Research on workload measurement of the air traffic controllers has attracted much attention in the air traffic management community because of its important role for the human resource planning, running efficiency, and especially the safety of the air traffic system. Recently, traditional ATM has encountered some challenging problems, such as the substantial increase of the flights number, the more complex airspace, sensitivity to the change of weather, and interaction among the factors mentioned above. Accordingly, The method, ATCs’ workload measurement method based on air traffic complexity, has gradually become the leading one. This paper reviews the process of research on ATCs’ workload measurement, and focuses on three aspects of the ATCs’ workload measurement based on air traffic complexity, including typical models, research methods and some important achievements. It also points out some existing problems which remain to be solved and gives some preliminary ideas for future research.

The high content of aluminum(Al)impurity in the recycled cathode powder seriously affects the extraction efficiency of Nickel,Cobalt,Manganese,and lithium resources and the actual commercial value of recycled materials,so Al removal is crucially important to conform to the industrial standard of spent li-ion battery cathode *** this work,we systematically investigated the leaching process and optimum conditions associated with Al removal from the cathode powder materials collected in a wet cathode-powder peeling and recycling production line of spent li-ion batteries(liBs).Moreover,we specifically studied the leaching of fluorine(F)synergistically happened along with the removal process of Al,which was not concerned about in other studies,but one of the key factors affecting pollution prevention in the recovery *** mechanism of the whole process including the leaching of Al and F from the cathode powder was indicated by using NMR,FTIR,and XPS,and a defluoridation process was preliminarily investigated in this *** leaching kinetics of Al could be successfully described by the shrinking core model,controlled by the diffusion process and the activation energy was 11.14 kJ/***,the leaching of F was attributed to the dissolution of liPF6and decomposition of PVDF,and the kinetics associated was described by Avrami *** interaction of Al and F is advantageous to realize the defluoridation to some *** is expected that our investigation will provide theoretical support for the large-scale recycling of spent liBs.

A geospatial cyberinfrastructure is needed to support advanced GIScience research and education ***,the heterogeneous and distributed nature of geospatial resources creates enormous obstacles for building a unified and interoperable geospatial *** this paper,we propose the Geospatial Service Web(GSW)to underpin the development of a future geospatial *** GSW excels over the traditional spatial data infrastructure by providing a highly intelligent geospatial middleware to integrate various geospatial resources through the Internet based on interoperable Web service *** development of the GSW focuses on the establishment of a platform where data,information,and knowledge can be shared and exchanged in an interoperable ***,we describe the conceptual framework and research challenges for GSW,and then introduce our recent research toward building a GSW.A research agenda for building a GSW is also presented in the paper.

圆柱凸包管流动与传热特性的数值研究

通过对低温省煤器新型圆柱凸包换热管的传热过程进行数值模拟,研究圆柱凸包的直径和间距对管内流动与传热特性的影响规律。结果表明,圆柱凸包有效地破坏了近壁面处的热边界层,提高了速度场与温度场的协同效应,强化了换热性能。相较于光管,圆柱凸包管的努塞尔数Nu提高了17.9%~52%,摩擦阻力系数f提高了1.2%~26.1%,综合传热性能提高了17.5%~47.6%。高度h=0.60 mm、间距l=28 mm的结构强化传热效果最佳。

基于群决策和熵权法的换道轨迹评价研究

针对换道轨迹评价中指标间的信息重叠和指标权重设定的主观性问题,提出了基于相关性分析和因子分析的评价指标选取方法,从16个参数中选出了表征舒适性、高效性、平顺性、生态性和安全性的11个评价指标;运用层次分析法计算指标主观权重,运用群决策理论计算专家权重,运用熵权法计算指标客观权重,从而提出层次分析法、群决策理论和熵权法相结合的指标权重设定方法,计算得出安全性、高效性、舒适性、生态性、平顺性的权重分别为0.73、0.15、0.06、0.04、0.02,从而建立换道轨迹评价体系,并用该体系对驾驶模拟获取的换道轨迹进行了评价。结果表明,提出的换道轨迹评价体系较为全面且减少了指标间的信息重叠,综合了主观上的专家经验和客观上的数据信息使评价结果更为合理,对轨迹性能的重要性排序可为轨迹规划中设置约束条件时的侧重倾向提供参考;构建的换道轨迹评价体系和提出的评价方法为换道轨迹评价提供了参考。

Let B^H＇K={B^H＇K（t）, t∈R＋^N} be an （N,d）-bifractional Brownian sheet with Hurst indices H = （H1,…,HN） C∈0,1）^N and K = （K1,…,KN） ∈ （0,1]^N. The properties of the polar sets of B^H＇K are discussed. The sufficient conditions and necessary conditions for a compact set to be polar for B^H＇K are proved. The infimum of Hausdorff dimensions of its non-polar sets are obtained by means of constructing a Cantor-type set to connect its Hausdorff dimension and capacity.

Side reactions and dendrite growth triggered by the unstable interface and inhomogeneous deposition have become the biggest obstacle to the commercialization for lithium metal *** this study,a highly-chlorinated organic-inorganic hybrid interfacial protective layer is developed by rationally tuning the interfacial passivation and robustness to achieve the convenient and efficient li metal *** polyvinyl chloride(PVC)can effectively resist water and oxygen,which is confirmed by density functional *** organic-dominant solid electrolyte interphases(SEI)with lithium chloride are investigated by the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)with little mineralization of oxide,such as li_(2)O and li_(2)CO_(3).With such artificial SEI,a uniform and dense lithium deposition morphology are formed and an ultra-long stable cycle of over 500 h are achieved even at an ultra-high current density of 10 m A/cm^(2).Moreover,the simple and convenient protected anode also exhibits excellent battery stability when paired with the liNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)(NCM811)and liFePO_(4)(LFP)cathode,showing great potential for the commercial application of lithium metal batteries.

Although lithium-sulfur batteries(LSBs)exhibit high theoretical energy density,their practical application is hindered by poor conductivity of the sulfur cathode,the shuttle effect,and the irreversible deposition of li_(2)*** address these issues,a novel composite,using electrospinning technology,consisting of Fe_(3)Se_(4)and porous nitrogen-doped carbon nanofibers was designed for the interlayer of *** porous carbon nanofiber structure facilitates the transport of ions and electrons,while the Fe_(3)Se_(4)material adsorbs lithium polysulfides(liPSs)and accelerates its catalytic conversion ***,the Fe_(3)Se_(4)material interacts with soluble liPSs to generate a new polysulfide intermediate,li_(x)FeS_(y)complex,which changes the electrochemical reaction pathway and facilitates the three-dimensional deposition of li_(2)S,enhancing the reversibility of *** designed LSB demonstrates a high specific capacity of1529.6 mA h g^(-1)in the first cycle at 0.2 *** rate performance is also excellent,maintaining an ultra-high specific capacity of 779.7 mA h g^(-1)at a high rate of 8 *** investigation explores the mechanism of the interaction between the interlayer and liPSs,and provides a new strategy to regulate the reaction kinetics and li_(2)S deposition in LSBs.
