We present a self-assembly method to prepare array nano-wires of colloidal CdSe quantum dots on a substrate of porous Al2 O3 film modified by gold nanoparticles. The photoluminescence(PL) spectra of nanowires are in situ measured by using a scanning near-field optical microscopy(SNOM) probe tip with 100-nm aperture on the scanning near-field optical microscope. The results show that the binding sites from the edge of porous Al2 O3 nanopores are combined with the carboxyl of CdSe quantum dots’ surface to form an array of CdSe nanowires in the process of losing background solvent because of the gold nanoparticles filling the nano-holes of porous Al2 O3 film. Compared with the area of nonself-assembled nano-wire, the fluorescence on the Al2 O3/Au/CdSe interface is significantly enhanced in the self-assembly nano-wire regions due to the electron transfer conductor effect of the gold nanoparticles’ surface. In addition, its full width at half maximum(FWHM) is also obviously widened. The method of enhancing fluorescence and energy transfer can widely be applied to photodetector, photocatalysis, optical display, optical sensing, and biomedical imaging, and so on.

Transesterification of poly（ethylene terephthalate）（PET） with poly（ε-caprolactone）（PCL） was investigated bymeans of NMR spectroscopy, extraction experiments, differential scanning calorimetry （DSC） and phase contrast microscopy（PCM）. The;H-NMR results show that transesterification takes place in the melt blends and leads to the formation of thePET-PCL copolyester with a chemical structure similar to ethylene terephthalate-ε-caprolactonc copolycster （TCL）synthesized directly from monomers. However, even in the blend that has been transesterified for 8 h, the random PET-PCLcopolyester, PET-PCL copolyester with long PET or long PCL segments and the unreacted PET and PCL homopolymersmay coexist. Due to the low mobility of PET and PCL chains and the high viscosity of the two macromolecules, thetransesterification proceeds with difficulty. Furthermore, PET is incompatible with PCL, the transesterification can onlyoccur at the interface or in the interfacial region between two phases, and finally the reaction can only reach a localequilibrium. These results indicate that in fact the transesterification in the melt blend between two incompatiblehomopolymers could not lead to the formation of completely random or typical block copolyesters.

Objective This study aimed to investigate the effect and underlying mechanism of Fructus lycii in improving exercise *** A network pharmacological approach was used to explore potential mechanisms of action of Fructus *** muscle C2C12 cells and immunofluorescence were employed to verify the effect and mechanism of the representative components in Fructus lycii predicted by network pharmacological *** Six potential active components,namely quercetin,β-sitosterol,stigmasterol,7-Omethylluteolin-6-C-beta-glucoside_qt,atropine,and glycitein,were identified to have potency in improving exercise fatigue via multiple pathways,such as the PI3K-Akt,neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction,IL-17,TNF,and MAPK signaling *** immunofluorescence results indicated that quercetin,a significant active component in Fructus lycii,increased the mean staining area of 2-NBDG,TMRM,and MitoTracker,and decreased the area of CellRox compared to the ***,the protein expression levels of p-38 MAPK,p-MAPK,p-JNK,p-PI3K,and p-AKT markedly increased after quercetin *** Fructus lycii might alleviate exercise fatigue through multiple components and *** these,quercetin appears to improve exercise fatigue by enhancing energy metabolism and reducing oxidative *** PI3K-AKT and MAPK signaling pathways also appear to play a role in this process.

Liver transplantation(LT)is the standard therapy for individuals afflicted with end-stage liver *** notable advancements in LT technology,the incidence of early allograft dysfunction(EAD)remains a critical concern,exacerbating the current organ shortage and detrimentally affecting the prognosis of ***,the perplexing hepatic heterogeneity has impeded characterization of the cellular traits and molecular events that contribute to ***,we constructed a pioneering single-cell transcriptomic landscape of human transplanted livers derived from non-EAD and EAD patients,with 12 liver samples collected from 7 donors during the cold perfusion and portal reperfusion *** of the 75231 cells of non-EAD and EAD patients revealed an EAD-associated immune niche comprising mucosal-associated invariant T cells,granzyme B^(+)(GZMB^(+))granzyme K^(+)(GZMK^(+))natural killer cells,and S100 calcium binding protein A12^(+)(S100A12^(+))***,we verified this immune niche and its association with EAD occurrence in two independent *** findings elucidate the cellular characteristics of transplanted livers and the EAD-associated pathogenic immune niche at the single-cell level,thus,offering valuable insights into EAD onset.

The liver is an important metabolic and detoxification organ and hence demands a large amount of energy,which is mainly produced by the *** tissues of pa-tients with alcohol-related or non-alcohol-related liver diseases contain ultrastructural mito-chondrial lesions,mitochondrial DNA damage,disturbed mitochondrial dynamics,and compromised ATP *** of mitochondrial reactive oxygen species in-duces oxidative damage to mitochondrial proteins and mitochondrial DNA,decreases mito-chondrial membrane potential,triggers hepatocyte inflammation,and promotes programmed cell death,all of which impair liver *** DNA may be a poten-tial novel non-invasive biomarker of the risk of progression to liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma in patients infected with the hepatitis B *** herein present a review of the mechanisms of mitochondrial dysfunction in the development of acute liver injury and chronic liver diseases,such as hepatocellular carcinoma,viral hepatitis,drug-induced liver injury,alcoholic liver disease,and non-alcoholic fatty liver *** review also discusses mito-chondrion-centric therapies for treating liver diseases.

In this paper,cement and dechlorinated Polyaluminum Chloride Residue(PACR)have been used to prepare a net slurry and mortar *** hydration activity indicators have been used to quantitatively analyze the dechlorinated PACR hydration *** particular,the effect of dechlorinated PACR content on the compressive strength of mortar has been assessed by means of compressive strength ***,X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)have been employed to observe the microstructure of the considered hydration *** following results have been *** 28th day activity index of the dechlorinated PACR is 75%,and therefore it meets the criterion for the use of active *** increase in the content of the dechlorinated PACR tends to reduce the compressive strength of mortar specimens,however,it is beneficial to its later strength *** the content is not greater than 10%,the strength remains unchanged,otherwise,it *** PACR does not form a new crystalline phase in the cement slurry,and the dechlorinated PACR remains active until the age of the 28th *** inclusion of the PACR mainly deteriorates the early strength of the cement slurry,but it promotes the production of hydration products in the cement slurry after the 7th day.
