三倍体福建牡蛎生长、育肥与海洋环境因子的关系

为探究影响三倍体福建牡蛎生长、育肥的关键海洋环境因子,对黄岐湾三倍体福建牡蛎养殖区开展为期10个月的调查,获得湾外和湾内养殖区牡蛎生长指标和海洋环境因子数据,并采用冗余分析(Redundancy analysis,RDA)等方法进行数据分析。结果表明:牡蛎壳长、壳宽、全重、软组织湿重、出肉率等生长指标湾内外组间差异显著,均为湾外显著大于湾内,壳高则湾内外差异不显著;湾外海水中硝酸氮、叶绿素a质量浓度、浮游植物细胞密度显著高于湾内,其余指标湾内外无显著差异。RDA分析结果显示,影响牡蛎生长指标的主要因子是水温、硝酸氮、浮游植物细胞密度和化学需氧量,浮游植物细胞密度和叶绿素a质量浓度对牡蛎出肉率影响作用最大。综合分析认为,水温、浮游植物生物量、营养盐是影响三倍体牡蛎生长、育肥的关键海洋环境因子,春季至初夏至少有1个月时间海区平均叶绿素a质量浓度在6μg/L有利于牡蛎育肥。本研究可为三倍体牡蛎健康养殖、品质提升和养殖海区的选择提供科学依据。

为研究三倍体牡蛎养殖区浮游植物群落特征及其影响因子,于2021年12月—2022年9月,对福建省连江县黄岐湾三倍体牡蛎养殖区开展逐月调查,并分析了浮游植物种类组成、丰度变化及其与环境因子的相关性。结果表明:养殖区浮游植物共有6门65属133种,其中硅藻门101种,甲藻门28种,蓝藻门、金藻门、裸藻门和原生动物门各1种,以广温广盐种最为常见且丰度占绝对优势,优势种为中肋骨条藻(Skeletonema costatum)和柔弱拟菱形藻(Pseudo-nitzschia delicatissima),优势度分别为0.798和0.027;浮游植物丰度月平均值范围为1.80×10^(4)~4.14×10^(6)cells/L,平均值为5.33×10^(5)cells/L,湾外养殖区丰度显著高于湾内(P<0.05);浮游植物多样性水平较高,群落结构较稳定;冗余分析显示,影响浮游植物优势种丰度的主要环境因子为总磷、活性磷酸盐、盐度和化学需氧量,其中,中肋骨条藻受水温、活性磷酸盐影响最大,柔弱拟菱形藻受Si/P值影响最大。研究表明,中肋骨条藻的高优势度与其广温广盐特性、较强的光适应生理特征及海水中丰富的硅酸盐有关;在磷相对限制的河口海湾,磷含量和盐度是影响浮游植物优势种丰度的主要环境因子。

The process of adsorption of Cu^2+ Cd^2+ by immobilized marine algae was investigated, it can be noted from the results that, the process for biosorption of heavy metals (copper, cadmium) by immobilized Laminaria japonica can be described by the Banerm model. According to the model, the adsorption rate constant calculated was 0.107 8 and 0.030 28 min^-1 for Cu^2+ and Cd^2+ respectively. The experimental biosorption equilibrium data for Cu^2+ and Cd^2+ were in good agreement with those calculated by the Langmuir model. The maximum uptake capacity calculated was 83.3 and 112.4 mg/g for Cu^2+ and Cd^2+ according to the Langmuir model, respectively. The appetency of Laminaria japonica to Cu^2+ was better than Cd^2+.

Today,there isn’t a set of regulations and documents of quality requirements for cosmetics that specifically targets at the special group such as pregnant women,infants,and children,which leads to a great of inconvenience to the technical personnel who engage in cosmetics industry for pregnant women,infants,and children,especially those who just enter the industry but are not completely familiar to *** view of this,I collect and sort out the current cosmetic laws and regulations that have been promulgated and implemented,solely integrating the contents related to special requirements on pregnant women,infants,and children,in order to facilitate the technical practitioners in cosmetics industry to consult and comply with national laws and regulations when producing and developing the products,and to avoid taking a wrong path and the violation of laws and regulations for the developed *** addition to the different requirements of laws and regulations for special groups of pregnant women,infants,and children collated,I also collected the product research and development suggestions from the industry experts involve in the field of pregnant women,infants,and children,who have given suggestions on the safety of the research and development of cosmetics for pregnant women,infants,and children for reference.

A nonlinear infectious disease model with information-influenced vaccination behavior and contact patterns is proposed in this paper,and the impact of information related to disease prevalence on increasing vaccination coverage and reducing disease incidence during the outbreak is ***,we perform the analysis for the existence of equilibria and the stability properties of the proposed *** particular,the geometric approach is used to obtain the sufficient condition which guarantees the global asymptotic stability of the unique endemic equilibrium Ee when the basic reproduction number Ro>***,mathematical derivation combined with numerical simulation shows the existence of the double Hopf bifurcation around ***,based on the numerical results,it is shown that the information coverage and the average information delay may lead to more complex dynamical ***,the optimal control problem is established with information-infuenced vaccination and treatment as control *** corresponding optimal paths are obtained analytically by using Pontryagin's maximum principle,and the applicability and validity of virous intervention strategies for the proposed controls are presented by numerical experiments.

The commercialization of sodium-ion batteries is based on developing low-cost,highly stable,and safe cathode and anode ***,the promising hard carbon anode and layered oxide cathode suffer from low sodium-embedded potential near 0.1 V and severe phase transitions,which cause safe problem and short lifespan,***,we design a low-strain bipolar P2-Na_(0.7)Ni_(0.25)Fe_(0.2)Ti_(0.55)O_(2) to solve the mentioned obstacles,whereas(Ni,Fe)and Ti provide charge compensation when it is used as cathode and anode,*** is revealed that the bipolar layered oxide undergoes solid-solution reaction when used as cathode or anode,and exhibits volume-complementary feature in a sodium-ion full-cell,as identified by in-situ X-ray ***,the safe symmetric sodium-ion full-cell exhibits excellent cyclic stability with 91.7%capacity retention after 200 *** work will provide a new horizon for designing safe and stable sodium-ion batteries.

Small mountainous rivers are characterized by large instantaneous fluxes and susceptible to extreme weather events,which can rapidly transport materials into the sea and have a significant impact on the ecological environment of estuaries and *** order to investigate the seasonal characteristics of nutrients in small mountainous rivers in the subtropical monsoon region and the output pattern to the sea during heavy precipitation,surveys on the mountainous rivers were carried out in Baixi watershed in August 2020(wet season),March 2021(dry season)and June 2021(Meiyu period).The results showed that the dissolved inorganic nitrogen(DIN)of the rivers has an average concentration of 752μg L^(−1)in the wet season and 1472μg L^(−1)in the dry *** concentrations of dissolved inorganic phosphorus(DIP)in wet season and dry season were 63μg L^(−1)and 51μg L^(−1),*** by the changes of land use in sub-watersheds,DIN concentrations in the mainstream increased from 701μg L^(−1)in the upper reaches to 1284μg L^(−1)in the middle *** rainstorms during the Meiyu period in the watershed caused the pulse runoff in the *** maximum daily runoff reached 70 times that before *** maximum daily fluxes of DIN and DIP were 109 and 247 times that before rains,*** view that the watershed experienced several rainstorms in the wet season,the river,with pulse runoff,carries a large amount of nutrients into the sea in a short time,which will have a significant impact on the environment of Sanmen bay and its adjacent sea.
