Lobularia maritima(L.)*** an ornamental plant cultivated across the *** belongs to the family Brassicaceae and can tolerate dry,poor and contaminated ***,we present a chromosome-scale,high-quality genome assembly of *** based on integrated approaches combining Illumina short reads and Hi–C chromosome conformation *** genome was assembled into 12 pseudochromosomes with a 197.70 Mb length,and it includes 25,813 protein-coding *** 41.94%of the genome consists of repetitive sequences,with abundant long terminal repeat transposable *** genomic analysis confirmed that *** underwent a species-specific whole-genome duplication(WGD)event~22.99 million years *** identified~1900 species-specific genes,25 expanded gene families,and 50 positively selected genes in *** annotations of these genes indicated that they are mainly related to stress *** results provide new insights into the stress tolerance of ***,and this genomic resource will be valuable for further genetic improvement of this important ornamental plant.

Establishing how lineages with similar traits are phylogenetically related remains critical for understanding the origin of biodiversity on *** traits in plants are widely used to explore phylogenetic relationships and to delineate taxonomic *** subtribe Swertiinae(Gentianaceae)comprises more than 350 species with high floral diversity ranging from rotate to tubular corollas and possessing diverse *** we performed phylogenetic analysis of 60 species from all 15 genera of the subtribe Swertiinae sensu Ho and Liu,representing the range of floral diversity,using data from the nuclear and plastid *** topological conflicts were present between the nuclear and plastome *** of the 15 genera represented by multiple species are polyphyletic in both *** floral traits including corolla type,absence or presence of lobe scales,nectary type,nectary position,and stigma type are randomly distributed in the nuclear and plastome trees without phylogenetic *** also revealed the likely ancient hybrid origin of one large clade comprising 10 genera with diverse floral *** results highlight the complex evolutionary history of this *** phylogenies constructed here provide a basic framework for further exploring the ecological and genetic mechanisms underlying both species diversification and floral diversity.

Radiations are especially important for generating species biodiversity in mountainous *** contribution of hybridization to such radiations has rarely been ***,we use extensive genomic data to test whether hybridization was involved in evolutionary radiation within Rhododendron subgenus Hymenanthes,whose members show strong geographic isolation in the mountains of southwest *** sequenced genomes for 143 species of this subgenus and 93 species of four other subgenera,and found that Hymenanthes was monophyletic and radiated during the late Oligocene to middle *** hybridization events were inferred within and between the identified clades and *** suggests that hybridization occurred both early and late during diversification of subgenus Hymenan thes,although the extent to which hybridization,speciation through mixing-isolation-mixing or hybrid speciation,accelerated the diversification needs further *** of isolation and contact in such and other montane ecosystems may have together promoted species radiation through hybridization between diverging populations and *** radiation processes may apply to other montane floras in this region and elsewhere.

Genomic divergence of Populus euphratica species complex

How genome divergence eventually leads to speciation is a topic of prime evolutionary *** islands of elevated divergence are frequently reported between diverging lineages,and their size is expected to increase with time and gene flow under the speciation-with-gene-flow ***,such islands can also result from divergent sorting of ancient polymorphisms,recent ecological selection regardless of gene flow,and/orrecurrent background selection and selective sweeps in lower combination *** is challenging to disentangle these nonexclusive alternatives,but here we attempt to do this in an analysis of what drove genomic divergence between four lineages comprising a species complex of desert poplar *** this complex we found that two morphologically delimited species,Populus euphratica and Populus pruinosa,were paraphyletic while the four lineages exhibited contrasting levels of gene flow and divergence times,providing a good system for testing hypotheses on the origin of divergence *** show that the size and number of genomic islands that distinguish lineages are not associated with either rate of recent gene flow or time of ***,they are most likely derived from divergent sorting of ancient polymorphisms and divergence *** found that highly diverged genes under lineage-specific selection and putatively involved in ecological and morphological divergence occur both within and outside these *** results highlight the need to incorporate demography,absolute divergence measurement,and gene flow rate to explain the formation of genomic islands and to identify potential genomic regions involved in speciation.

基因组大小在被子植物物种之间存在着巨大的变异,但目前对不同生活型被子植物功能性状与基因组大小的关系缺乏统一的认识。本研究基于被子植物245科2,226属11,215个物种的基因组大小数据,探讨了不同生活型物种种子重量、最大植株高度和叶片氮、磷含量4个功能性状与基因组大小之间的关系。结果表明,被子植物最大植株高度和种子重量与基因组大小间的关系在草本和木本植物中存在显著差异。草本植物最大植株高度与基因组大小的关系不显著,但种子重量与其呈极显著的正相关关系。木本植物最大植株高度与基因组大小显著负相关,但种子重量与其关系不显著。木本植物叶片氮含量与基因组大小呈显著正相关,但其他生活型植物的叶片氮、磷含量与基因组大小均无显著相关性。本研究表明被子植物功能性状与基因组大小的相关性在不同生活型间存在差异,这为深入研究植物多种功能性状和植物生活型与基因组大小的权衡关系在植物演化和生态适应中的作用提供了重要依据。

The rapidly advancing energy storage performance of dielectric ceramics capacitors has garnered significant interest for applications in fast charge/discharge and high-power electronic *** the exceptional electrical properties in harsh environments can further promote their practical *** carriers can be excited under luminance irradiation,thereby leading to degradation of energy storage ***,a synergic optimization strategy is proposed to enhance energy storage properties and luminance resistance of(K_(0.5)Na_(0.5))NbO_(3)-base(KNN)***,the introduction of Bi(Zn0.5Ti0.5)O_(3) solid solution and La3+ions disrupts the long-range polar orders and enhances super paraelectric relaxation ***,doping La3+ions can increase the band gap and reduce oxygen vacancy concentration,resulting in excellent luminance ***,the viscous polymer process is employed to suppress the grain growth and promote chemical *** a result,ultrahigh recoverable energy storage density(Wrec)of 8.11 J/cm3 and high efficiency(η)of 80.98%are achieved under an electric field of 568 kV/***,the variations in Wrec andηare only 12.45%and 1.75%,respectively,under 500 W xenon lamp irradiation compared to the performance under a dark *** findings hold great potential in facilitating the practical application of dielectric ceramic capacitors in luminance irradiation environments.

Purpose: This study aims to evaluate the treatment plans of Volumetric-modulated arc therapy (VMAT) and intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) techniques for cervical-thoracic esophageal cancers. Methods and Materials: Sixty patients were retrospectively identified. Several parameters were evaluated based on target conformity and dose-volume histograms of organs at risk (lung, spinal cord, and heart). A phantom for time comparison was also assessed for each plan. Results: The IMRT plans (5f-IMRT: V95% = 99.4 ± 0.3, 7f-IMRT: V95% = 99.8 ± 0.1) results in better PTV coverage than RA plans (Single-arc: V95% = 95.8 ± 3.2, Double-arc: V95% = 95.4 ± 2.3). The target dose conformity of the 5f-IMRT plan was inferior to all plans (CI = 70.4 ± 7.1). The Single-arc plan achieved the best conformity (CI = 72.5 ± 4.6), whereas the Double-arc plan (CI = 72.1 ± 5.1) was slightly inferior to the Single-arc plan but superior to the 7f-IMRT plan (CI = 71.7 ± 8.6). The total MU was reduced by 42.1% in VMAT plan. The average MU needed to deliver the dose of 60 Gy for Single-arc (423.5 ± 52.1 MU) was found to be the least. Similarly, the average MU for the 5f-IMRT, 7f-IMRT and Double-arc were 868.2 ± 182.0 MU, 870.0 ± 225.3 MU and 548.8 ± 47.2 MU, respectively. The delivery time in VMAT plans

Purpose: Verified the delivered dose distribution of lung cancer Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy (SBRT) using the cone-beam CT images.
