Brain Functional Networks with Dynamic Hypergraph Manifold Regularization for Classification of End-Stage Renal Disease Associated with Mild Cognitive Impairment

The structure and function of brain networks have been altered in patients with end-stage renal disease(ESRD).Manifold regularization(MR)only considers the pairing relationship between two brain regions and cannot represent functional interactions or higher-order relationships between multiple brain *** solve this issue,we developed a method to construct a dynamic brain functional network(DBFN)based on dynamic hypergraph MR(DHMR)and applied it to the classification of ESRD associated with mild cognitive impairment(ESRDaMCI).The construction of DBFN with Pearson’s correlation(PC)was transformed into an optimization *** convolution and hyperedge convolution superposition were adopted to dynamically modify the hypergraph structure,and then got the dynamic hypergraph to form the manifold regular terms of the dynamic *** DHMR and L_(1) norm regularization were introduced into the PC-based optimization model to obtain the final DHMR-based DBFN(DDBFN).Experiment results demonstrated the validity of the DDBFN method by comparing the classification results with several related brain functional network construction *** work not only improves better classification performance but also reveals the discriminative regions of ESRDaMCI,providing a reference for clinical research and auxiliary diagnosis of concomitant cognitive impairments.

The recent transport measurements of La3Ni2O7uncovered a “right-triangle” shape of the superconducting dome in the pressure-temperature（P-T） phase diagram. Motivated by this, we perform theoretical first-principles studies of La3Ni2O7with the pressure ranging from 0 to 100 GPa. Notably, we reveal a pressure dependence of the Ni-dz2electron density at the Fermi energy(nzEF) that highly coincides with such shape. On this basis, we further explore the electronic structure under uniaxial stress. By tracking the stress response of nzEF, we propose that superconductivity can be achieved by applying only ～2 GPa of compression along the c axis. The idea is further exemplified from the perspectives of lattice distortion, band structure, Fermi surface and superconducting phase coherence. We also discuss the possible charge modulation under the stress and provide an insight into the relation between nz E Fand the superconducting Tcin La3Ni2O7system. Our study provides new routes to the search of high-Tcsuperconductors in future experiments.

Highly catalytic metal–organic framework coating enabled by liquid superwetting and confinement

In this work,we report that high catalytic performance of metal–organic frameworks(MOFs)can be obtained through a synergistic effect of postsynthetic modification of MOF nanoparticles and liquid superwetting and confinement in the MOF ***,2-ureido-4[1H]pyrimidinone(UPy)functionalized polysiloxanes were covalently appended onto the UiO-66 nanoparticles via a postsynthetic approach,which were further anchored onto different porous films through multivalent hydrogen bonding of the UPy *** hydrophobic MOF coating can preserve the porosity of the solid substrates,enable rapid liquid superwetting and confinement within the porous *** the Knoevenagel condensation as a modeled system,robust and highly catalytic performances of the MOF coating were observed on a range of aldehyde ***-scale production of chromene,a pharmaceutical which is typically synthesized via expensive catalysis,was successfully demonstrated on the MOF coating with high yielding rates,demonstrating the great potential of the MOF coating in pharmaceutical synthesis.

Landslide hazard susceptibility evaluation takes on critical significance in early warning and disaster prevention and *** order to solve the problems of poor effectiveness of landslide data and complex calculation of weights for multiple evaluation factors in the existing landslide susceptibility evaluation models,in this study,a method of landslide hazard susceptibility evaluation is proposed by combining SBAS-InSAR(Small Baseline Subsets-Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar)and SSA-BP(Sparrow Search Algorithm-Back Propagation)neural network *** SBAS-InSAR technology is adopted to identify potential landslide hazards in the study area,update the cataloging data of landslide hazards,and 11 evaluation factors are chosen for constructing the SSA-BP model for training and *** Reservoir area is selected as a case study for *** indicated by the results,the application of SBAS-InSAR technology,combined with both ascending and descending orbit data,effectively addresses the incomplete identification of landslide hazards caused by geometric distortion of single orbit SAR data(e.g.,shadow,overlay,and perspective contraction)in deep canyon areas,thereby enabling the acquisition of up-to-date landslide hazard ***,in comparison to the conventional BP(Back Propagation)algorithm,the accuracy of the model constructed by the SSA-BP algorithm exhibits a significant increase,with mean squared error and mean absolute error reduced by 0.0142 and 0.0607,***,during the process of susceptibility evaluation,the SSA-BP model effectively circumvents the issue of considerable manual interventions in calculating the weight of evaluation *** area under the curve of this model reaches 0.909,surpassing BP(0.835),random forest(0.792),and the information value method(0.699).The risk of landslide occurrence in the Baihetan Reservoir area is positively correlated with slope,surface temperature,and deformation ra

Novel data-driven sparse polynomial chaos and analysis of covariance for aerodynamics of compressor cascades with dependent geometric uncertainties

Polynomial Chaos Expansion(PCE)has gained significant popularity among engineers across various engineering disciplines for uncertainty ***,traditional PCE suffers from two major ***,the orthogonality of polynomial basis functions holds only for independent input variables,limiting the model’s ability to propagate uncertainty in dependent ***,PCE encounters the"curse of dimensionality"due to the high computational cost of training the model with numerous polynomial *** practical manufacturing,compressor blades are subject to machining precision limitations,leading to deviations from their ideal geometric *** deviations require a large number of geometric parameters to describe,and exhibit significant *** efficiently quantify the impact of high-dimensional dependent geometric deviations on the aerodynamic performance of compressor blades,this paper firstly introduces a novel approach called Data-driven Sparse PCE(DSPCE).The proposed method addresses the aforementioned challenges by employing a decorrelation algorithm to directly create multivariate basis functions,accommodating both independent and dependent random ***,the method utilizes an iterative Diffeomorphic Modulation under Observable Response Preserving Homotopy regression algorithm to solve the unknown coefficients,achieving model sparsity while maintaining fitting ***,the study investigates the simultaneous effects of seven dependent geometric deviations on the aerodynamics of a high subsonic compressor cascade by using the DSPCE method proposed and sensitivity analysis of *** joint distribution of the dependent geometric deviations is determined using Quantile-Quantile plots and normal copula functions based on finite measurement *** results demonstrate that the correlations between geometric deviations significantly impact the variance of aerodynamic performance and the flow ***,

An efficient hyper-elastic model for the preforming simulation of Carbon-Kevlar hybrid woven reinforcement

An efficient hyper-elastic model that can reflect the primary mechanical behaviors of Carbon-Kevlar hybrid woven reinforcement was developed and implemented with VUMAT constitutive code for preforming *** model parameters were accurately determined through the uniaxial and bias-extension *** calibrate the simulation code,preforming experiments of hybrid woven reinforcement over the hemisphere mold and tetrahedron mold were respectively conducted to validate the proposed hyper-elastic *** comparison between the simulations and experiments shows that the model can not only accurately capture shear angle distribution and geometry shape after deformation,but also accurately predict the force–displacement curve and potential fiber tensile failure during the preforming *** result indicates that the proposed model can be used to predict the preforming behavior of Carbon-Kevlar hybrid woven reinforcement,and simulate its manufacturing process of complicated geometry.

A NEW PUBLIC-KEY ENCRYPTION SCHEME BASED ON LUCAS SEQUENCE

Investigated the properties of LUCas sequence(LUC), the paper proposed a new variant of (probabilistic) public-key encryption scheme. Security analysis of the proposed encryption schemes shows that its one-wayness is equivalent to partial LUC discrete logarithm problem in ZN, and for the proposed probabilistic encryption scheme, its semantic security is equivalent to decisional LUC Diffie-Hellman problem in ZN. At last, the efficiency of the proposed schemes is briefly analyzed.

三维激光扫描技术是最近几年在测量方面发展起来的一个热点,分析了国内外点云数据处理中压缩方法的研究现状,针对点云数据在采集过程中密度过大,单一的压缩方法存在不足的情况。提出了利用组合算法对点云数据进行精简,将最小距离法与三角形网格法结合在一起进行点云精简。通过编程实现了所提出的算法研究。将精简完的点云数据重新构建三角网,同时对精简完的点云数据进行建模,与原始模型对比,新方法的压缩效果比较理想。

为了解丹参LBD26转录因子在药效成分积累中的生物学作用,克隆了SmLBD26基因的编码序列,利用生物信息学方法进行序列特征、同源进化及启动子元件分析,通过荧光定量PCR技术检测其组织表达特性及激素和胁迫处理下的表达量。序列特征结果表明,SmLBD26的CDS序列全长为702 bp,编码233个氨基酸。SmLBD26蛋白为不稳定、亲水的核蛋白;其二级结构以无规则卷曲为主,其次是α螺旋、延伸链和β转角。同源与进化分析发现,与LBD蛋白同源性较高,具有LOB结构域,是Ⅱ类LBD转录因子。启动子元件分析结果表明,SmLBD26启动子中含有激素及非生物胁迫应答相关的元件。表达量分析结果显示,SmLBD26基因在根、茎、叶和花中均有表达,且在根中表达量高;经脱落酸、生长素、茉莉酸、4℃和镉处理丹参小苗后SmLBD26的表达均下调,表明SmLBD26基因参与了丹参对激素及不同胁迫的应答。

“11·03”金沙江白格堰塞湖溃决洪水沉积物粒度特征

【目的】探究堰塞湖溃决洪水沉积物粒度特征和理解金沙江溃决洪水泥沙沿程变化特征。【方法】分析了“11·03”金沙江白格堰塞湖溃决洪水沉积物样品颗粒组成,计算了粒度参数,论述了泥沙特征从上到下的变化及其原因,并对比讨论了本次洪水泥沙粒度特征与其他流域洪水及古洪水沉积物泥沙粒度特征。【结果】堰塞湖溃决洪水沉积物类型为粉砂、砂质粉砂、粉砂质砂;泥沙粒径中粉砂占55.18%,砂占32.86%,黏土占11.97%。泥沙中值粒径为41.34μm,平均粒径为31.73μm,两者随离白格堰塞湖距离的增加而逐渐变小;偏度值为0.27,属正偏;峰态值为0.94,属于中等尖锐;分选系数为0.57,分选性好;泥沙的粒度分布曲线双峰占52%,主峰高而窄,峰值为100μm,次峰低而宽;单峰占48%,峰态较窄,峰值为50μm。剖面泥沙粒径组成差别很小,以砂占优,粉砂含量略小于细砂,黏土含量大多在11.0%,中值粒径值大于其平均粒径值,分选系数均小于0.6,偏度为极正偏,峰态为中等。“11·03”溃决洪水与其他洪水相比,泥沙粒度组分较细,以粉砂为主,中值粒径和平均粒径较小,峰态更宽,偏度为正偏,分选性更好。【结论】研究结果对进一步认识堰塞湖溃决洪水的泥沙特征具有重要参考价值。
