In this paper,the authors consider both the nodes’opinions dynamics and signed network edges’*** Annealing Algorithm is applied for searching the minimal global energy function,and bounded confidence model is used for nodes’opinions *** authors find that the local and global level of balance of signed network is consistent with collective opinions *** property is explainable in terms of the structure balance of the sign distributions on the nodes and *** level of balance and the final opinions polarization pattern are achieved depends on the initial density of signed network,and the percentage of initial positive *** simulations of the proposed model display a rich and intuitive behavior of the opinions polarization *** particular,the authors show that opinions persistent fluctuations is consistent with minimal global the energy *** work verify that signed social networks are indeed limited balanced,could be used to explain ubiquitous binary polarization phenomenon of real world.

Distributed electricity generation technologies,like solar photovoltaic(PV),have achieved rapid development in recent years,but are constrained by some problems such as low marketization and lag in public *** peer-to-peer(P2P)electricity trading,which allows direct electricity transactions between local consumers and prosumers,has the potential to efficiently distribute the profits coming from self-consumption of PV electricity among all *** study proposes a three-layer P2P electricity trading system for communities with high penetration of household distributed *** trading system includes a physical layer based on the power grid,an information layer based on a virtual agent network,and a market layer based on a continuous double auction(CDA)mechanism combined with market *** using simulation of trading experiments,a community with 60 houses and 50%PV occupancy is studied as a *** show that in one day,62.5%of the surplus PV electricity of all prosumers actually can be consumed within the *** P2P electricity trading of this part of electricity,total incomes of prosumers can increase by 11.5%,and total expense of all users decrease by 7.5%,resulting in that the net expenses of the whole community decrease by 13.8%.It is concluded that P2P electricity trading can unite the whole PV community as a bigger prosumer,and make every residential house in the community share the profits from local PV consumption,which could promote the subsidy-free development and grid parity of household distributed PV in the future.

Background:The surveillance of antimicrobial resistance genes(ARGs)and bacteria is one critical approach to prevent and control antimicrobial resistance(AMR).Next-generation sequencing(NGS)is a powerful tool in monitoring the emergence and spread of ARGs and resistant *** horizontal transfer of ARGs across host bacteria mediated by plasmids is a challenge in NGS surveillance for resistance because short-read sequencing can hardly generate the complete plasmid genome sequence,and the correlation between ARGs and plasmids are difficult to ***:The complete genome sequences of 455 mcr-carrying plasmids(pMCRs),and the data of their host bacteria and isolation regions were collected from the NCBI *** of Inc types and ARGs were searched for each *** genome similarity of these plasmids was analyzed by pangenome clustering and genome ***:A total of 52 Inc types,including a variety of fusion plasmids containing 2 or more Inc types were identified in these pMCRs and carried by complex host *** cooccurrence of ARGs in pMCRs was generally observed,with an average of 3.9 ARGs per ***-two clusters with consistent or highly similar sequences and gene compositions were identified by the pangenome clustering,which were characterized with distributions in different countries/regions,years or host bacteria in each ***:Based on the complete plasmid sequences,distribution of mcr genes in different Inc type plasmids,their co-existence with other AMRs,and transmission of one pMCR across regions and host bacteria can be revealed *** plasmid genomes and comparisons in the laboratory network are necessary for spread tracing of ARG-carrying plasmids and risk assessment in AMR surveillance.

Introduction:Salmonella is a key intestinal pathogen of foodborne disease,and the plasmids in Salmonella are related to many biological characteristics,including virulence and drug resistance.A large number of plasmid contigs have been sequenced in bacterial draft genomes,however,these are often difficult to distinguish from chromosomal ***:In this study,three different customized Kraken databases were used to build three different Kraken *** genome benchmark datasets and simulated draft genome benchmark datasets were ***-fold cross-validation was used to evaluate the performance of the three different Kraken classifiers by two benchmark ***:The predictive performance of the classifier based on all National Center for Biotechnology Information plasmids and Salmonella complete genomes was *** optimal Kraken classifier was performed with Salmonella isolated in *** plasmid carrying rate of Salmonella in China is 91.01%,and it was found that the Kraken classifier could find more plasmid contigs and antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs)than results derived from a plasmid replicon-based method(PlasmidFinder).Moreover,it was found that in the strains carrying ARGs,plasmids carried more ARGs[three,95%confidence interval(CI):1–14]than chromosomes(one,95%CI:1–7).Discussion:We found building a high-quality customized database as a Kraken classifier to be ideal for the prediction of Salmonella plasmid sequences from bacterial draft *** the future,the Kraken classifier established in this study will play a significant role in ARG monitoring.

Chinese forest musk deer(FMD),an endangered species,have exhibited low reproductive rates even in captivity due to stress *** revealed the presence of di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP),an environmental endocrine disruptor,in the serum and skin of captive *** FMDs with maslinic acid(MA)has been observed to alleviate the stress response and improve reproductive rates,although the precise molecular mechanisms remain ***,this study aims to investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying the alleviation of DEHP-induced oxidative stress and cell apoptosis in primary peritubular myoid cells(PMCs)through MA *** PMCs were isolated and exposed to DEHP in *** results demonstrated that DEHP significantly suppressed antioxidant levels and promoted cell apoptosis in primary ***,interfering with the expression of PRDX6 was found to induce excessive reactive oxygen species(ROS)production and cell apoptosis in primary *** with MA significantly upregulated the expression of PRDX6,thereby attenuating DEHP-induced oxidative stress and cell apoptosis in primary *** findings provide a theoretical foundation for mitigating stress levels and enhancing reproductive capacity of in captive FMDs.
