Hepatectomy is still the major curative treatment for patients with liver ***,it is still a big challenge to remove the tumors in the central posterior area,especially if their location involves the retrohepatic inferior vena cava and hepatic *** vivo liver resection and auto-transplantation(ELRA),a hybrid technique of the traditional liver resection and transplantation,has brought new hope to these patients and therefore becomes a valid alternative to liver *** to its technical difficulty,ELRA is still concentrated in a few hepatobiliary centers that have experienced surgeons in both liver resection and liver *** efficacy and safety of this technique has already been demonstrated in the treatment of benign liver diseases,especially in the advanced alveolar ***,the application of ELRA for liver malignances has gained more ***,standardization of clinical practice norms and international consensus are still *** prognostic impact in these oncologic patients also needs further *** this review,we summarized the principles and recent progresses on ELRA.

针对物流仓库潜在的安全隐患问题,设计了Zigbee无线传感网络和自动巡检智能小车相结合的仓库监测系统.首先使用多个Zigbee终端节点连接环境参数传感器套件,分布到仓库货架上实现静态监测;其次,设计了自动循迹智能小车搭载热像仪和传感器实现仓库环境动态监测.通过增量式PID对电机进行闭环控制,使小车的速度和转向角度沿着预定路径前进.经测试,该系统可以实现物流仓库静态和动态全方位监测和及时预警,为保障仓库安全提供了一种技术管理手段.

Gastric cancer(GC)is a malignancy with a high incidence and *** tumor immune microenvironment plays an important role in promoting cancer development and supports GC *** evidence shows that GC cells can exert versatile mechanisms to remodel the tumor immune microenvironment and induce immune *** this review,we systematically summarize the intricate crosstalk between GC cells and immune cells,including tumor-associated macrophages,neutrophils,myeloid-derived suppressor cells,natural killer cells,effector T cells,regulatory T cells,and B *** focus on how GC cells alter these immune cells to create an immunosuppressive microenvironment that protects GC cells from immune *** conclude by compiling the latest progression of immune checkpoint inhibitor-based immunotherapies,both alone and in combination with conventional ***-cytotoxic Tlymphocyte-associated protein 4 and anti-programmed cell death protein 1/programmed death-ligand 1 therapy alone does not provide substantial clinical benefit for GC ***,the combination of immune checkpoint inhibitors with chemotherapy or targeted therapy has promising survival advantages in refractory and advanced GC *** review provides a comprehensive understanding of the immune evasion mechanisms of GC,and highlights promising immunotherapeutic strategies.

Many areas are now experiencing data streams that contain privacy-sensitive *** the sharing and release of these data are of great commercial value,if these data are released directly,the private user information in the data will be ***,how to continuously generate publishable histograms(meeting privacy protection requirements)based on sliding data stream windows has become a critical issue,especially when sending data to an untrusted third *** histogram publication methods are unsatisfactory in terms of time and storage costs,because they must cache all elements in the current sliding window(sW).Our work addresses this drawback by designing an efficient online histogram publication(EOHP)method for local differential privacy data ***,in the EOHP method,the data collector first crafts a histogram of the current SW using an approximate counting ***,the data collector reduces the privacy budget by using the optimized budget absorption mechanism and adds appropriate noise to the approximate histogram,making it possible to publish the histogram while retaining satisfactory data *** experimental results on two different real datasets show that the EOHP algorithm significantly reduces the time and storage costs and improves data utility compared to other existing algorithms.

Solid-state lithium metal batteries(SSLMBs)show great promise in terms of high-energy-density and high-safety ***,there is an urgent need to address the compatibility of electrolytes with high-voltage cathodes/Li anodes,and to minimize the electrolyte thickness to achieve highenergy-density of ***,we develop an ultrathin(12.6μm)asymmetric composite solid-state electrolyte with ultralight areal density(1.69 mg cm^(−2))for *** electrolyte combining a garnet(LLZO)layer and a metal organic framework(MOF)layer,which are fabricated on both sides of the polyethylene(PE)separator separately by tape *** PE separator endows the electrolyte with flexibility and excellent mechanical *** LLZO layer on the cathode side ensures high chemical stability at high *** MOF layer on the anode side achieves a stable electric field and uniform Li flux,thus promoting uniform Li^(+)*** to the well-designed structure,the Li symmetric battery exhibits an ultralong cycle life(5000 h),and high-voltage SSLMBs achieve stable cycle *** assembled pouch cells provided a gravimetric/volume energy density of 344.0 Wh kg^(−1)/773.1 Wh L^(−1).This simple operation allows for large-scale preparation,and the design concept of ultrathin asymmetric structure also reveals the future development direction of SSLMBs.

Liver transplantation(LT)is the standard therapy for individuals afflicted with end-stage liver *** notable advancements in LT technology,the incidence of early allograft dysfunction(EAD)remains a critical concern,exacerbating the current organ shortage and detrimentally affecting the prognosis of ***,the perplexing hepatic heterogeneity has impeded characterization of the cellular traits and molecular events that contribute to ***,we constructed a pioneering single-cell transcriptomic landscape of human transplanted livers derived from non-EAD and EAD patients,with 12 liver samples collected from 7 donors during the cold perfusion and portal reperfusion *** of the 75231 cells of non-EAD and EAD patients revealed an EAD-associated immune niche comprising mucosal-associated invariant T cells,granzyme B^(+)(GZMB^(+))granzyme K^(+)(GZMK^(+))natural killer cells,and S100 calcium binding protein A12^(+)(S100A12^(+))***,we verified this immune niche and its association with EAD occurrence in two independent *** findings elucidate the cellular characteristics of transplanted livers and the EAD-associated pathogenic immune niche at the single-cell level,thus,offering valuable insights into EAD onset.

The commercialization of a polymer membrane H2-O2 fuel cell and its widespread use call for the development of cost-effective oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)nonplatinum group metal(NPGM)***,to meet the requests for the real-world fuel cell application and replacing platinum catalysts,it still needs to address some challenges for NPGM catalysts regarding the sluggish ORR kinetics in the cathode and their poor durability in acidic *** response to these issues,numerous efforts have been made to study NPGM catalysts both theoretically and experimentally,developed these into the atomically dispersed coordinated metal-nitrogen-carbon(M-N-C)form over the past *** this review,we present a comprehensive summary of recent advancements on NPGM catalysts with high activity and *** design strategies in terms of optimizing active-site density and enhancing catalyst stability against demetalization and carbon corrosion are *** is also emphasized the importance of understanding the mechanisms and principles behind those strategies through a combination of theoretical modeling and experimental ***,further understanding the mechanisms related to the active-site structure and the formation process of the single-atom active site under pyrolysis conditions is critical for active-site *** the active-site distance is the basic principle for improving catalyst activity through increasing the catalyst active-site *** studies for the catalyst deactivation mechanism and modeling stable active-site structures provide both mechanisms and principles to improve the NPGM catalyst ***,currently remained challenges and perspectives in the future on designing high-performance atomically dispersed NPGM catalysts toward fuel cell application are discussed.

Background:Liver transplantation(LT)is the“cure”therapy for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).However,some patients encounter HCC recurrence after ***,there is no effective methods to identify the LT patients who have high risk of HCC recurrence and would benefit from adjuvant targeted *** present study aimed to establish a scoring system to predict HCC recurrence of HCC patients after LT among the Chinese population,and to evaluate whether these patients are suitable for adjuvant targeted ***:Clinical data of HCC patients who underwent LT from March 2015 to June 2019 were retrospectively collected and ***:A total of 201 patients were included in the *** multivariate Cox analysis suggested that preoperative alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)>200μg/L(HR=2.666,95%CI:1.515-4.690;P=0.001),glutamyl transferase(GGT)>96 U/L(HR=1.807,95%CI:1.012-3.224;P=0.045),and exceeding the Hangzhou criteria(HR=2.129,95%CI:1.158-3.914;P=0.015)were independent risk factors for poor disease-free survival(DFS)in patients with HCC who underwent *** established an AFP-GGT-Hangzhou(AGH)scoring system based on these factors,and divided cases into high-,moderate-,and low-risk *** differences in overall survival(OS)and disease-free survival(DFS)rates among the three groups were significant(P<0.05).The efficacy of the AGH scoring system to predict DFS was better than that of the Hangzhou criteria,UCSF criteria,Milan criteria,and TNM *** in the high-risk group,we found that lenvatinib significantly improved prognosis compared with that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The AGH scoring system provides a convenient and effective way to predict HCC recurrence after LT in HCC patients in *** with a high-risk AGH score may benefit from lenvatinib adjuvant therapy after LT.

Investigation on Magnetorheological Effect of Novel Self-healing Magnetorheological Elastomers

Magnetorheological elastomers(MREs)hold significant promise in various fields such as automotive engineering,and civil engineering,where they serve as intelligent *** on the application of an external magnetic field,these materials exhibit varying magnetorheological and viscoelastic properties,including shear stress,yield stress,dynamic moduli,and *** this work,a new type of MRE,termed self-healing MREs(SH-MREs),has been developed by adding a novel self-healing agent into existing *** dynamic modulus and loss factor of SH-MREs with different compositions have been characterized under various conditions of frequency,temperature,and *** results show that as the strain value increases,the loss factor also ***,the loss factor initially increases and then decreases with increasing magnetic field *** higher concentrations of ferromagnetic particles increase the loss factor,they enhance the operational range due to their better responsiveness to magnetic ***-MREs demonstrate improved damping capabilities,attributed to the formation of coordination bonds between ferromagnetic particles and the self-healing *** stable structure increases the viscosity of *** results of the regression model suggest a direct proportionality between sensitivity to the magnetic field and the ferromagnetic particle concentration.
