This paper investigates the cooperative adaptive optimal output regulation problem of continuous-time linear multi-agent *** the multi-agent system dynamics are uncertain,solving regulator equations and the corresponding algebraic Riccati equations is challenging,especially for high-order *** this paper,a novel method is proposed to approximate the solution of regulator equations,i.e.,gradient descent *** is worth noting that this method obtains gradients through online data rather than model information.A data-driven distributed adaptive suboptimal controller is developed by adaptive dynamic programming,so that each follower can achieve asymptotic tracking and disturbance ***,the effectiveness of the proposed control method is validated by simulations.

TiZrTaNb-based high-entropy alloys(HEAs)are research frontier of biomedical materials due to their high hardness,good yield strength,excellent wear resistance and corrosion ***,as an essential trace element in the human body that plays a significant role in physiological *** has stable chemical properties and a low elastic *** this study,a new material,TiZrTaNbSn HEAs,was proposed as a potential biomedical *** Ti_(35)Zr_(25)Ta_(15)Nb_(15)Sn_(10)biomedical high-entropy alloys(BHEAs)were successfully prepared through an arc melting furnace and then remelted using a German high-temperature and high-pressure apparatus under GPa-level(4 GPa and 7 GPa).The precipitation behavior of the needle-like HCP-Zr_(5)Sn_(3)phase that precipitates discontinuously at the grain boundary was successfully *** phase constitution,microstructure,and corrosion resistance of the alloy were *** results show that the needle-like HCP-Zr_(5)Sn_(3)phase is eliminated and the(Zr,Sn)-rich nano-precipitated phase is precipitated in the microstructure under high pressure,which leads to the narrowing of grain boundaries and consequently improves the corrosion resistance of the *** addition,the formation mechanisms of(Zr,Sn)-rich nanoprecipitates in BHEAs were *** Zr and Sn dissolve in the matrix due to the effect of high pressure,during the cooling process,they precipitate to form a(Zr,Sn)-rich nano-precipitated phase.

Poly(butylene succinate)(PBS) exhibits many advantages, such as renewability, biodegradability, and impressive thermal and mechanical properties, but is limited by the low melt viscosity and strength resulted from the linear structure. To address this, vitrimeric network was introduced to synthesize PBS vitrimers(PBSVs) based on dynamic imine bonds through melt polymerization of hydroxyl-terminated PBS with vanillin derived imine containing compound and hexamethylene diisocyanate using trimethylolpropane as a crosslinking monomer. PBSVs with different crosslinking degrees were synthesized through changing the content of the crosslinking monomer. The effect of crosslinking degree on the thermal, theological, mechanical properties, and stress relaxation behavior of the PBSVs was studied in detail. The results demonstrated that the melt viscosity, melt strength, and heat resistance were enhanced substantially without obvious depression in crystallizability, thermal stability, and mechanical properties through increasing crosslinking degree. In addition, the PBSVs exhibit thermal reprocessability with mechanical properties recovered by more than 90% even after processing for three times. Furthermore, PBSV with improved melt properties shows significantly improved foamability compared to commercial PBS. This research contributes to the advancement of polymer technology by successfully developing PBS vitrimers with improved properties, showcasing their potential applications in sustainable and biodegradable materials.

Raman spectroscopy has found extensive use in monitoring and controlling cell culture *** this context,the prediction accuracy of Raman-based models is of paramount ***,models established with data from manually fed-batch cultures often exhibit poor performance in Raman-controlled ***,there is a need for effective methods to rectify these *** objective of this paper is to investigate the efficacy of Kalman filter(KF)algorithm in correcting Raman-based models during cell ***,partial least squares(PLS)models for different components were constructed using data from manually fed-batch cultures,and the predictive performance of these models was ***,various correction methods including the PLS-KF-KF method proposed in this study were employed to refine the PLS ***,a case study involving the auto-control of glucose concentration demonstrated the application of optimal model correction *** results indicated that the original PLS models exhibited differential performance between manually fed-batch cultures and Raman-controlled *** glucose,the root mean square error of prediction(RMSEP)of manually fed-batch culture and Raman-controlled culture was 0.23 and 0.40 g·L^(-1).With the implementation of model correction methods,there was a significant improvement in model performance within Raman-controlled *** RMSEP for glucose from updating-PLS,KF-PLS,and PLS-KF-KF was 0.38,0.36 and 0.17 g·L^(-1),***,the proposed PLS-KF-KF model correction method was found to be more effective and stable,playing a vital role in the automated nutrient feeding of cell cultures.

The continuously growing importance of batteries for powering(hybrid)electric vehicles and storing renewable energy has prompted a renewed focus on lithium-metal batteries(LMBs)in recent years,as its high theoretical specific capacity of about 3860 mA h g^(-1) and very low redox potential(-3.04 V *** standard hydrogen electrode)promise substantially higher energy densities compared to current lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)[1].However,lithium metal electrodes face severe challenges associated with the risk of dendritic lithium deposition and the high reactivity with traditional organic liquid electrolytes,resulting in a continuous loss of electrochemically active lithium and a relatively low Coulombic efficiency[2].To address these challenges,solid inorganic and polymer electrolytes have emerged as a potentially saferalternative.

Negatively thermo-responsive 2D membranes,which mimic the stomatal opening/closing of plants,have drawn substantial interest for tunable molecular separation ***,these membranes are still restricted significantly on account of low water permeability and poor dynamic tunability of 2D nanochannels under temperature ***,we present a biomimetic negatively thermo-responsive MXene membrane by covalently grafting poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(PNIPAm)onto MXene *** uniformly grafted PNIPAm polymer chains can enlarge the interlayer spacings for increasing water permeability while also allowing more tunability of 2D nanochannels for enhancing the capability of gradually separating multiple molecules of different *** expected,the constructed membrane exhibits ultrahigh water permeance of 95.6 L m^(-2) h^(-1) bar^(-1) at 25℃,which is eight-fold higher than the state-of-the-art negatively thermoresponsive 2D ***,the highly temperature-tunable 2D nanochannels enable the constructed membrane to perform excellent graded molecular sieving for dye-and antibiotic-based ternary *** strategy provides new perspectives in engineering smart 2D membrane and expands the scope of temperature-responsive membranes,showing promising applications in micro/nanofluidics and molecular separation.

Riblets are a series of small protrusions formed along the flow direction,which have been extensively studied as a passive turbulent drag reduction *** and numerical simulations have shown that well-designed riblets can significantly reduce drag in turbulent flows,making them highly promising and valuable for various *** this study,we focus on a scalloped riblet,which is designed by smoothly connecting two third-order polynomials,and thus the sharpness of the tip and the curvature of the valley can be well *** conduct direct numerical simulations of turbulent channel with smooth plate,scalloped riblet-mounted and triangular riblet-mounted *** in wall units of W^(+)=20 and height-width ratio ofγ=0.5 are selected for both riblet *** with the smooth plate case,the scalloped riblet case achieves an 8.68%drag reduction,while the triangular riblet case achieves a 4.79%drag *** obtained drag reduction rate of the triangular riblet is consistent with previous experiments and simulations,and the results indicate that the scalloped riblet is more effective in reducing drag and deserves further *** compare turbulent statistics of the scalloped riblet case with those of the triangular riblet *** mean velocity profiles of riblets are similar,but both the Reynolds shear stress and second-order statistics of velocity fluctuations and Liutex are significantly reduced in the scalloped riblets controlled turbulent channel,indicating that the scalloped riblet can more effectively suppress the spanwise and wall-normal turbulent intensity near the *** also compare the pre-multiplied spectra of streamwise velocity and streamwise Liutex component for the three cases to investigate the energy distribution and characteristics of Liutex *** Liutex vortex identification method is also utilized to analyze the instantaneous flow field,which provides insights into the flow field and could be bene

Animal manures have been demonstrated to enhance antibiotic resistance in agricultural ***,little is known about the effects of plant-derived fertilizer on soil antibiotic ***,metagenomic sequencing was used to investigate the effects of a plantderived fertilizer processed from sugarcane and beet on soil antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs)in a soybean field along crop growth *** profiles in the soils amended by plant-derived fertilizer were compared with those in the soils amended by chicken *** abundance and diversity of total ARGs in the soils amended by plant-derived fertilizer were significantly(P<0.05)elevated at the sprout stage,to a level comparable to that in the manured ***,unlike chicken manure mainly introducing manure-borne ARGs to soil,the plant-derived fertilizer was indicated to mainly enrich multidrug resistance genes in soil by nourishing indigenous *** with abundances in amended soils significantly(P<0.05)higher than in unamended soils at the sprout stage of soybean were considered as enriched *** in the abundance of the enriched ARGs was observed in both the amended soils from the sprout to the *** analysis further identified Proteobacteria and Bacteroidetes as the primary bacterial taxa involved in the temporal variation of the enriched ARGs in the soils amended by plant-derived fertilizer,while in manured soils were Firmicutes and *** revealed by multivariate statistical analyses,variation of the enriched ARGs in the soils amended by plant-derived fertilizer was majorly attributed to the response of co-occurred bacteria to depleting nutrients,which was different from the failed establishment of manure-borne bacteria in the manured *** study provided field-based evidence that plant-derived fertilizer stimulated the intrinsic antibiotic resistome,and proposed attention to the un-perceived risk since some clinically relevant ARGs originate and evolve fr
