Flavanone and flavonoid hydroxylase genes regulate fiber color formation in naturally colored cotton

Using naturally colored cotton(NCC)can eliminate dyeing,printing and industrial processing,and reduce sewage discharge and energy ***(PAs),the primary coloration components in brown fibers,are polyphenols formed by oligomers or polymers of flavan-3-ol units derived from *** essential structural genes for flavanone and flavonoid hydroxylation encoding flavanone-3-hydroxylase(F3H),flavonoid 3’-hydroxylase(F3’H)and flavonoid 3’5’-hydroxylase(F3’5’H)are initially committed in the flavonoid biosynthesis pathway to produce common *** three genes were all expressed predominantly in developing fibers of NCCs,and their expression patterns varied temporally and spatially among NCC *** GhF3Hi,GhF3’Hi and GhF3’5’Hi silenced lines of NCC varieties XC20 and ZX1,the expression level of the three genes decreased in developing cotton fiber,negatively correlated with anthocyanidin content and fiber color *** color depth and type in RNAi lines changed with endogenous gene silencing efficiency and expression pattern,the three hydroxylase genes functioned in fiber color ***3H showed functional differentiation among NCC varieties and GhF3’H acted in the accumulation of anthocyanin in *** with GhF3’H,GhF3’5’H was expressed more highly in brown fiber with a longer duration of expression and caused lighter color of fibers in GhF3’5’H silenced *** three genes regulating fiber color depth and type could be used to improve these traits by genetic manipulation.

INTERFACIAL STEPWISE ION/COORDINATION PARTICLE EXCHANGE ISOTHERM AND ISOTHERM EQUATION ON SUSPENDED MARINE PARTICLES

This article deals with a new type of isotherm discovered in sea water systems. The characteristics of this type of isotherm are the non-linear exponential relationship in the low concentration region and the isotherm composed of two or three 'S' curves with one or two plateaus in the middle. This isotherm cannot be expressed by the isotherm equation used in marine chemistry at present. Besides, there has been no report in literature about this type of isotherm in so far as the reaction of minor elements on hydrous oxides is concerned. In order to explain theoretically this type of isotherm, this article suggests the use of the theory of interfacial stepwise ion/coordination particle exchange (for simplicity, ion exchange is used herein-after) of suspended particles to deduce a corresponding isotherm equation. Pyrolysis Study of Waterborne Polyurethane

The thermal degradation of synthetic waterborne polyurethane（PU） based on toluenediisocyanate（TDI） was investigated by pyrolysis-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry（Py-GC/MS） and thermogravimetry（TG）.The degradation profiles of cast films obtained from dispersions were *** than 20 characteristic volatile pyrolyzates reflecting the structure and pyrolysis mechanisms of the polymer have been identified by on-line *** helium atmosphere,the synthesized products of polyurethane were pyrolyzed at 350,450,550,650 and 750 ℃ respectively,and the thermal decomposition products were analyzed on line using GC/*** product analysis reveals that the pyrolyzates distribution of the polyurethane depends strongly on the pyrolysis *** on the Py-GC/MS data,the thermal degradation mechanism of the polyurethane is discussed.

In 1976 the authors published in Chinese three consecutive papers on the followinginterrelated subjects: (1) A φ(Z/l, x) rule of inorganicion exchange reactions in sea water(Kexue Tongbao 21 (5): 231—236), (2) application of the above rule to KCI solution the system of various inorganic ion exchanges (ibid. 21 (7): 334—336) and (3) application of the above rule to the marine geochemistry of the elements (ibid. 21 (12): 531—535). Since these papers are concerned with microcosmic approach to marine chemistry, we put them together in a paper to facilitate our fellow marine chemists abroad in exchanging ideas regarding the very interesting subject.

The study of the transport of the elements through the ocean is one of the most important aspects of marine chemistry. Ishibashi & Higashi (1958) have made a general study of this problem. They consider that the quantity of a given element dissolved in seawater is determined by the following three factors: (1) the quantity of that element present in the earth’s crust; (2) the rate at which the element is transported to the ocean by river; (3) the rate at which the element is removed from the ocean by sedimentation.

Objectives:The aim of this multicenter,prospective,single-arm pilot study(*** number:NCT05040074)was to observe the procedural and 30-day results of the novel transcatheter mitral valve repair system,SQ-Kyrin■-M Clip(Shenqi Medical,Shanghai,China),in patients with severe mitral regurgitation(MR).Methods:The heart team considered patients from 5 centers in China with clinically significant functional mitral regurgitation≥3+despite optimal medical therapy or degenerative mitral regurgitation≥3+with high surgical risk as candidates for transcatheter *** patients received transcatheter edge-to-edge mitral valve repair under general *** primary outcome was technical success,which included all of the following measured at the exit from the catheterization laboratory:(1)absence of procedural mortality;(2)successful access,delivery,and retrieval of the device delivery system;(3)successful deployment and correct positioning of the frst intended device;and(4)no emergency surgery or reintervention related to the device or access *** secondary outcomes included all-cause mortality,serious adverse events,device success,and procedural success 30 d after the ***:From June 2021 to December 2021,18 patients were enrolled in this study with age(75.7±7.4)*** patients had MR 4+,while 3 had MR 3+.Technical success was achieved in all patients,including 6 degenerative mitral regurgitation and 12 functional mitral regurgitation *** was no all-cause mortality at 30 *** patient had single leaflet device attachment within 30 d,which was regarded as a serious adverse event,and the patient was successfully treated with reintervention by implanting another *** patient's transmitral gradient was 6 mmHg(>5 mmHg),with an effective orifice area of 2.57 cm^(2) after the *** patients had device success and procedural success at 30 d *** patients had MR 1+,3 had MR 2+,and only 1

目的对右美托咪定在小儿麻醉中的应用疗效展开深入分析。方法从2012年1月—2014年1月中选取需择期手术的270例随机分为A、B、C3组,每组患儿人数均为90例,A组90例患者给予咪唑安定静注后给予氯胺酮静注;b组患者给予丙泊酚复合氯胺酮静脉注射;C组患者给予右美托咪定复合氯胺酮静脉注射。对比3组患者各方面情况。结果 C组患儿行右美托咪定复合氯胺酮静脉注射麻醉后,总有效率、治疗前后各指标、不良反应等各方面情况均优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿术前通过行右美托咪定复合氯胺酮静脉注射麻醉麻醉的方法不仅能够让患儿在整个手术中的生命体征平稳,还具有术中无疼痛,术后清醒快,舒适、不良反应较少的特点,值得临床进一步推广使用。

随着大数据时代的到来,数据蕴含的内在价值和外部需要促使越来越多的国家跻身于政府数据开放行列中。通过对我国政府数据开放政策的演进研究,对88份政府数据开放政策进行文本分析,总结我国政府数据开放政策的主要内容及特点,在此基础上剖析当前我国政府数据开放政策存在的问题,并提出构建中国政府数据开放政策体系、加强中国政府数据开放政策区域协同、推进中国政府数据开放政策实施、扩大中国政府数据开放政策实施中的公众参与、完善政府数据开放的隐私保护与安全保障等解决策略。
