The steady and unsteady leakage flow and heat transfer characteristics of the rotor blade squealer tip were conducted by solving Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Stokes （RANS） equations with k-co turbulence model. The first stage of GE-E3 engine with squealer tip in the rotor was adopted to perform this work. The tip clearance was set to be 1% of the rotor blade height and the groove depth was specified as 2% of the span. The results showed that there were two vortexes in the tip gap which determined the local heat transfer characteristics. In the steady flow field, the high heat transfer coefficient existed at several positions. In the unsteady case, the flow field in the squealer tip was mainly influenced by the upstream wake and the interaction of the blades potential fields. These unsteady effects induced the periodic variation of the leakage flow and the vortexes, which resulted in the fluctuation of the heat transfer coefficient. The largest fluctuation of the heat transfer coefficient on the surface of the groove bottom exceeded 16% of the averaged value on the surface of the squealer tip.

Psoriasis is an autoimmune infammatory disease,where dendritic cells(DCs)play an important role in its *** our previous work,we have demonstrated that topical delivery of curcumin-loaded poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)(PLGA)nanoparticles(NPs)could treat Imiquimod(IMQ)-induced psoriasis-like *** objective of this study is to further elucidate biofate of PLGA NPs after intradermal delivery including DCs uptake,and their further traffcking in psoriasis-like mice model by using fuorescence ***-sized DiO/DiI-loaded PLGA NPs of 50±4.9 nm(S-NPs)and 226±7.8 nm(L-NPs)were fabricated,*** vitro cellular uptake results showed that NPs could be internalized into DCs with intact form,and DCs preferred to uptake larger ***,in vivo study showed that L-NPs were more captured by DCs and NPs were frstly transported to skindraining lymph nodes(SDLN),then to spleens after 8 h injection,whereas more S-NPs were transported into SDLN and ***,FRET imaging showed more structurally intact L-NPs distributed in skins and lymph *** conclusion,particle size can affect the uptake and traffcking of NPs by DCs in skin and lymphoid system,which needs to be considered in NPs tailing to treat infammatory skin disease like psoriasis.

Psoriasis is an autoimmune skin disease in which dendritic cells(DCs) trigger the progression of psoriasis by complex interactions with keratinocytes and other immune cells. In the present study,we aimed to load celastrol, an anti-inflammatory ingredient isolated from Chinese herbs, on mannosylated liposomes to enhance DC uptake as well as to induce DC tolerance in an imiquimod-induced psoriasis-like mouse model. Mannose was grafted onto liposomes to target mannose receptors on DCs. The results demonstrated that compared with unmodified liposomes, DCs preferred to take up more fluorescence-labeled mannosylated liposomes. After loading celastrol into mannose-modified liposomes,they effectively inhibited the expression of maturation markers, including CD80, CD86 and MHC-II, on DCs both in vitro and in vivo. Additionally, after intradermal injection with a microneedle, celastrolloaded mannose-modified liposomes(CEL-MAN-LPs) achieved a superior therapeutic effect compared with free drug and celastrol-loaded unmodified liposomes in the psoriasis mouse model in terms of the psoriasis area and severity index, histology evaluation, spleen weight, and expression of inflammatory cytokines. In conclusion, our results clearly revealed that CEL-MAN-LPs was an effective formulation for psoriasis treatment and suggested that this treatment has the potential to be applied to other inflammatory diseases triggered by activated DCs.

According to the setting problem of satellite elevation mask of rocket onboard GPS real-time positioning, the influence of defilade angle on carrier rocked positioning precision is analyzed, and furthermore, the dynamics calculate method of satellite elevation mask based on the observable lowest elevation is put forward. Tested using the actual task data, the result shows that this method can utilize the most satellites to take part in rocket positioning, also, the position precision and the speed precision are all meet the demand. This method is especially propitious to the carrier rocket positioning calculate in the telemetry arc segment of Marine Tracking.

从法律视角研究政府数据开放许可协议,有助于精准识别协议的基本性质和法律构造,提升协议履行的规范化、法治化,保障政府数据开放运动的持续、健康发展。理论源流方面,开放许可协议契合知识共享、数据生产理论,是基于数据权属争论和数据安全考量下的必然选择。法律属性上,开放许可协议兼具公法“行政”属性和私法“合同”属性,应认定为新型行政合同。未来,开放许可协议应该吸收公法规制与私法自治的合理成分,在恪守程序正当原则基础上,探索建立公益诉讼或者代表人诉讼等救济机制,以全方位提升政府数据开放的法治化水平。

Effect of Seawater Soaking on Explosive Cornea Injury

Objective: To observe the changes in corneal tissue after explosive corneal injury and the effect of seawater soaking on the healing of cornea after explosive injury with the help ofoptical microscope. Methods: Make 10 similar explosive injury models of rabbit′s eyeball using 10 adult greyrabbits. For each rabbit, both eyes are artificially injured through explosion; its right eye is the comparison eye and after the injury the left eye is soaked in seawater for 30 *** slit lamp examinations, fluorescein dyeing, and ultrasonic cornea thickness metering on the corneas at intervals, that is, before the injury, 1 , 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 12, 15days after the injury respectively. Examine the corneas under the optical microscope andmake ***: The corneal thickness of the experiment eye becomes apparently thicker than thatof the comparison eye after the injury. The corneal clouding of the former apparentlyaggravates compared with the latter. The healing of corneal epithelium in the injured eye isslower compared with that in the comparison eye. Comparative examination under the opticalmicroscope shows: after the injury, the corneal tissue of the experiment eye changesdistinctly, its healing is delayed and the vascularization degree becomes high in ***: Scars and vascularization of various degrees will appear in corneal stroma afterexplosive injuries. Seawater soaking will have bad effects on the healing of the corneainjured in explosions.

介绍了针对旧办公楼原有布局狭小、预制楼板存在安全隐患、屋面渗漏、建筑立面过时、门窗破旧等进行的全面改造和扩建。重点分析了其中有关设计、施工方面应用到的技术处理措施,包括地基压密注浆处理、化学植筋、叠合结构、基础、砌体、混凝土结构加固、节能保温等,以及采用合理有效的技术措施取得的安全、经济等方面的良好效果。该项目改造成本只有新建项目的 50%,而且建筑功能、节能效果、安全系数都能达到新建项目同等水准,为我国旧建筑的改造提供了一个很有借鉴意义的成功案例。
