基于载物台运动信息的显微图像拼接算法研究

传统非实时图像拼接方法易因局部图像失配导致全局拼接中断。此外,显微图像具有大量相似的微观结构,存在特征检测耗时长、误匹配率高等问题。为此,提出一种基于载物台运动信息的显微图像预测拼接算法。通过控制电动载物台XY轴移动距离来决定相邻图像间重叠区域大小,在图像的重叠区域采用加速稳健特征算法检测特征点。利用图像间前后位置关系预测待匹配特征点的范围,在预测范围内筛选出最小欧氏距离的待匹配点。最后通过匹配特征点对的斜率粗筛选匹配点对,随机抽样一致性算法进行精匹配并计算单应性矩阵配准图像完成拼接,使用改进的加权平均算法融合拼接图像。实验结果表明:与暴力匹配和快速最近邻搜索算法相比,所提算法匹配率提高7.95%~26.52%,有效提高配准精度。同时,当图像分辨率为1600×1200时,多图拼接速率为2 frame·s^(-1),其效果优于AutoStitch软件拼接效果。

为研究铁皮石斛(Dendrobium officinale)应激活化蛋白激酶(stress-activated protein kinase,SAPK)基因家族的功能,综合多种生物信息学技术鉴定铁皮石斛SAPK(DoSAPK)家族成员,分析它们的理化特性、染色体定位、系统进化树、基因结构和启动子顺式作用元件等,并通过荧光定量PCR技术检测它们在不同组织、低温处理及盐胁迫处理后的表达量。结果表明,铁皮石斛有8个SAPK家族成员,分为group I、group II和group III亚家族,分布在7条染色体上,且2对基因间存在复制关系。在同一亚族中的家族成员具有类似的基因结构、保守基序和蛋白质二级结构。DoSAPK家族基因的启动子区域富含大量激素响应和胁迫应答相关的调控元件。不同DoSAPK成员在铁皮石斛各组织中均有不同程度的表达,具有组织表达特异性。在低温和盐胁迫处理下呈现差异化表达,可能受到低温和盐胁迫的调控,特别是DoSAPK1在铁皮石斛逆境应答过程中可能起着重要的作用。本研究为铁皮石斛DoSAPK家族基因及其功能的深入研究提供了参考。

This paper proposes a colour variation minimization retinex decomposition and enhancement with a multi-branch decomposition network(CvmD-net)to remove single image darkness. The network overcomes the problem that retinex deep learning model relies on matching bright images to process dark images. Specifically, our method takes two stages to light up the darkness in initial images: image decomposition and brightness optimization. We propose an input constant feature prior mechanism(ICFP) based on reflection constant features. The mechanism extracts structure and colour from the input images and constrains the reflected images output from the decomposition model to reduce color distortion and artifacts. The noise amplification during decomposition is addressed by a multi-branch decomposition network. Sub-networks with different structures are employed to focus on different prediction tasks. This paper proposes a reference mechanism for input brightness. This mechanism optimizes the output brightness distribution by calculating the reference brightness of the dark *** results on two benchmark datasets, namely,LOL and ZeroDCE, demonstrate that the proposed method can better balance dense noise interference and colour restoration. For the evaluation on real images, we collect Skynet images at night to verify the performance of the proposed approach. Compared with the state-of-the-art non-reference retinex decomposition-enhancement models,this paper has the best brightness optimization.

3-羟基-3-甲基戊二酰辅酶A还原酶(HMGR)是药用植物萜类产物骨架生物合成的重要酶之一。为了明确掌叶覆盆子HMGR蛋白的功能,使用生物信息学手段对RcHMGR家族成员的分类、基因结构、染色体定位、启动子信息等进行了系统分析,并比较了不同组织、果实不同成熟阶段及MeJA处理下RcHMGR基因的表达量。结果表明,RcHMGR基因家族共有7个成员,分布于3条染色体上,编码444~601 aa蛋白序列。RcHMGR蛋白分为4个亚家族,亚细胞定位于内质网,均含有HMGR保守功能域。RcHMGR家族基因的启动子上包含激素响应、光响应和低温响应等多种顺式元件。RcHMGR家族基因在掌叶覆盆子不同组织、果实不同成熟阶段和MeJA处理下的表达量均存在显著差异,其中RcHMGR5在果实中高丰度表达,并受到MeJA强烈诱导,与类胡萝卜素在掌叶覆盆子果实中的积累规律相一致,推测是类胡萝卜素合成途径的关键酶。上述结果为后续研究RcHMGR基因家族在萜类生物合成中的功能奠定了基础。

Photothermal therapy(PTT)has been widely used in the treatment of tumors,but its efficacy is greatly limited by the inability of precise drug delivery and the increase of heat shock proteins(HSPs)caused by high *** article describes a therapeutic strategy to enhance PTT with starvation therapy in conjunction with ferroptosis mechanism.A nanoparticle platform ZIF-8@GA was constructed by wrapping together glucose oxidase(GOX)and gold nanospheres(AuNPs)loaded with dihydroartemisinin(DHA)with zeolitic imidazolate framework-8(ZIF-8).This platform can take advantage of the micro-environment of osteosarcoma(OS)cells,featuring low pH and high reactive oxygen species(ROS),for precision drug *** can effectively catalyze glucose to produce gluconic acid and H_(2)O_(2),and DHA can also induce ROS production in OS *** produced by GOX and DHA can further generate lipid peroxidation(LPO)and lead to ferroptosis of OS *** the same time,ROS and LPO produced can inhibit the expression of HSPs,thereby increasing the therapeutic effect of *** vitro experiments show that the nanoparticles are pH and ROS responsive.1μg/mL GOX combined with 0.2μg/mL DHA promotes ferroptosis of OS cells,and increases the killing effect of near-infrared(NIR)on OS *** in vivo experiments showed that the nano drug-delivery platform combined with PTT can effectively inhibit the growth of OS ***,this study provides a new idea for the treatment of OS with biomaterials combined with various treatment methods.

In this paper,we propose and experimentally demonstrate a joint shaping technique to improve the performance of a lowresolution transmission system for the first time,to the best of our *** joint shaping technique combines probabilistic shaping(PS)and error feedback noise shaping(EFNS).In the 40-Gbaud intensity-modulation direct-detection(IM/DD)experimental transmission system,a bit-error-rate(BER)of 3.8×10^(-3)can be achieved easily with the joint shaping at the physical number of bits(PNOB)of *** the 30-Gbaud dual polarization(DP)coherent experimental transmission system,a BER below 1×10^(-3)is easily obtained with a 3-bit quantizer by using joint *** optimization of the shaping degree is also analyzed.

In this paper,an artificial-intelligence-based fiber communication receiver model is put *** the multi-head attention mechanism it contains,this model can extract crucial patterns and map the transmitted signals into the bit *** appropriately trained,it can obtain the ability to restore the information from the signals whose transmission distances range from 0 to 100 km,signal-to-noise ratios range from 0 to 20 dB,modulation formats range from OOK to PAM4,and symbol rates range from 10 to 40 *** validity of the model is numerically demonstrated via MATLAB and Pytorch scenarios and compared with traditional communication receivers.
