Vanadium oxide cathode materials with stable crystal structure and fast Zn^(2+)storage capabilities are extremely important to achieving outstanding electrochemical performance in aqueous zinc‐ion *** this work,a one‐step hydrothermal method was used to manipulate the bimetallic ion intercalation into the interlayer of vanadium *** pre‐intercalated Cu ions act as pillars to pin the vanadium oxide(V‐O)layers,establishing stabilized two‐dimensional channels for fast Zn^(2+)*** occupation of Mn ions between V‐O interlayer further expands the layer spacing and increases the concentration of oxygen defects(Od),which boosts the Zn^(2+)diffusion *** a result,as‐prepared Cu_(0.17)Mn_(0.03)V_(2)O_(5−□)·2.16H_(2)O cathode shows outstanding Zn‐storage capabilities under room‐and lowtemperature environments(e.g.,440.3 mAh g^(−1)at room temperature and 294.3 mAh g^(−1)at−60°C).Importantly,it shows a long cycling life and high capacity retention of 93.4%over 2500 cycles at 2 A g^(−1)at−60°***,the reversible intercalation chemistry mechanisms during discharging/charging processes were revealed via operando X‐ray powder diffraction and ex situ Raman *** strategy of a couple of 3d transition metal doping provides a solution for the development of superior room‐/lowtemperature vanadium‐based cathode materials.

输气管道的管存量优化控制

目前,国内外对输气管道管存量的控制尚未有统一的标准,普遍采用运行经验结合管道仿真的方法制订管存量控制原则,缺乏最大管存量、最小管存量和最优管存量的理论计算依据。为此,以中亚天然气管道AB线为研究对象,基于动态规划算法计算了管道的最大管存量、最小管存量和能耗最小管存量,并结合运行经验的管道仿真结果,建立了一套包含3个层级的输气管道管存量控制原则与方法。研究结果表明:①对应给定的管道流量,在考虑压气站内燃压机组工况点可行域限制及管道运行操作限值的前提下,应用动态规划法确定管道的最大、最小安全管存量;②基于运行调度经验,通过仿真确定管道正常运行条件下的管存量合理界限;③应用动态规划法确定自耗气量(或能耗量)最小的运行方案及其所对应的管存量,以此作为日常运行管存量的控制目标;④将该管存量优化方法应用于中亚天然气管道AB线,相同年度输气量下,2014年较2013年自耗气量降低38.38×10~4 m^3,全线离心压缩机平均效率提高0.21%,全线压气站出站压力介于9.50~9.65 MPa的占比提高6.6%。结论认为,该方法可将输气管道管存量控制在最大安全管存量范围以下、最小安全管存量以上,尽可能按照自耗气量最小对应控制管存量。

Glossopharyngeal neuralgia (GPN) refers to paroxysmal severe pain located to glossopharyngeal part or ear, which is a rare clinical event. In this report, we describe a patient suffered from glossopharyngeal neuralgia due to vertebrobasilar dolichoectasia (VBD). A 72-year-old Chinese male was referred to our clinic with a complaint of paroxysmal severe pain in the right external auditory canal and auricle since 1 month, which could be precipitated by feed and accompanied with the vagus nerve irritation (bradycardia, low blood pressure, syncope) sometimes. Both computed tomographic angiography and digital subtraction angiography demonstrated a VBD (maximum diameter 5.7 mm) and a large fusiform aneurysm of basilar artery (maximum diameter 13.8 mm). The diagnosis is established on clinical and radiological signs. This is the first report of this kind in the literature. Although a few cases demonstrate that VBD can cause GPN, it should be considered as a possible etiology in patients with GPN.

三种隐血检测法的方法学评价及结果分析

目的:对血红蛋白单克隆抗体免疫胶体金法、血红蛋白与转铁蛋白联合免疫法、匹拉米洞化学法3种隐血检测法进行方法学评价,找出高临床符合度的隐血检测方法。方法:配制不同浓度的血红蛋白液,测出以上3种方法的最低检出限与最高检测浓度;利用5种常见动物的抗凝血评价隐血检测方法的特异性;收集住院患者粪便和胃液标本同时进行3种方法的隐血检测,内镜检查为金标准,计算临床灵敏度、临床特异性、阴性似然比、阳性似然比、尤登指数、临床符合率。结果:凯创试剂卡胶体金的检测范围为200 ng/m L至10 mg/m L,沃文特试剂卡胶体金的检测范围为300 ng/m L至2.5 mg/m L,匹拉米洞化学法的最低检测限为2 500 ng/m L,联合免疫法的最低检测限为10 ng/m L;凯创试剂卡胶体金、沃文特试剂卡胶体金、匹拉米洞化学法、联合免疫法检测粪便与胃液隐血临床符合率分别为96.0%、95.8%、79.5%、97.5%;92.9%、92.9%、94.6%、90.2%。粪便隐血检测的结果,4组间有明显的差异(P=0.000),但胃液隐血检测结果组间无差异(P=0.083)。结论:粪便标本的隐血检测,联合免疫法的临床符合度优于血红蛋白免疫法,血红蛋白免疫法优于化学法;胃液标本的隐血检测,3种方法之间无明显差异。

Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)are multipotent stem cells and capable of differentiating into multiple cell types including osteoblastic,chondrogenic and adipogenic *** previously identified BMP9 as one of the most potent BMPs that induce osteoblastic differentiation of MSCs although exact molecular mechanism through which BMP9 regulates osteogenic differentiation remains to be fully ***,we seek to develop a recombinant adenovirus system to optimally silence mouse BMP9 and then characterize the important role of BMP9 in osteogenic differentiation of *** two different siRNA bioinformatic prediction programs,we design five siRNAs targeting mouse BMP9(or simB9),which are expressed under the control of the converging H1 and U6 promoters in recombinant adenovirus *** demonstrate that two of the five siRNAs,simB9-4 and simB9-7,exhibit the highest efficiency on silencing exogenous mouse BMP9 in ***,simB9-4 and simB9-7 act synergistically in inhibiting BMP9-induced expression of osteogenic markers,matrix mineralization and ectopic bone formation from ***,our findings demonstrate the important role of BMP9 in osteogenic differentiation of *** characterized simB9 siRNAs may be used as an important tool to investigate the molecular mechanism behind BMP9 osteogenic *** results also indicate that recombinant adenovirus-mediated expression of siRNAs is efficient and sustained,and thus may be used as an effective delivery vehicle of siRNA therapeutics.

射孔枪抗外挤强度是射孔器材设计厂家及用户关心的关键问题之一,应用SolidWorks软件建立射孔枪三维模型,再将其导入ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立了射孔枪三维有限元分析模型,考察了射孔枪抗外挤强度的影响因素及其影响规律。研究结果表明:抗外挤强度随孔密和孔眼直径的增加而减小,在其他条件相同的情况下,孔密为24孔/m射孔枪抗外挤强度比8孔/m时减小约8. 71%;30°、45°、60°、90°、120°及180°等常用螺旋布孔相位角中,相位角为60°时射孔枪的抗外挤强度最高;盲孔深度对抗外挤强度的影响最大,随盲孔深度的增加,射孔枪抗外挤强度急剧减小;若同轴度和圆柱度公差大于1 mm,射孔枪抗外挤强度降低较多;随着入井温度的升高和轴向拉力的增大,射孔枪的抗外挤强度也会有所降低。研究结果可为研制新型射孔枪提供理论依据。
