考虑属性关联的区间灰熵决策模型

决策问题的复杂性和人类思维认知的模糊性,往往导致决策在不确定的环境下进行。利用灰色系统来处理决策中的不确定性已经取得了丰硕的成果。然而,如果仅仅使用精确数来表达偏好可能无法准确地反映专家的意见。因此,在这种情况下,本文引入了区间灰数来模拟专家在多个决策模型上的不确定性。尽管基于区间灰数的决策模型数量众多,但它们中的大多数都没有考虑到人类的有限理性。针对属性值以区间灰数形式给出且属性间具有相互作用关系的多属性决策问题,本文提出了基于几何面积的属性关联区间灰熵多属性决策方法。首先,考虑到分辨系数的主观选择会对关联排序造成不良影响,提出基于序列波动情况的指数型分辨系数。其次,给出面积相离度公式替代传统对应点之间的距离来计算接近度。最后提出了新的体现属性间相关性的调整权重公式,计算均衡接近度并排序。算例分析和对比分析验证了本文所提方法的可行性和合理性。

In semiarid regions,wind and water erosion are serious environmental and ecological problems around *** have different impacts on soil quality over a range of spatial *** the spatial distribution of soil erosion and understanding the impacts of wind and water erosion on soil quality at the regional scale is vital for mitigating soil erosion *** this study we explore the spatial distributions of water and wind erosion around Zhangjiakou city which suffers both water and wind erosion contemporaneously,and detect the influence of soil erosion on soil *** find that annual wind erosion intensities range 4.99-10.05 t ha-1 yr-1,and annual water erosion intensities range 2.92-4.14 t ha-1 *** with higher potential wind and total erosion risk occur mainly in northwest and southeast Zhangjiakou city,whereas potential water erosion risk is highest in the southwest and central *** highest erosion rates are concentrated in gentle parts of the landscape,where agriculture has led to low vegetation *** portions of the landscape,which remain forested,have lower erosion *** spatial patterns are dominated by higher wind erosion,which correlates with sur-face soil coarsening and higher water infiltration,whereas the soil water holding capacity decreases with increasing wind erosion *** regions with high water infiltration rates,we find the intensity of water erosion *** mitigate risks of soil degradation,suitable erosion measures should be imple-mented according to the dominant erosion type,which varies in space.

Software failure prediction is currently a hot subject of research all over the world. The support vector regressions (SVRs) are very efficiency for solving regression problems. The parameters just as C 、ε、γ performs very important roles in the generalization of SVR, and it’s hard for beginner to choose them. But in formar models, they diden’t care about this problem.A SVR-based generic model adaptive to the characteristic of the given data set is used for software failure time prediction. We also compare the prediction accuracy of software reliability prediction models based on 1-norm SVM, 2-norm SVM, vSVM and artificial neural network (ANN). Experimental results by four data sets show that the new software reliability prediction model could achieve higher prediction accuracy than that of the ANN-based or SVM-based models.

Objective: To explore the correlation between tumor infiltrating immune cell subsets and breast cancer prognosis. Methods: Our cohort included 102 patients with breast invasive ductal carcinoma. Specimens were analyzed for immune-related markers(CD8, CD20, Fox P3 and CD68). The number of positive cells in 3 most highly-stained intratumoral stroma areas of the primary tumor were counted. The medium number of each marker was calculated and used to divide patients into two groups respectively(CD8high/CD8 low group, CD20high/CD20 low group, FOXP3high/ FOXP3 low group and CD68high/CD68 low group). The correlation between the data we obtained and the patient’s clinical data, overall survival(OS) and disease-free(DFS) was analyzed. Results:(1)Kaplan–Meier survival analysis showed:(A) For the 102 invasive ductal carcinoma patients, high tumorinfiltrating CD8 CTLs and CD20 B lymphocytes, low tumor-infiltrating Fox P3 Treg and CD68 macrophages all increased the OS and DFS(P<0.05);(B) For the 35 ER negative breast invasive ductal carcinoma patients, both high tumor-infiltrating CD8 CTLs and CD20 B lymphocytes increased the overall survival OS and DFS(P<0.05);(C)For the 45 lymphonode negative breast invasive ductal carcinoma patients, high tumor-infiltrating CD8 CTLs and low tumorinfiltrating Fox P3 Treg and CD68 macrophages increased the OS and DFS(P<0.05).(2)Multivariate analysis of OS showed for the 102 invasive ductal carcinoma patients, high tumor-infiltrating CD8 CTLs and CD20 B lymphocytes, low tumor-infiltrating Fox P3 Treg positive status, ER positivity were all related to good OS and DFS(P<0.05);Multivariate analysis of DFS showed for the 102 invasive ductal carcinoma patients, high tumor-infiltrating CD8 CTLs, low tumor-infiltrating Fox P3 and CD68, PR positivity were all related to good OS and DFS(P<0.05).Conclusion: These results suggest that high numbers of tumor-infiltrating CD8 and low number of Fox P3 T lymphocytes both could function as independent prognostic

Objective:To identify perioperative circulating tumor cells(CTCs)and markers of circulating tumor stem cells(CTSCs)in peripheral blood from patients with colorectal cancer,and further analyze their correlations with clinical ***:Altogether 50 colorectal cancer patients who hadn’t received any previous chemotherapeutic treatment were *** 15ml peripheral blood was drawn from each patient at two time points:one week before and one week after *** was used to separate mononuclear cells from *** were averaged into two *** portion was tagged respectively with CTC surface markers:CD45,Ep CAM and CK,the other with CD45,Ep CAM,CD44 and *** cytometry was used to enumerate CTCs and *** was defined as CD45-Ep CAM+CK+and CTSC was categorized into three groups:CTSC1(CD45-Ep CAM+CD44+),CTSC2(CD45-Ep CAM+-CD133+)and CTSC3(CD45-Ep CAM+CD44+CD133+).The cutoff values of≥3 CTCs/per7.5m L of peripheral blood and≥1CTSC/7.5m L were ***:(1)Pre-operative CTC detection rate was 34%,CTSC1 44%and CTSC2 4%;post-operative CTC detection ratewas 38%,CTSC1 54%and CTSC2 6%.CTSC3 was not detected at either time point.(2)Both pre-and post-operative CTC level were associated with the T stages of tumor(PP1 level was associated with the T stages of tumor(P1 level had no significant correlation with any clinicopathological ***:Post-operative CTC may serve as a better predictive biomarker for colorectal cancer than pre-operative CTC;Ep CAM and CD44 could be used together to identify CTCSs,another potential predictive biomarker for colorectal cancer.

Two-dimensional(2D)transition metal dichalcogenides have been extensively studied due to their fascinating physical properties for constructing high-performance ***,their relatively low responsivities,current on/off ratios and response speeds have hindered their widespread ***,we fabricated a high-performance photodetector based on few-layer MoTe_(2) and CdS_(0.42)Se_(0.58) flake *** photodetector exhibited a high responsivity of 7221 A/W,a large current on/off ratio of 1.73×10^(4),a fast response speed of 90/120μs,external quantum efficiency(EQE)reaching up to 1.52×10^(6)%and detectivity(D*)reaching up to 1.67×10^(15) *** excellent performance of the heterojunction photodetector was analyzed by a photocurrent mapping test and first-principle ***,the visible light imaging function was successfully attained on the MoTe_(2)/CdS_(0.42)Se_(0.58) photodetectors,indicating that the device had practical imaging application *** findings provide a reference for the design of ultrahighperformance MoTe_(2)-based photodetectors.

Intelligent Adaptive Control(AC) has remarkable advantages in the control system design of aero-engine which has strong nonlinearity and uncertainty. Inspired by the Nonlinear Autoregressive Moving Average(NARMA)-L2 adaptive control, a novel Nonlinear State Space Equation(NSSE) based Adaptive neural network Control(NSSE-AC) method is proposed for the turbo-shaft engine control system design. The proposed NSSE model is derived from a special neural network with an extra layer, and the rotor speed of the gas turbine is taken as the main state variable which makes the NSSE model be able to capture the system dynamic better than the NARMA-L2 model. A hybrid Recursive Least-Square and Levenberg-Marquardt(RLS-LM) algorithm is advanced to perform the online learning of the neural network, which further enhances both the accuracy of the NSSE model and the performance of the adaptive controller. The feedback correction is also utilized in the NSSE-AC system to eliminate the steady-state tracking error. Simulation results show that, compared with the NARMA-L2 model, the NSSE model of the turboshaft engine is more accurate. The maximum modeling error is decreased from 5.92% to 0.97%when the LM algorithm is introduced to optimize the neural network parameters. The NSSE-AC method can not only achieve a better main control loop performance than the traditional controller but also limit all the constraint parameters efficiently with quick and accurate switching responses even if component degradation exists. Thus, the effectiveness of the NSSE-AC method is validated.

Purpose: Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC) is a breast cancer type with poor prognosis due to the absence of targets for the treatment of endocrine and anti-HER-2 therapy. Furthermore, only about 20% of TNBC are sensitive to conventional chemotherapy. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the clinical efficacy of adjuvant dendrtic cell(DC)-cytokineinduced killer cells(CIK) immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy with/without radiotherapy in patients with postoperative ***: From December 1,2006 to February28,2011, 68 patients with postoperative TNBC were included in this retrospective study: 43 cases received chemotherapy with/without radiotherapy;25 cases received DC-CIK cells infusion combined with chemotherapy with/without ***: Survival analysis showed the 5-years disease-free survival(DFS) rate was significantly higher in the DC-CIK group compared with the non- DC-CIK group(P=0.049). Further subgroup analysis stratified according to tumor–node–metastasis(TNM) stages showed that the 5-years DFS was significantly increased in DC-CIK group with advanced TNM stages(including IIb,III,IV TNM stage) than the non- DC-CIK, and 5-year OS rate in advanced-stage subgroup was also improved although it only approved borderline statistical significance(P=0.051).Conclusions: Our results demonstrated that TNBC patients with advanced TNM stages could benefitted from adjuvant DC-CIK cells infusion combined with conventional therapy in terms of preventing disease relapse and increasing overall survival.

Background: The existence of cancer stem cells is considered as a direct reason for the failure of clinic treatment in hepatocellular carcinoma. Growing evidences have demonstrated that micro RNAs play an important role in regulation of stem cell proliferation, differentiation and self-renewal, and their aberrances cause the formation of cancer stem cells and eventually result in carcinogenesis. Purpose: We recently identified micro RNA-148 b as one of the micro RNAs specifically down-regulated in side population cells of PLC/PRF/5 cell line. However, it remains elusive how micro RNA-148 b regulates cancer stem cell properties in hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: Side population(SP) cells were analyzed by flow cytometry. micro RNA and CSC-related gene were analyzed by QRT-PCR. mi R-148 b was knocked-down or over-expressed by lentiviral transfection. Real time cellular analysis, soft agar assay, tumor invasion assay and tumorigenicity experiment were performed to analyze CSC-like properties. Dual luciferase assay was used to identify the target gene. Xenograft tumor model was used to test the tumorigenicity of mi R-148 b knocked-down or over-expressed tumor cells. Results: In this study, we observed that over-expression or knock-down of mi R-148 b through lentiviral transfection could affect the proportion of side population cells as well as cancer stem cell-related gene expression in hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines. In addition, mi R-148 b blocking could stimulate cell proliferation, enhance chemosensitivity,as well as increase cell metastasis and angiogenesis in vitro. More importantly, mi R-148 b could significantly suppress tumorigenicity in vivo. Further studies revealed that Neuropilin-1, a transmembrane coreceptor involved in tumor initiation, metastasis and angiogenesis, might be the direct target of micro RNA-148 b.
