Eurasian otters prefer to prey on religious released nonnative fish on the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau

Religious wildlife release is prevalent worldwide,especially in Asia *** is one of the anthropogenic pathways to cause biological *** fish release is common on the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau,yet few studies have assessed the influences of religious fish release on local ***,a city on the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau,we interviewedlocal people,conducted fish trap surveys in local rivers,and exam-ined the diet of Eurasian otters Lutra lutra using a fecal DNA metabarcoding *** found that fish release started at least in 1980-1990s in *** residents released fish in large amounts and released fish were usually exotic commercial fish purchased from *** such long-term and intensive fish release activities,released fish were few in local *** the other hand,Eurasian otters mainly prey on fish and released fish accounted for~20%of relative read abundance of prey DNA in otters'diet,indicating their high preference on released *** study suggested that religious fish release may provide additional food resources for otters,whereas otters,as a top predator in local rivers,may deplete non-native fish once they were released and,therefore,reduce the probability of colonization of released fish,although further studies are required to assess otters'*** study revealed otters'diet in Yushu,providing basic information for local otter management and ***,it represents a case showing that native predators prey on religious released animals,implying a probable direction forcontrolling invasive species through nativepredator conservation.

基于微卫星的欧亚水獭个体识别和遗传多样性

种群数量和遗传多样性是保护濒危物种所需的基础信息。欧亚水獭(Lutra lutra)属于国家二级保护动物,曾经在我国分布广泛,但在20世纪经历了大规模的种群数量下降和分布区缩减。欧亚水獭相关研究十分缺乏,种群数量调查和遗传多样性等基础研究亟待开展。本研究采用非损伤性取样法,于2019—2020年在青海省玉树藏族自治州玉树市和四川省广元市青川县的主要河流共采集270个欧亚水獭粪便样品并进行DNA提取,基于9个微卫星位点和SRY基因分子标记进行个体识别和性别鉴定,进而使用非损伤性标志重捕法Capwire估计两地水獭的种群数量,并基于微卫星分型数据评估两个种群的遗传多样性。最终共有67个粪便样品(24.8%)成功分型7~9个微卫星位点并用于个体识别,共识别出玉树市10个个体、青川县30个个体,雌雄性比分别为4:5、15:14,两地各有1个个体未成功鉴定性别。估计研究区域内玉树的水獭种群数量为13只(95%置信区间:7~21只)、青川县的水獭种群数量为75只(95%置信区间:59~133只)。玉树、青川种群的平均观测杂合度H_(O)分别为0.680、0.664,平均期望杂合度HE分别为0.611、0.658,表明两个水獭种群均具有中等的微卫星遗传多样性。玉树、青川种群的平均F_(ST)为0.238,平均近亲繁殖系数F_(IS)分别为-0.121、-0.010,表明两个水獭种群之间分化显著,且种群内近交程度低。本研究是我国大陆地区基于粪便DNA对欧亚水獭进行种群数量估计和遗传多样性评估,可为我国水獭的保护提供重要的基础信息。

Due to its high operational voltage and energy density,P2-type Na_(0.67)Ni_(0.3)Mn_(0.7)O_(2) has become a leading cathode material for sodium-ion batteries(SIBs),which is an ideal option for large-scale energy ***,the practical application of P2-type Na_(0.67)Ni_(0.3)Mn_(0.7)O_(2) is limited by the capacity constraints and unwanted phase transitions,presenting significant challenges to the widespread application of *** address these challenges and optimize the electrochemical properties of the P2 phase cathode material,this study proposes a Cu and Zn co-doped strategy to improve the electrochemical *** incorporation of Cu/Zn can stabilize the P2-phase structure against P2-O2 phase transitions,thus enhancing its electrochemical *** as-obtained P2-type Na0.67[Ni_(0.3)Mn_(0.58)Cu_(0.09)Zn_(0.03)]O_(2) cathode material shows an impressive cycling stability,maintaining 80%capacity retention after 1000 cycles at 2 *** cyclic voltammetry(CV)tests show that the Cu^(2+)/Cu^(3+)redox reaction is also involved in charge compensation during the charge/discharge process.

本文利用2011-2016年中国进口DDGS及相关产品的月度数据,基于边界协整检验方法构建ARDL-ECM模型,对中国进口DDGS的需求现状、影响因素和进口效率进行了实证分析。结果表明:中国进口DDGS受到进口惯性、进口价格、相关品价格及饲料企业收入共同影响,其中最重要的因素是国内玉米价格,国内玉米价格变动大幅度带动DDGS的进口需求变动,而中美之间贸易摩擦的影响不显著;进口DDGS一定程度上表现出与企业产值的反向变动关系和与自价格的同向变动关系;进口价格、相关品价格及饲料企业收入的短期影响同长期影响方向相同,但影响更为剧烈;大量进口DDGS是饲料行业的原料替代选择,中国DDGS的进口效率有待提高。

本文利用2016年在山东省和河南省开展的"农村劳动力流动调查"所获数据,分析了劳动力外出务工对农户采用可持续农业技术的影响。研究发现:劳动力外出务工会使农户采用可持续农业技术的概率显著降低0.161。运用工具变量的CMP估计法和稳健性检验处理内生性问题后,外出务工的负向影响仍然显著。进一步地,通过区分农户是否以务农收入为主和务工距离的不同,分析不同兼业程度下劳动力外出务工对农户采用可持续农业技术的影响,本文间接验证了外出务工的影响包括积累能力的积极作用和改变从业重心的消极作用两个方面,并发现:从对不同兼业程度农户影响的差异看,外出务工的负向影响的主要作用人群是以非农收入为主的农户;而对于以务农收入为主的农户,劳动力外出务工会促进其采用可持续农业技术。因此,促进农业生产要素流动,释放要素生产潜力,帮助以务农收入为主的农户积累能力,是推广和普及可持续农业技术的有效途径。

Resonance mechanism of flapping wing based on fluid structure interaction simulation

Certain insect species have been observed to exploit the resonance mechanism of their *** order to achieve resonance and optimize aerodynamic performance,the conventional approach is to set the flapping frequency of flexible wings based on the Traditional Structural Modal(TSM)***,there exists controversy among researchers regarding the relationship between frequency and aerodynamic *** that the structural response of wings can be influenced by the surrounding air vibrations,an analysis known as Acoustic Structure Interaction Modal(ASIM)is introduced to calculate the resonant *** this study,Fluid Structure Interaction(FSI)simulations are employed to investigate the aerodynamic performance of flapping wings at modal frequencies derived from both TSM and ASIM *** performance is evaluated for various mass ratios and frequency ratios,and the findings indicate that the deformation and changes in vortex structure exhibit similarities at mass ratios that yield the highest aerodynamic ***,the flapping frequency associated with the maximum time-averaged vertical force coefficient at each mass ratio closely aligns with the ASIM frequency,as does the frequency corresponding to maximum ***,the ASIM analysis can provide an effective means for predicting the optimal flapping frequency for flexible ***,it enables the prediction that flexible wings with varying mass ratios will exhibit similar deformation and vortex structure *** paper offers a fresh perspective on the ongoing debate concerning the resonance mechanism of Flexible Flapping Wings(FFWs)and proposes an effective methodology for predicting their aerodynamic performance.

Copper slag assisted coke reduction of phosphogypsum for sulphur dioxide preparation

The reduction of phosphogypsum(PG)to lime slag and SO_(2)using coke can effectively alleviate the environmental problems caused by ***,the PG decomposition temperature remains high and the product yield remains *** adding additives,the decomposition temperature can be further reduced and PG decomposition rate and product yield can be ***,the use of current additives such as Fe_(2)O_(3)and SiO_(2)brings the problem of increasing economic ***,it is proposed to use solid waste copper slag(CS)as a new additive to reduce PG to prepare SO2,which can reduce the cost and meet the environmental benefits at the same *** effects of proportion,temperature and thermostatic time on PG decomposition are investigated by experimental and kinetic analysis combined with FactSage thermodynamic calculations to optimize the roasting ***,the reaction mechanism is *** is found that adding CS to the coke and PG system can increase the rate of PG decomposition and SO_(2)yield while lowering the PG decomposition *** example,when the CS/PG mass ratio increases from 0 to 1,PG decomposition rate increases from 83.38%to 99.35%,SO_(2)yield increases from 78.62%to 96.81%,and PG decomposition temperature decreases from 992.4℃to 949.6℃.The optimal reaction parameters are CS/PG mass ratio of 1,Coke/PG mass ratio of 0.06 at 1100℃for 20 min with 99.35%PG decomposition rate and 96.81%SO_(2) *** process proceeds according to the following reactions:2CaSO_(4)+ 0.7C + 0.8Fe_(2)SiO_(4)→0.8Ca_(2)SiO_(4)+ 0.2Ca_(2)Fe_(2)O_(5)+ 0.4Fe_(3)O_(4)+2SO_(2)+ 0.7CO_(2)Finally,a process for decomposing PG with coke and CS is proposed.

This paper studies a robust fault compensation and vibration suppression problem of flexible hypersonic *** controlled plant is represented by a cascade system composed of a nonlinear Ordinary Differential Equation(ODE)and an Euler-Bernoulli Beam Equation(EBBE),in which the vibration dynamics is coupled with the rigid dynamics and suffers from distributed faults.A state differential transformation is introduced to transfer distributed faults to an EBBE boundary and a longitudinal dynamics is refined by utilizing T-S fuzzy IF-THEN rules.A novel T-S fuzzy based fault-tolerant control algorithm is developed and related stability conditions are *** robust exponential stability and well-posedness are proved by using the modified l_(0)-semigroup based Lyapunov direct approach.A simulation study on the longitudinal dynamics of flexible hypersonic vehicles effectively verifies the validity of the developed theoretical results.

Modeling urban scale human mobility through big data analysis and machinelearning

In the United States,the buildings sector consumes about 76%of electricity use and 40% of all primary energy use and associated greenhouse gas *** behavior has drawn increasing research interests due to its impacts on the building energy ***,occupant behavior study at urban scale remains a challenge,and very limited studies have been *** an effort to couple big data analysis with human mobility modeling,this study has explored urban scale human mobility utilizing three months Global Positioning System(GPS)data of 93,o00 users at Phoenix Metropolitan *** research extracted stay points from raw data,and identified users'home,work,and other locations by Density-Based Spatial Clustering ***,daily mobility patterns were constructed using different types of *** propose a novel approach to predict urban scale daily human mobility patterns with 12-hour prediction horizon,using Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)neural network *** shows the developed models achieved around 85%average accuracy and about 86%mean *** developed models can be further applied to analyze urban scale occupant behavior,building energy demand and flexibility,and contributed to urban planning.
