ravine-patterned surface of PEEK microcarriers is 7806290 *** repeated steam sterilization by autoclaving for three times,topological PEEK microcarriers show nearly identical results compared with previous ones indicating strong tolerance to high temperature and *** is a unique advantage for large-scale cell expansion and clinical ***,PEEK microcarriers with special topography possess higher protein adsorption *** addition,the reutilization and biofunctionalization with repeated decellularization of topological PEEK microcarriers show highly beneficial for cell adhesion and ***,our study is of great importance for new generation microcarriers with micro-and nano-scale surface feature for a broad application prospect in tissue engineering.

The development of an excellent,bioabsorbable hemostatic material for deep wound remains a *** this work,a biodegradable cotton-like biomimetic fibrous mat of poly(L-lactic acid)(PLLA)was made by melt ***,SD composite was prepared by cross-linking sodium alginate(SA)with dopamine(DA).It was immobilized on the fibre surface,which inspired by mussel ***,Fe^(3+)was loaded onto the 0.5SD/PLLA composite by chelation with the carboxyl of alginate and phenolic hydroxy of *** haemostasis experiment found that the hemostatic time 47 s in ***,the bleeding volume was 0.097 g and hemostatic time was 23 s when 20Fe^(3+)-0.5SD/PLLA was applied in the haemostasis of the rat *** a result of its robust hydrophilicity and bouffant cotton-like structure,it could absorb a large water from blood,which could concentrate the component of blood and reduce the clotting ***,the addition of Fe^(3+)in the 0.5SD/PLLA had a significant effect on improve hemostatic *** also displayed excellent antibacterial property for Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus ***,it possesses superior hemocompatibility,cytocompatibility and ***,20Fe^(3+)-0.5SD/PLLA has high potential application in haemostasis for clinical settings due to its outstanding properties.

通过测试高温下掺与未掺聚丙烯(PP)纤维、有无钢筋网的C60高性能混凝土板内部不同深度处的温度和热应变变化,研究了PP纤维和钢筋网对C60高性能混凝土板高温变形性能的影响.结果表明:C60高性能混凝土板内部各深度处的温度随着加热时间的推移而升高,随着与受热面距离的增加而递减;与高温下未掺纤维但布置钢筋网的钢筋混凝土板升温速率相比,掺加PP纤维可降低钢筋混凝土板的升温速率;高温下混凝土板的热应变随着温度的升高而增大,在相同温度下,距混凝土板底部受热面50 mm处的热应变最大;与高温下未掺纤维但布置钢筋网的钢筋混凝土板热应变相比,掺加PP纤维可降低钢筋混凝土板的热应变,两者在距钢筋混凝土板底部受热面25、50、75 mm处所测的热应变最大差值分别为54、50、36μm/m左右;距底部受热面25 mm时,钢筋混凝土板中钢筋周围混凝土的热应变明显小于无钢筋网混凝土板的热应变,表明钢筋和PP纤维均能降低混凝土在高温下的热应变,改善混凝土的变形性能.

为研究纤维及二次养护对C60高性能混凝土(high performance concrete,HPC)高温后强度的影响,对掺加聚丙烯纤维、钢纤维及混杂纤维(聚丙烯纤维和钢纤维混掺)的C60 HPC进行模拟火灾试验;待试件冷却至常温(20℃)后,分别设计2组试验(一组为直接加载,另一组为继续标准养护14 d后进行加载),测定其抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度。试验结果表明:随受火温度升高,各纤维掺量C60 HPC抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度均下降;与不掺或单掺纤维相比,混掺纤维可显著降低高温对混凝土的损伤;对高温后C60 HPC进行二次养护可使其抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度得到一定程度回升。

采用e-Beam电子辐射和冻融循环相结合的方法制备了磺胺嘧啶银(SD-Ag)/聚乙烯醇(PVA)水凝胶。研究了制备工艺对PVA水凝胶的性能的影响。通过拉伸性能测试、吸水率检测、SEM和FT-IR等表征,考察了PVA浓度(占总质量5%~15%)、冻融与辐射处理等对PVA水凝胶拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、吸水性、凝胶含量和微观结构等的影响。结果表明:随着PVA浓度增大,PVA水凝胶的拉伸强度提高。当PVA浓度为15%、辐射剂量为25kGy时,单独辐射、辐射后冻融及冻融后辐射三种工艺制备的PVA水凝胶拉伸强度分别为0.023 MPa、0.048MPa、0.028MPa,吸水率分别为为95%、45%、63%,说明经冻融处理的水凝胶力学强度提高,吸水率有所下降。然后,选择适当的制备工艺并在PVA水凝胶中加入SD-Ag,考察了SD-Ag/PVA水凝胶的抑菌性能,抑菌活性测试结果显示,随着SD-Ag含量的增加,SD-Ag/PVA水凝胶的抑菌效果增强,而且其对革兰式阴性菌(大肠杆菌)的抑菌效果优于其对革兰式阳性菌(金黄色葡萄球菌)的抑菌效果。

针对当前高层建筑普通混凝土强度低、韧性差的现状,以不同乳胶粉掺量、矿粉掺量、纤维种类及掺量为影响因素,利用正交试验设计了9组纤维-聚合物混凝土,进行了抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度试验,并基于试验结果提出了纤维-聚合物的最优配合比。结果表明:随着乳胶粉的增加,混凝土的强度均显著升高;随着3种纤维自身伸长率、弹性模量的增大,混凝土的抗压强度、劈裂强度和抗折强度均有不同程度的提高;当矿粉掺量为30%、纤维体积掺量为0.15%时,混凝土的和易性和力学性能最优。

In this paper,the numerical simulation method is used to study the ballistic performances of hourglass lattice sandwich structures with the same mass under the vertical incidence of *** is paid to elucidating the influences of rod cross-section dimensions,structure height,structure layer,and rod inclination angle on the deformation mode,ballistic performances,and ability to change the ballistic direction of *** results show that the ballistic performances of hourglass lattice sandwich structures are mainly affected by their structural *** this respect,structural parameters optimization of the hourglass lattice sandwich structures enable one to effectively improve their ballistic limit velocity and,consequently,ballistic performances.

A resilience-incorporated risk assessment framework is proposed and demonstrated in this study to manifest the advantageous seismic resilience of precast concrete frame(PCF)structures with“dry”connections in terms of their low damage and rapid *** framework integrates various uncertainties in the seismic hazard,fragility,capacity,demand,loss functions,and post-earthquake *** this study,the PCF structures are distinguished from ordinary reinforced concrete frame(RCF)structures by characterizing multiple limit states for the PCF based on its unique damage ***,probabilistic story-wise pushover analyses are performed to yield story-wise capacities for the predefined limit *** the seismic resilience analysis,a step-wise recovery model is proposed to idealize the functionality recovery process,with separate considerations of the repair and non-repair *** recovery model leverages the economic loss and downtime to delineate the stochastic post-earthquake recovery curves for the resilience loss *** such,contingencies in the probabilistic post-earthquake repairs are incorporated and the empirical judgments on the recovery parameters are largely *** proposed framework is demonstrated through a comparative study between two“dry”connected PCFs and one RCF designed as alternative structural systems for a prototype *** results from the risk quantification indicate that the PCFs show reduced loss hazards and lower expected losses relative to the ***,the PCF equipped with energy dissipation devices at the“dry”connections largely reduces the expected economic loss,downtime,and resilience loss by 29%,56%,and 60%,respectively,compared to the RCF.

Tropical cyclones typically form over warm tropical and subtropical ocean surfaces, as their formation and intensification rely primarily on the energy provided by the ocean. Pioneering research by Gray (1968) revealed that the formation of tropical cyclones requires the sea surface temperature (SST) to be no less than 26.5℃. Consequently, SST is commonly recognized as a crucial parameter among the environmental factors influencing tropical cyclone formation(Gray, 1979;Emanuel and Nolan, 2004).
