为研究泄洪洞补气洞面积对洞内空气流动特性的影响,采用数值模拟法,主要分析了补气洞面积对空气流场和风速的影响规律。结果表明,增大补气洞面积,洞内平均风速随之减小,但向洞内补充的空气量反而增大,且能够提升洞内空气的流畅性;补气洞面积的变化对水流自由面上方空气流速的衰减规律影响较小,仅改变流速大小;建立了补气洞内风速与水流流速和面积系数(补气洞面积/洞顶余幅面积)三者之间的关系式,利用锦屏一级原型观测数据进行验证,误差小于10%。研究结果可为水利工程中的补气洞设计提供参考。

目的探讨灯盏乙素对脂多糖(LPS)诱导的BV-2小胶质细胞神经炎症的影响。方法培养BV-2小胶质细胞系,将BV-2小胶质细胞分为对照组(Ctrl)、环状GMP-AMP合酶(cGAS)抑制剂RU320521(RU.521)组、LPS组、LPS+RU.521组、LPS+灯盏乙素预处理(LPS+S)组、LPS+S+RU.521组,共6组。Western blotting及免疫荧光双标染色法检测并观察BV-2小胶质细胞中cGAS、干扰素基因刺激因子(STING)、核因子κB(NF-κB)、磷酸化NF-κB(p-NF-κB)、PYD结构域蛋白3(NLRP3)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的表达变化(n=3)。结果Western blotting和免疫荧光双标染色均显示,与对照组相比,LPS诱导后,BV-2小胶质细胞中cGAS、STING、p-NF-κB、NLRP3和TNF-α蛋白的表达水平显著升高(P0.05)。结论灯盏乙素干预抑制BV-2小胶质细胞介导的神经炎症反应,可能与cGAS-STING信号通路有关。

Based on the building principle of additive manufacturing,printing orientation mainly determines the tribological properties of joint *** this study,we created a polyether-ether-ketone(PEEK)joint prosthesis using fused filament fabrication and investigated the effects of printing orientation on its tribological properties using a pin-on-plate tribometer in 25% newborn calf *** ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene transfer film is formed on the surface of PEEK due to the mechanical capture of wear debris by the 3D-printed groove morphology,which is significantly impacted by the printing orientation of *** the printing orientation was parallel to the sliding direction of friction,the number and size of the transfer film increased due to higher steady *** transfer film protected the matrix and reduced the friction coefficient and wear rate of friction pairs by 39.13%and 74.33%,***,our findings provide a novel perspective regarding the role of printing orientation in designing knee prostheses,facilitating its practical applications.

Valvular heart disease(VHD),clinically manifested as stenosis and regurgitation of native heart valve,is one of the most prevalent cardiovascular diseases with high *** valve replacement surgery has been recognized as golden standard for the treatment of *** to the clinical application of transcatheter heart valve replacement technic and the excellent hemodynamic performance of bioprosthetic heart valves(BHVs),implantation of BHVs has been increasing over recent years and gradually became the preferred choice for the treatment of ***,BHVs might fail within 10-15 years due to structural valvular degeneration(SVD),which was greatly associated with drawbacks of glutaraldehyde crosslinked BHVs,including cytotoxicity,calcification,component degradation,mechanical failure,thrombosis and immune *** prolong the service life of BHVs,much effort has been devoted to overcoming the drawbacks of BHVs and reducing the risk of *** this review,we summarized and analyzed the research and progress on:(i)modification strategies based on glutaraldehyde crosslinked BHVs and(ii)nonglutaraldehyde crosslinking strategies for BHVs.

This paper presents an asynchronous output-feed-back control strategy of semi-Markovian systems via sliding mode-based learning *** with most literature results that require exact prior knowledge of system state and mode information,an asynchronous output-feedback sliding sur-face is adopted in the case of incompletely available state and non-synchronization *** holonomic dynamics of the sliding mode are characterized by a descriptor system in which the switching surface is regarded as the fast subsystem and the system dynamics are viewed as the slow *** upon the co-occurrence of two subsystems,the sufficient stochastic admissibility criterion of the holonomic dynamics is derived by utilizing the characteristics of cumulative distribution ***,a recursive learning controller is formulated to guarantee the reachability of the sliding manifold and realize the chattering reduction of the asynchronous switching and sliding ***,the proposed theoretical method is substantia-ted through two numerical simulations with the practical contin-uous stirred tank reactor and F-404 aircraft engine model,respectively.

To accurately determine the chronological framework of climatic variations recorded by various Martian terrains, the absolute ages of Martian events and cratering rate need to be constrained by either in situ dating or returned samples. In situ K-Ar dating is currently a more plausible dating technique as compared with sample return. Jarosite(KFe_(3)[SO_(4)]_(2)[OH]_(6)) is the only confirmed K sulfate mineral that is widely present on Mars, as indicated by in situ detection, orbital remote sensing, and meteorite studies. Jarosite can be used for precise K-Ar and (40)Ar/(39)Ar dating. The preservation of jarosite on Mars provides information about the nature and duration of aqueous processes on the Martian surface. Different ages of Martian jarosite represent the key to constraining the transition from Martian surface water activity to arid climatic conditions. This paper summarizes recent advances in our knowledge of the spatial distribution of Martian jarosite, its mineralogical properties and stability on Mars, the Ar diffusion kinetics of jarosite, and the current status of in situ K-Ar dating. Moreover, we examine the key scientific issues to be addressed for in situ K-Ar dating of jarosite and Martian sample return missions, and discuss future research directions.

This paper proposes a distributed robust optimal dispatch model to enhance information security and interaction among the operators in the regional integrated energy system(RIES).Our model regards the distribution network and each energy hub(EH)as independent operators and employs robust optimization to improve operational security caused by wind and photovoltaic(PV)power output uncertainties,with only deterministic information exchanged across *** paper also adopts the alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM)algorithm to facilitate secure information interaction among multiple RIES operators,maximizing the benefit for each ***,the traditional ADMM algorithm with fixed step size is modified to be adaptive,addressing issues of redundant interactions caused by suboptimal initial step size settings.A case study validates the effectiveness of the proposed model,demonstrating the superiority of the ADMM algorithm with adaptive step size and the economic benefits of the distributed robust optimal dispatch model over the distributed stochastic optimal dispatch model.

In the present work,316 L stainless steel specimens are fabricated by selective laser melting(SLM)via optimized laser process *** effects of two extrinsic factors,i.e.,strain rate and annealing temperature,on the mechanical performance of SLM-processed parts are *** two intrinsic factors,namely strain rate sensitivity m and work hardening exponent n,which control the tensile properties of the as-built samples,are *** structure characterizations show that cellular structure and crystalline grain exhibit apparently different thermal stability at 873 *** testing reveals that the yield strength decreases from 584±16 MPa to 323±2 MPa,while the elongation to failure increases from(46±1)%to(65±2)%when annealing temperature varies from 298 K to 1328 *** n value increases from 0.13 to 0.33 with the increase in annealing *** to the presence of fine cellular structures and high relative density achieved in as-printed 316 L samples,a strong dependence between tensile yield strength and strain rate is *** addition,the strain rate sensitivity of the SLM-produced 316 L part(m=0.017)is much larger than that of conventional coarse-grained part(m=0.006),whereas the n value increases slightly from 0.097 to 0.14 with increasing strain rate.
