The stretch bending of L-section variable-curvature SUS301L stainless-steel roof bending beams for metro vehicles was numerically *** causes of defects such as wrinkling,section distortion,and poor contour accuracy were analysed,and the corresponding control methods were *** simulation results demonstrated that wrinkling in the small-arc segment could be eliminated by setting the die clearance and adjusting the elongation *** to the sidewall shrinkage of the profile in the process of stretch bending,the die groove depth was correspondingly *** section of the profile was effectively supported by the bottom of the die groove,and the section distortion could be *** was the main reason for the poor contour accuracy,which could be compensated by modifying the die surface based on the springback *** the above defect control methods,forming experiments were performed on a new type of stretch bending die with variable die clearance and groove depth developed in this ***,high-quality components were obtained,which verified the efficacy of the defect control methods.

An experimental apparatus with cooling system and pressure-adjustment assembly for simulating quench- ing was constructed to investigate the effect of contact pressure on the microstructures and mechanical properties of hot stamping parts. Qualitative and quantitative analyses of the microstructures of the as quenched parts were con- ducted; moreover, hardness and tensile tests were performed to measure their mechanical properties. The results in- dicated that contact pressure during quenching strongly affected the structures and performances of hot-stamping components. An excessive low contact pressure led to insufficient martensitic transformation. The critical contact pressure for complete martensitic transformation for 4.0 mm 22MnB5 steel was 0.4 MPa when the temperature of the coolant was 20 ℃. However, in consideration of the efficiency of practical production, a contact pressure higher than 1.25 MPa is recommended.

Automobile manufacturers have been inereasingl^r adopting hot-stamped parts for use in newly designed ve- hicles to improve crash worthiness and fuel efficiency. However, the simulation of hot stamping is rather complex and challenging, and further research still needs to be done on hot stamping hardening mechanism. The microstruc- ture evolution and hardening mechanisms during hot stamping of 22MnB5 steel were thoroughly investigated, using information provided in the literatures as well as experimental results. New models were developed to predict the grain growth during heating and the flow stress of a manganese boron steel （22MnB5） with high hardenability by the Gleeble simulation experimental results. The deformed austenite decomposition during stamping and quenching was emphatically quantified based on the transformation thermodynamic and kinetic theories, and the relationship of mi- crostructure to properties was analyzed. The results showed that the optimal process to obtain homogeneous and small lath martensite is heating at 900--950 ℃ for 5 min and then auenching at 50 ℃/s with a Dressing time about 8 s.

Carbon fibre,steel fibre and graphite were used as conductive fillers to prepare cementitious materials with excellent electrothermal *** electrically conductive cementitious materials with different volume dosages were analysed through compressive and flexural strength,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and temperature rise *** equivalent circuit model was established to study the electrically conductive heat generation mechanism in the electrically conductive cementitious *** results indicate that the mechanical properties of cementitious composite materials with a ternary conductive phase are better than those of pristine cementitious materials because the fibrous filler improves their mechanical ***,the incorporation of graphite in the material reduces its *** fibrous and point-like conductive phase materials into the cementitious material enhances the overall conductive pathway and considerably reduces the electrical resistance of the cementitious material,enhancing its conductive *** volume ratios of carbon fibre,steel fibre and graphite that achieve an optimal complex doping in the cementitious material were 0.35%,0.6%and 6%,*** was determined using the mutation point of each circuit element parameter as the percolation *** addition,at a certain safety voltage,there is a uniform change between the internal and surface temperatures of the conductive cementitious material,and the heating effect in this materialis is considerably better than that in the pristine cementitious material.

Studying molecular recognition in aqueous environments is crucial for understanding biological processes. Herein, we present a series of N-doped endo-functionalized anthracene-based cavities by introducing inward-directed pyridine units. The subtle modifications can significantly affect the binding properties of these receptors, which is similar to the mutations in biological systems. Self-supervised graph representation learning has recently shown considerable promise in a range of fields, including bioinformatics and social networks. A large number of graph contrastive learning approaches have shown promising performance for representation learning on graphs, which train models by maximizing agreement between original graphs and their augmented views(i.e., positive views). Unfortunately, these methods usually involve pre-defined augmentation strategies based on the knowledge of human experts. Moreover, these strategies may fail to generate challenging positive views to provide sufficient supervision signals. In this paper, we present a novel approach named graph pooling contrast(GPS) to address these *** by the fact that graph pooling can adaptively coarsen the graph with the removal of redundancy, we rethink graph pooling and leverage it to automatically generate multi-scale positive views with varying emphasis on providing challenging positives and preserving semantics, i.e., strongly-augmented view and weakly-augmented view. Then, we incorporate both views into a joint contrastive learning framework with similarity learning and consistency learning, where our pooling module is adversarially trained with respect to the encoder for adversarial robustness. Experiments on twelve datasets on both graph classification and transfer learning tasks verify the superiority of the proposed method over its counterparts.
