Molecular fluorination strategy for regulating NIR AIEgens to boost phototheranostics of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Light-driven theranostics, so-called phototheranostics, represents one of the most momentous advances for cancer treatment, of particular interest is fluorescence imaging（FLI）-navigated photodynamic therapy（PDT）. Development of prominent phototheranostic agent synchronously sharing high reactive oxygen species（ROS） production and conspicuous absorption/emission performance in terms of wavelength and intensity, still remains an appealing yet significantly challenging task. Herein, a molecular fluorination strategy was tactfully exploited to subtly regulate aggregation-induced emission（AIE）-featured photosensitizers, and the optimized agent FPIBT was obtained. The integration of beneficial fluorine results in extended emission wavelength tailing in the second near-infrared region and enhanced molar extinction coefficient, and promotes the intersystem crossing process by reducing energy gap between the S1and T_nand increasing spin-orbit coupling constant, thus significantly improves ROS production capacity. By employing FPIBT nanoparticles, the unprecedented performance on NIR-II FLI-guided PDT towards nasopharyngeal carcinoma in mouse model is witnessed by the precise tumor diagnosis and efficient tumor elimination outcomes.

目的 MRI具有无辐射、软组织分辨率高、多参数及多方位成像的优点,也能进行动态增强扫描,可精细评估舌鳞状细胞癌原发灶的部位、大小形态、血供、周围结构受累和淋巴结转移情况等,对于制订临床手术方案有重要意义。本研究探讨弥散加权成像(diffusion weighted imaging,DWI)、MRI平扫及动态增强扫描等多参数MRI在舌鳞状细胞癌中的应用价值及预测颈部淋巴结转移的临床意义。方法回顾性分析经手术病理确诊的37例舌鳞状细胞癌患者的临床和影像学资料,其中有颈部淋巴结转移20例,无颈部淋巴结转移17例。所有病例术前均行头颈部DWI、MRI平扫及动态增强扫描,测量和分析肿瘤的部位、长、短径、厚度、表观扩散系数(apparent diffusion coefficient,ADC)值,比较颈部淋巴结转移组与无转移组间MRI测量参数的差异,同时分析肿瘤时间-信号强度曲线(time intensity curve,TIC)类型。结果 37例舌鳞状细胞癌患者的长径均值为(29±15)mm,短径均值为(24±13)mm,厚度均值为(19±10)mm,ADC均值为(1.067±0.137)×10^(-3) mm^2/s。有、无颈部淋巴结转移患者间,肿瘤长径、短径、厚度和ADC值的差异均有统计学意义,均P值<0.05。37例舌鳞状细胞癌患者中21例TIC为速升-平台型,16例TIC为速升-流出型。结论多参数MRI联合应用可较好评价肿瘤的部位、大小、血供、周围结构侵犯及淋巴结转移情况,ADC值与TIC类型对舌鳞状细胞癌的诊断具有重要价值。此外,肿瘤大小对预测淋巴结转移有一定的临床意义。

Peroxynitrite（ONOO-） is a highly reactive nitrogen species that plays pivotal roles in cell signal transduction and physiological or pathological progresses. However, commonly used ONOO-optical imaging probes are still hampered by high background/autofluorescence（fluorescence probe）, short emission wavelength, or poor selectivity in the case of chemiluminescence. Herein,we report a facile method to prepare an activatable chemiluminescence probe（PPA-PEG） with good biocompatibility and functionality for in vivo autofluorescence-free imaging of ONOO-. The PPA-PEG consists of pyropheophorbide-a（PPA）, a typical deep red photosensitizer that acts as both the recognition and signaling element, and 4-arm poly（ethylene glycol）(4-arm PEG), which improves the biosafety and water solubility of probe. These components can self-assemble into nanoparticles（namely PPA-PEG nanoprobe） in aqueous solution. The PPA-PEG nanoprobe showed an ultra-low chemiluminescence signal before interacting with ONOO-, but exhibited good selectivity, high sensitivity and a fast response toward ONOO-. The PPAPEG was successfully applied to image cellular ONOO-changes, as well as the endogenous ONOO-changes in inflammation models and subcutaneous or orthotopic hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC） tumors models in living mice. In vitro and in vivo studies verified the good detection and imaging capabilities of PPA-PEG for peroxynitrite, demonstrating suitable tissue penetration and a high signal-to-background ratio（SBR）. Thus, our nanoprobe can serve as a valuable activatable chemiluminescence imaging tool for studying important peroxynitrite-related chemical and biological applications.

Nonlinear optical oscillation in on-chip erbium-doped lithium niobate microring resonators

Erbium-doped lithium niobate(LN) on insulator active devices, such as lasers and amplifiers, have received increasing attention. The nonlinear optical oscillation in them at high power destabilizes the output of signals and cannot be ignored. In this study, we reported the experimental observation and theoretical analysis of the nonlinear optical oscillation in erbiumdoped lithium niobate-on-insulator(LNOI) microring resonators while scanning the pump wavelength. Under the same pump power, the number of oscillation cycles decreases when the wavelength scanning rate increases from 10.6 to 33.9 nm/μs. A theoretical model based on the competition between the thermo-optic nonlinearity and the photorefractive effect was introduced to interpret the oscillation in transmission. A series of parameters were obtained from the comparison between the theoretical and experimental results; some of them, the relaxation rates of the thermal and the electric field, are significantly different from those of undoped LNOI microcavities. This work provides a valuable reference for future applications of active LNOI devices.

Growth behavior and electronic regulation of Pt on various Mo-based supports for hydrogen evolution electrocatalysis

Insight into the growth behavior and electronic regulation of platinum （Pt） on various transition metal supports is paramount in developing high-performing electrocatalysts for hydrogen evolution reactions （HER）.Herein,we studied the influence of molybdenum-based supports （MoX,X=C,N,P,and S） on the growth behavior and electronic regulation of *** found that the formation energy variations between Pt single atom and clusters on MoX supports play a pivotal role in the growth behavior of ***,the electronic regulation of Pt induced by metal-support interaction may reflect the valence changes of Pt in Pt-MoX/*** Pt-MoC/C catalyst with a moderate valence state of Pt exhibits the best HER activity with an overpotential of 12.0 mV at 10 mA cm-2and a mass activity of 27.1 A mgPt-1,12.3 times as high as that of commercial 20 wt% Pt/*** work provides constructive guidance for the design of high-performance HER catalysts.

阅读理解是外语教学和测试的重要内容,筛选素材并根据需求对其进行改编以调控文本难度,是教师及命题人员的必备能力。通过对2011-2023年的高考日语全国卷进行调查研究及分析发现,改编策略主要有四种,频率由高到低分别为替换、删除、添加和移动。这些策略在语言维度上实现了简单化,在形式维度上实现了规范化,在内容维度上实现了目标适切化,为评估考生的阅读能力和水平提供了公平的环境。教师可以利用改编策略进行难度定级、文本改编和效果评估,完成文本难度调控;综合运用改编策略,确保测试质量;灵活改编教材文本,提升教学效果。

Material basis and sleep-improving mechanisms of Lily-Ziziphi spinosae semen Decoction：Systematic evidence from LC-MS， network pharmacology and animal experiments

Lily-Ziziphi spinosae semen Decoction (LZ) is known for its blood nourishing， mind calming， body sedation， and sleep promoting effects in traditional Chinese medicine. However， its material basis and underlying mechanisms have not yet been clearly defined. This study applies liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry， network pharmacology， and animal studies to reveal the material basis and sleep-improving mechanisms of LZ. The mixed decoction (LZ-ME) and single decoction (LZ-SE) were prepared to study their chemical components. Network pharmacology was used to predict the sleep-improving targets and signaling pathways of LZ. ICR mice were intragastrically administered saline (NC)， melatonin (positive control group， 0.50 mg/kg)， low (12.90 g/kg)， medium (25.70 g/kg)， and high (38.60 g/kg) dose of LZ-ME and LZ-SH for 30 days.. The results showed that LZ-ME could prolong the sleep duration and shorten the sleep latency in sodium barbiturate induced mice model. The results of chemical composition showed that total polysaccharides， total flavonoids， total saponins， and total alkaloids in LZ-ME were significantly higher than those in LZ-SE (177.20%， 82.34%， 30.58%， and 11.66%， respectively). A total of 58 chemical components were identified by UPLC-QTOF-MS， and eight representative difference components of LZ-ME and LZ-SE were found. LZ-ME significantly increased tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) in mice serum and neurotransmitter γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) levels in mice hippocampus， decreased dopamine (DA) and glutamate (Glu) levels in mice hippocampus (P < 0.05). Furthermore， LZ-ME up-regulated the abundance of the beneficial bacteria Lactobacillus and Eubacterium＿R， down-regulated the abundance of the harmful bacteria Lachnospiraceae et al. The polysaccharides， flavonoids (spinosin and 6?-feruloylspinosin) and saponins (jujuboside A and jujuboside B) were the main material bases for the sleep-promoting effects of LZ. Integrated multi-omics analysis unveils metabolites-mediated microbial interactions: dynamic regulation and metabolic division of A. flavus SU-16 and S. cerevisiae HJ during co-fermentation

This study aimed to gain insight into the interaction and metabolic mechanism between A. flavus SU-16 and S. cerevisiae HJ during co-fermentation. Despite the suppressed transcriptional activity of SU-16， its metabolites exerted a pivotal regulatory influence. The metabolites produced by SU-16 significantly increased the ethanol content to 17.0%. They also significantly increased the contents of crucial flavor substances， including amino acids (at least 5 times) and esters (up to 1100 mg/L). SU-16 produced 130 metabolites that may affect flavor compounds， while HJ mainly controlled the synthesis of 161 compounds. Metabolites of SU-16 with different molecular weights were observed to exert differential regulatory effects on the fermentation process and the metabolic pathway of HJ. The small molecule metabolites of SU-16 promote the growth of HJ significantly. In contrast， its macromolecular metabolites were found to mainly affect the expression of genes related to carbohydrate and amino acid metabolism in the HJ genome.

Cutting force modeling in high-speed machining of selective laser melted Ti6Al4V alloys based on a modified constitutive model considering thermally activated effect

The thermally activated effect can produce a vital influence on the mechanical property and cutting force of metal materials in the machining process. An insight can be gained into the action criteria of the thermally activated effect on the cutting force, which provides a solid basis of the research of material performance and machinability. In this study, a cutting force model of selective laser melted(SLMed) Ti6Al4V alloy is proposed by introducing the modified constitutive model with thermally activated effects and the analytical model of the deformation zone into the cutting force model. The anisotropic properties of SLMed Ti6Al4V alloy under different scanning strategies(0°, 67.5°, and 90°) are explored by combining with the cutting force model, constitutive model and analytical model of deformation zone(primary deformation and tool-chip contact area). The action of thermally activated effects on the cutting force, primary deformation and tool-chip contact zone is also researched in detail. Milling experiments and predictions of SLMed Ti6Al4V alloy under different scanning strategies have been implemented to reveal the effectiveness of this new model. The comparison results indicate that the proposed milling force model can effectively predict milling force and reflect well on the anisotropy of SLMed Ti6Al4V *** addition, this proposed force model can well analyze the action mechanism of the thermally activated effect on the milling force of SLMed Ti6Al4V alloy, which is significantly essential for the machining mechanism research in terms of a microscopic perspective.
