In vivo fluorescence imaging in the second near-infrared (NIR-II)window (1000-1700 nm)has been emerging as a new powerful imaging technique and demonstrated tre- mendous potential in life sciences and biomedical applications,given its advances in reducing photon scattering,light absorption,and autofluorescence [1,2].In particular,extensive efforts have been made to produce various NIR-II probes with different emission wavelengths for multiplexing purposes,as practical applications typically require concurrent detection of multiple analytes.

Complex biological environments and multiple physiological barriers significantly impede efficient accumulation and penetration of nanomaterials within tumor tissue for therapy.In situ energy conversion of nanomotors features autonomous movements and improves cancer treatment.However,one of the key challenges is to prepare nanomotors with an adequately small size,good biocompatibility,and precise positioning.Herein,we demonstrate a simple,ultrasmall,versatile,and real-time motion guidance strategy for magnetocatalytic CoPt@graphene navigators(MCGNs)that can enable highly efficient propulsion in the presence of H_(2)O_(2) or magnetic actuation.MCGNs act as highly diffusive delivery vehicles to promote tumor tissue targeting,and the amount of drug in the tumor was three times than without navigation.By engaging movements powered through in situ energy conversion,MCGNs gain considerable propulsion to penetrate a cell’s membrane and enhance intracellular delivery.

Blubber thickness(BT)has a seasonal pattern in most small cetaceans in temperate and polar regions,which may be a crucial adaptive mechanism in response to environmental temperature changes.However,BT and environmental temperature correlations have never been tested experimentally in any cetacean species owing to logistical difficulties in the aquatic environment.The Yangtze finless porpoise(Neophocaena asiaeorientalis asiaeorientalis,YFP)is one of the smallest cetacean species worldwide,which exclusively inhabits the middle and lower regions of the Yangtze River in China.Here,we investigated BT variation patterns in YFPs and their relationship to environmental temperature changes using ultrasound imaging technology by longitudinally monitoring four YFPs in human care.We found that blubber was not evenly distributed in the skin of YFPs.BT increased along the craniocaudal axis from the head to the umbilical girth,and decreased towards the fluke,with relatively thicker blubber in the dorsal region than in the ventral and lateral regions.Significant negative correlations between BT and seasonal water temperature changes were observed in YFPs.However,different body regions display different sensitivities to seasonal temperature changes.The BT in the anal girth region exhibited noticeable seasonal changes.In contrast,the umbilical lateral and ventral regions showed relatively blunt seasonal changes,indicating different adaptive functions of the blubber in different regions.BT in the dorsal region decreased linearly with increasing water temperature.In the lateral and ventral regions,BT significantly changed with water temperature at a threshold of 18C.The YFPs had relatively thinner BT than similar-sized harbor porpoises that inhabit relatively high latitudes with much lower water temperatures.This further demonstrates the adaptive function of BT in response to environmental temperatures in small cetaceans.This study elucidates the seasonal pattern of BT variation in small cetaceans and provides insight into adaptati

目前,磷酸铁锂是锂电池的主要正极材料,而磷酸铁是制备磷酸铁锂的关键前驱体。磷酸铁生产过程产生大量废水,其酸性强、盐分高,处理难度大,现已成为制约磷酸铁生产企业发展的瓶颈。磷酸铁废水含有高浓度磷酸根、硫酸根、氨根及金属离子,废水经预处理+膜浓缩+蒸发结晶处理后可获得硫酸铵、磷酸二氢铵等副产品,处理后的废水可回用于生产环节,因而磷酸铁废水具有良好的资源化回收价值。本文综述磷酸铁废水处理技术现状,分析磷酸铁废水处理存在的问题,然后提出磷酸铁废水零排放处理技术思路,以实现磷酸铁废水的资源化利用,保护生态环境。

Despite epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)tyrosine kinase inhibitors(TKl)have shown remarkable efficacy in patients with EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),acquired resistance inevitably develops,limiting clinical efficacy.We found that TET2 was poly-ubiquitinated by E3 ligase CUL7^(FBXW11) and degraded in EGFR-TKI resistant NSCLC ells.Genetic perturbationof TET2 rendered parental cells more tolerant to TKI treatment.TET2 was stabilized by MEK1 phosphorylation at Ser 1107,while MEK1 inactivation promoted its proteasome degradation by enhancing the recruitment of CUL7^(FBXW11),Loss of TET2 resulted in the upregulation of TNF/NF-kB signaling that confers the EGFR-TKI resistance.Genetic or pharmacological inhibition of NF-kB attenuate the TKI resistance both in vitro and in vivo.Our findings exemplified how a cell growth controlling kinase MEK1 leveraged the epigenetic homeostasis by regulating TET2,and demonstrated an alternative path of non-mutational acquired EGFR-TKI resistance modulated by TET2 deficiency.Therefore,combined strategy exploiting EGFR-TKI and inhibitors of TET2/NF-κB axis holds therapeutic potential for treating NSCLC patients who suffered from this resistance.

志贺氏菌是一种常见的肠道致病菌,其引起的细菌病是危害公共卫生的人畜共患病之一。随着抗生素的滥用,志贺氏菌耐药性的问题难以控制,急需新的方法来解决,采用噬菌体杀灭耐药性细菌已日益受到重视。本研究建立肉鸡感染志贺氏菌模型,分别采用感染前2 h灌喂噬菌体液预防和感染2 h后灌喂噬菌体液两种方法对肉鸡进行治疗。灌喂志贺氏菌2 h后的肉鸡均出现腹泻状况,粪便中志贺氏菌含量最高达到1×10^(7) CFU·g^(-1),优势菌群含量大幅下降,有害菌群占比上升。噬菌体治疗后,肉鸡粪便中噬菌体含量上升,志贺氏菌含量下降,粪便性状及肠道菌群恢复正常,且肉鸡存活率100%。没有噬菌体治疗的肉鸡存活率60%,解剖观察发现器官病变明显。噬菌体ΦDS8在治疗志贺氏菌株感染方面有良好的效果,其作为抗生素替代产品有较好的应用价值和前景。

溢流雨水口的过流能力与截污性能对于海绵城市建设及城市雨洪排水系统具有重要影响,而目前溢流雨水口型式对其关键性能参数的影响尚不明确。针对典型方形溢流雨水口的结构型式优化开展对比模拟试验,分别考察普通型、上凸式和下凹式雨水口在不同径流量下的过流能力及截污性能。结果表明,普通型、上凸式和下凹式方形溢流雨水口对模拟漂浮物的拦截效率分别为12.89%±4.84%、84.80%±1.99%和85.51%±2.39%。在普通型方形溢流雨水口内部设置小孔滤网罩可大幅提高其截污性能,下凹式方形溢流雨水口内部特殊的水流形态使得漂浮物对其过流能力的影响相对较小,篦前水深相对最浅。下凹式方形溢流雨水口过流能力和截污性能相对最好,使用下凹式溢流雨水口有利于海绵设施迅速排出超标雨水并能避免树叶垃圾等进入地下排水管网。

广西是报春苣苔属植物的世界分布中心,特有种较多。该研究针对线叶报春苣苔(Primulina linearifolia)、条叶报春苣苔(P. ophiopogoides)、刺齿报春苣苔(P. spinulosa)、大根报春苣苔(P. macrorhiza)、线萼报春苣苔(P. linearicalyx)、癞叶报春苣苔(P. leprosa)、桂中报春苣苔(P. guizhongensis)、百寿报春苣苔(P. baishouensis),八种广西特有种的开花物候期、开花动态、子房发育情况、花粉活性等开花生物学特性进行了研究。结果表明:(1)八种广西特有报春苣苔属植物在野外及人工环境下部分种在花期、单株开花量、单花开放持续时间具有显著性差异。人工栽培植株在单株开花量、单花开放持续时间要优于野生植株。(2)不同物种的单花花期长短不同,为3~14 d。雄蕊在花蕾阶段已经基本完成生长。雌雄蕊成熟期不一致,雄蕊先于雌蕊成熟。(3)花冠半开放至完全打开阶段的花粉活性最高,均在90%以上。(4)花冠完全开放阶段的柱头可授性最强。(5)自花授粉不能结实,异花授粉可正常结实,自交种子发芽率在80%以上。综上结果不仅为解决珍稀物种的繁殖障碍和保存种质资源提供了数据支持,而且对后续提高报春苣苔属的杂交育种成功率具有重要意义。

【目的】探明烟秆有机肥与化肥配施对烤烟的影响,为烟秆有机肥的推广应用提供参考。【方法】以云烟87为研究对象,采用田间试验方法,研究常规施肥(CK)、常规施肥+烟秆有机肥20 kg/667m^(2)(T_(1))、常规施肥+烟秆有机肥40 kg/667 m^(2)(T_(2))、常规施肥(基肥减量20 kg/667m^(2))+烟秆有机肥20 kg/667m^(2)(T_(3))、常规施肥(基肥减量40 kg/667m^(2))+烟秆有机肥40 kg/667m^(2)(T_(4))对烤烟生长发育和产量的影响。【结果】常规施肥+烟秆有机肥20 kg/667m^(2)和常规施肥+烟秆有机肥40 kg/667m^(2)处理均能有效促进烤烟的生长发育,改善农艺性状,增强对花叶病的抗病性及提高产量和产值。与CK比,常规施肥+烟秆有机肥40 kg/667m^(2)处理烤烟的株高、茎围、有效叶片数、中部最大叶面积和上部最大叶面积均表现较好,分别为97.07 cm、9.47 cm、16.00片、1224.67 cm^(2)和891.33 cm^(2);花叶病的发病率和病情指数较低,分别为9.03%和3.11;产量、产值、均价和上等烟比例最高,分别为145.08 kg/667m^(2)、4071.69元/667m^(2)、28.11元/kg和60.15%,产量、产值和上等烟比例分别较CK显著提高8.65%、9.59%和2.39百分点。综合各处理的用肥成本及经济效益结果,以常规施肥+烟秆有机肥40 kg/667m^(2)处理的增收最大,达4517.85元/hm^(2),较CK提高9.00%。【结论】烤烟生长以施用常规施肥+烟秆有机肥40 kg/667m^(2)的效果最佳。
