A real-time vehicle monitoring is crucial for effective bridge maintenance and traffic management because overloaded vehicles can cause damage to bridges,and in some extreme cases,it will directly lead to a bridge *** weigh-in-motion(BWIM)system as a high performance and cost-effective technology has been extensively used to monitor vehicle speed and weight on ***,the dynamic effect and data noise may have an adverse impact on the bridge responses during and immediately following the vehicles pass the *** fast Fourier transform(FFT)method,which can significantly purify the collected structural responses(dynamic strains)received from sensors or transducers,was used in axle counting,detection,and axle weighing technology in this *** further improve the accuracy of the BWIM system,the field-calibrated influence lines(ILs)of a continuous multi-girder bridge were regarded as a reference to identify the vehicle weight based on the modified Moses algorithm and the least squares *** situ experimental results indicated that the signals treated with FFT filter were far better than the original ones,the efficiency and the accuracy of axle detection were significantly improved by introducing the FFT method to the BWIM ***,the lateral load distribution effect on bridges should be considered by using the calculated average ILs of the specific lane individually for vehicle weight calculation of this lane.

Aiming at improving the estimation accuracy and real-time of nonlinear system with linear Gaussian sub-structure,a novel marginalized cubature Kalman filter is proposed in Bayesian estimation framework. Firstly,the marginalized technique is adopted to model the target system dynamics with nonlinear state and linear state separately,and the two parts are estimated by cubature Kalman filter and standard Kalman filter respectively. Therefore,the linear part avoids the generation and propagation process of cubature points. Accordingly,the computational complexity is ***,the accuracy of state estimation is improved by taking the difference of nonlinear state estimation as the measurement of linear state. Furthermore,the computational complexity of marginalized cubature Kalman filter is discussed by calculating the number of floating-point operation. Finally,simulation experiments and analysis show that the proposed algorithm can improve the performance of filtering precision and real-time effectively in target tracking system.

Physical layer security transmission issue in simultaneous wireless information and power transfer(SWIPT)relay network with multiple eavesdropers is investigated in this paper.A novel cooperative beamforming algorithm is proposed to balance performance of cooperative jamming method and zero-forcing *** location prior information of eavesdropper,the proposed method imposes zero-forcing constraints on the capable eavesdropper and cooperative jamming on remaining weak eavesdropper,*** with classical cooperative jamming or zero-forcing methods,the proposed method can compromise computational complexity and secrecy *** of the method is verified by simulation experiments.

Person re-identification(Re-ID) is integral to intelligent monitoring ***,due to the variability in viewing angles and illumination,it is easy to cause visual ambiguities,affecting the accuracy of person *** approach for person re-identification based on feature mapping space and sample determination is *** first,a weight fusion model,including mean and maximum value of the horizontal occurrence in local features,is introduced into the mapping space to optimize local ***,the Gaussian distribution model with hierarchical mean and covariance of pixel features is introduced to enhance feature ***,considering the influence of the size of samples on metric learning performance,the appropriate metric learning is selected by sample determination method to further improve the performance of person *** results on the VIPeR,PRID450 S and CUHK01 datasets demonstrate that the proposed method is better than the traditional methods.

Aiming at the problem of filtering precision degradation caused by the random outliers of process noise and measurement noise in multi-target tracking(MTT) system,a new Gaussian-Student’s t mixture distribution probability hypothesis density(PHD) robust filtering algorithm based on variational Bayesian inference(GST-vbPHD) is ***,since it can accurately describe the heavy-tailed characteristics of noise with outliers,Gaussian-Student’s t mixture distribution is employed to model process noise and measurement noise *** Bernoulli random variable is introduced to correct the likelihood distribution of the mixture probability,leading hierarchical Gaussian distribution constructed by the Gaussian-Student’s t mixture distribution suitable to model non-stationary ***,the approximate solutions including target weights,measurement noise covariance and state estimation error covariance are obtained according to variational Bayesian inference *** simulation results show that,in the heavy-tailed noise environment,the proposed algorithm leads to strong improvements over the traditional PHD filter and the Student’s t distribution PHD filter.

A symbol level secure precoding scheme based on band-region constraint of the eavesdropper’s receiving signal is proposed to enhance the energy efficiency of cell-free multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO)networks in the presence of an eavesdropper while guaranteeing the quality of service(QoS)of user and the security of ***,to lighten its high computational complexity,original problem is divided into several cascade sub-problems firstly,and then those sub-problems are handled by combining Lagrangian dual function and improved Hooke-Jeeves method *** ex-periment with other secure symbol-level precoding schemes demonstrate that proposed scheme can achieve the lower power consumption with almost same symbol error rate and QoS of user.

A novel variational Bayesian inference based on adaptive cubature Kalman filter(VBACKF)algorithm is proposed for the problem of state estimation in a target tracking system with time-varying measurement noise and random measurement ***,the Inverse-Wishart(IW)distribution is chosen to model the covariance matrix of time-varying measurement noise in the cubature Kalman filter ***,the Bernoulli random variable is introduced as the judgement factor of the measurement losses,and the Beta distribution is selected as the conjugate prior distribution of measurement loss probability to ensure that the posterior distribution and prior distribution have the same function ***,the joint posterior probability density function of the estimated variables is approximately decoupled by the variational Bayesian inference,and the fixed-point iteration approach is used to update the estimated *** simulation results show that the proposed VBACKF algorithm considers the comprehensive effects of system nonlinearity,time-varying measurement noise and unknown measurement loss probability,moreover,effectively improves the accuracy of target state estimation in complex scene.

Dear editor,The basic concept of observability is used to express the possibility to recover the state from measurements in modern control theory [1–3]. It is a qualitative parameter,which cannot reflect the observable degree(OD) ability [4,5].Therefore, the OD is presented to quantitatively obtain the function. The quantitative parameter is effective for indicating the exact degree of estimation ability.
