The abrupt outbreak of coronavirus disease in 2019,also known as COVID-19,has led to an unprecedented global public *** studies have paid immense attention to the impacts of COVID-19 posed to the atmosphere and the land-based sectors in areas such as air quality,carbon emission,economic senti ment,educational and social equality,*** is depicted that carbon emission had dropped about 8.8%in the first half of 2020 compared to 2019,'significant reduc-tion of air pollutants such as PM25 and NO2 were moreover reported at national,regional,and global *** the flip side,the amount of attention paid to the ocean during this pandemic has been nearly negligible despite its prominent functions of supporting livelihoods for 40%of the global population,absorbing~30%of anthropogenic CO_(2)emissions,and processing over 90%of excess heat in our climate *** direct and indirect effects of the pandemicare insufficiently understood in the ocean,which include their key roles in blue carbon sequestration,ocean-atmosphere and ocean-land interactions,sealevel changes,and their impacts to human beings.

Achieving the 17 United Nations sustainable development goals(SDGs)in China largely depends on the transition of cities toward sustainable ***,significant knowledge gaps exist in evaluating the SDG index at the city scale and in understanding how to simulate pathways to achieve the 17 SDGs for Chinese cities by *** study aimed to quantify the SDG index of 285 Chinese cities and developed a forecasting model to simulate the performance of each SDG in each city until 2030 using varied *** results indicated that although the SDG index in Chinese cities increased by 33.97%during 2005–2016,Chinese cities,which continued their past paths,achieved an average of only five SDGs by *** promote the joint achievement of all SDGs,we designed different paths for all SDGs of each of the 285 cities and simulated their SDG index until *** the scenarios,216 Chinese cities(75.79%)could achieve 9–13 more SDGs in 2030 and the overall SDG index can improve from 74.57 in 2030 to 97.49(target score 100)by adopting more intensive path *** lastly determined a cost-effective path for each SDG of each city to promote joint achievement of all SDGs by *** proposed simulation model and cost-effective path serve as a foundation for other countries to simulate SDG progress and develop pathways for achieving SDGs in the future.

实施《2030年可持续发展议程》的时间框架已经过半,不同国家实现可持续发展目标(SDGs)的进展呈现明显差异.国家分类为提高政策效率和促进联合行动奠定了基础.本研究发展了基于SDGs表现的国家分类,进而分析不同类型国家SDGs间相互作用,比较不同类型国家获得的发展援助与实际需求的匹配情况.根据166个国家17项SDGs的表现可以将其划分为从“可持续发展水平最低但环境良好”到“可持续发展水平高但需要气候行动”的五种类型.这些国家类型中没有一种在所有SDG吐均表现出色,也没有一种能够在当前SDGs相互作用下最终实现所有目标.全球可持续发展的前景不容乐观,凸显了所有国家进行可持续转型的重要性和紧迫性,而优先考虑某些SDGs(如SDG 9,产业、创新和基础设施)是在可持续发展水平较低的国家事半功倍的途径.此外,全球发展援助需要与不同国家需求更加匹配,特别是在教育、能源、环境和供水与卫生等领域.研究明确了不同类型国家实现SDGs的关键机遇与挑战,有助于统筹国家层面相关可持续发展政策、促进更有针对性的国际协作,为推进全球SDGs的全面实现提供科学依据.

可持续发展目标(SDGs)呼吁全世界共同采取行动,促进繁荣并保护地球.本研究面向SDGs构建了环境、粮食和经济等可持续发展情景,预测2020~2030年丝绸之路沿线国家的土地利用变化,并分析其对陆地碳库的影响。研究表明:未来土地利用变化及其对陆地碳库的影响在不同情景下存在显著差异。在可持续环境情景下,林地得到了有效保护,相较于2020年中国林地碳储量增加了约0.60%;在可持续粮食情景下,耕地流失得到了缓解,尤其在南亚及东南亚地区的耕地面积呈现上升趋势:在可持续经济情景下,城市扩张速度加快,引起的碳损失量最多这项研究有助于推进丝绸之路沿线甚至全球可持续发展进程,为探寻可持续发展路径提供了科学依据。

目的观察用氯吡格雷(clopidogrel)治疗早期急性冠状动脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)对病人血清可溶性CD40配体(soluble CD40ligand,sCD40L)的影响,了解该药对ACS斑块稳定性和免疫炎症抑制的作用。方法128例初次确诊为ACS病人分为常规治疗组62例和氯吡格雷治疗组66例,用酶联免疫吸附测定ACS病人治疗前后血清sCD40L水平的变化。结果氯吡格雷治疗组66例ACS病人治疗后血清sCD40L水平从(11.8±3.1)μg/L下降至(5.7±3.0)μg/L,与常规治疗组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论使用氯吡格雷治疗早期ACS,可明显降低病人sCD40L水平。

目的探讨3种不同剂量罗库溴铵诱导气管插管对甲状腺手术喉返神经监测的影响。方法将2017年1月-2017年12月期间我院收治的60例甲状腺手术患者按照全麻诱导时罗库溴铵使用剂量的不同分为三组。A组:20例,给予罗库溴铵0.15 mg/kg;B组:20例,给予罗库溴铵0.3 mg/kg;C组:20例,给予罗库溴铵0.6 mg/kg,观察记录三组患者给药前、给药后和气管插管后的血压、心率的变化,监测并记录给予肌松药到监测到喉返神经信号需要的时间以及信号值,记录TOF恢复1个和2个肌颤搐时间。结果 B组、C组收缩压、舒张压、心率均低于A组(P<0.05)。各组等待有效监测到喉返神经时间比较,A组明显小于B组和C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。各组恢复至10%TW的时间,A组明显小于B组和C组,B组小于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在甲状腺手术中,0.3 mg/kg罗库溴铵既可以满足全身麻醉诱导,亦可以满足术中喉返神经监测的需要。
