Spatial-temporal distribution and emission of urban scale air pollutants in Hefei based on Mobile-DOAS

As a significant city in the Yangtze River Delta regions,Hefei has experienced rapid changes in the sources of air pollution due to its high-speed economic development and urban ***,there has been limited research in recent years on the spatial-temporal distribution and emission of its atmospheric *** address this,this study conducted mobile observations of urban roads using the Mobile-DOAS instrument from june 2021 to May *** monitoring results exhibit a favourable consistent with TROPOMI satellite data and ground monitoring station ***,there were pronounced seasonal variations in air ***,high concentration of HCHO and NO_(2)were closely associated with traffic congestion on roadways,while heightened SO_(2)levels were attributed to winter heating and industrial *** study also revealed that with the implementation of road policies,the average vehicle speed increased by 95.4%,while the NO concentration decreased by 54.4%.In the estimation of urban NO_(x)emission flux,it was observed that in temporal terms,compared with inventory data,the emissions calculated viamobile measurements exhibitedmore distinct seasonal patterns,with the highest emission rate of 349 g/sec in winter and the lowest of 142 g/sec in *** spatial terms,the significant difference in emissions between the inner and outer ring roads also suggests the presence of the city’s primary NO_(x)emission sources in the area between these two *** study offers data support for formulating the next phase of air pollution control measures in urban areas.

目的：比较取自上方与下方的带角膜缘干细胞的球结膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的疗效,以及术后球结膜瘢痕化对日后行青光眼滤过手术的影响。方法：对182例252眼初发翼状胬肉患者随机抽签法分成两组,A组85例110眼行翼状胬肉切除联合上方自体角膜缘干细胞移植,B组97例142眼翼状胬肉切除联合下方自体角膜缘干细胞植治疗翼状胬肉,术后1-12mo随访,观察两组的复发率和取自体角膜缘干细胞后球结膜瘢痕情况,以及对日后行青光眼滤过手术的影响。结果：随访1-12mo,A组和B组术后复发率相比较,差异无统计学意义（χ^2=0.015,P〉0.05）。A组取上方自体角膜缘干细胞后造成上方球结膜的瘢痕化;B组取下方自体角膜缘干细胞造成下方球结膜瘢痕化。因常规行青光眼滤过手术,通常选在正上方、鼻上或颞上方球结膜区,B组保留了上方健康的球结膜,为日后行青光眼滤过手术保留了手术区域。结论：上方与下方取自体角膜缘干细胞移植均能有效地治疗翼状胬肉,但下方取自体角膜缘干细胞移植能为日后行青光眼滤过手术保留手术区域。

Psychometric Properties of the Shortened Committed Action Questionnaire(CAQ-8):Evidence from Classical Test Theory and Network Analysis

Objectives:This study aimed to assess the reliability and validity of the abbreviated Committed Action Questionnaire(CAQ-8)in a cohort of 1635 Chinese university ***:Participants completed the Chinese version of the CAQ-8 along with other standardized measures,including the Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-II(AAQ-II),the Valuing Questionnaire(VQ),the Satisfaction with Life Scale(SWLS),the Depression Anxiety Stress Scales(DASS-21),and the World Health Organization Fiveitem Well-Being Index(WHO-5).A retest was conducted one month later with 300 valid ***:Exploratory factor analysis(n=818)identified a 2-factor structure,confirmed through validated factor analysis(n=817),showing good fit indices(CFI=0.990,RMSEA=0.040).Measurement equivalence across genders was *** CAQ-8 showed significant positive correlations with life satisfaction,mental health,and values,and negative correlations with depression,anxiety,stress,and experiential *** scale demonstrated good internal consistency(Cronbach’sα=0.76)and retest reliability(ICC=0.70).Network analysis confirmed the robustness of the 2-factor model,with item 4 in CAQ-8 identified as a core ***:The CAQ-8 is a reliable and valid tool for measuring committed action within the psychological flexibility model in Chinese populations.

A High-Order Numerical Method Based on Legendre Polynomial Approximation for Fourth-Order Eigenvalue Problem in Cylinder Domain

In this work, an efficient spectral method is proposed to solve the fourth-order eigenvalue problem in cylinder domain. Firstly, the key point of this method is to decompose the original model into a kind of decoupled two-dimensional eigenvalue problem by cylindrical coordinate transformation and Fourier series expansion, and deduce the crucial essential pole conditions. Secondly, we define a kind of weighted Sobolev spaces, and establish a suitable variational formula and its discrete form for each two-dimensional eigenvalue problem. Furthermore, we derive the equivalent operator formulas and obtain some prior error estimates of spectral theory of compact operators. More importantly, we further obtained error estimates for approximating eigenvalues and eigenfunctions by using two newly constructed projection operators. Finally,some numerical experiments are performed to validate our theoretical results and algorithm.

Pretreatment red blood cell distribution width as a predictive marker for postoperative complications after laparoscopic pancreatoduodenectomy
