Solar‐energy‐driven catalytic CO_(2) reduction for the production of value‐added carbon‐based materials and chemical raw materials has attracted great interest to alleviate the global climate change and energy *** production of multicarbon(C2)products through CO_(2) reduction is extremely attractive,however,the yield and selectivity of C2 products remain low because of the low reaction temperature required and the low photoelectron density of the ***,we introduce WO3–x,which contains oxygen vacancies and exhibits an excellent photothermal conversion efficiency,to improve the generation of C2 products(C2H4 and C2H6)under simulated sunlight(UV‐Vis‐IR)***3–x produced 5.30 and 0.93μmol·g^(–1)C2H4 and C2H6,respectively,after 4 h,with a selectivity exceeding 34%.In situ Fourier transform infrared spectra and theoretical calculations showed that the oxygen vacancies enhanced the water activation and hydrogenation of adsorbed CO for the formation of C2 products via C–C coupling from CH2/CH3 *** findings of this study could assist in the design of highly active solar‐energy‐driven catalysts to produce C–C coupling products through CO2 reduction.

目的探讨富血小板纤维蛋白(platelet-rich fibrin,PRF)对体外培养大鼠骺板软骨细胞增殖和分化的影响。方法选取2周龄SD大鼠4只,获取原代骺板细胞后进行培养及鉴定。采集8周龄大鼠全血10 ml,制备PRF。实验分组:对照组在培养基中不加PRF;实验组在培养基底部加入PRF膜。采用CCK-8、划痕实验、硫酸糖胺聚糖含量(glycosaminoglycan,GAG)检测评价在PRF作用下细胞的增殖、迁移、生物学功能活性。结果PRF作用后48 h,CCK-8检测显示实验组增殖率较对照组显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);PRF作用48 h,实验组的GAG含量为(102.45±4.11)μg/ml,与对照组(56.62±4.61)μg/ml相比显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PRF可以促进骺板软骨细胞增殖、分化,还可以促进GAG的产生。

目的:为研究不同海拔居群染色体核型变异及进化程度,为披碱草的分类及进化研究提供细胞学资料。方法:以川西北高原6个海拔梯度的披碱草居群和5个海拔梯度的垂穗披碱草居群为材料,采用滴片法制片对染色体进行核型分析。结果:披碱草居群D3057(海拔3057 m)、D2682(海拔2682 m)的核型公式为2n=6x=42=42m,为1B型;D2384(海拔2384 m)核型公式为2n=6x=42=42m(4sat),为1A型;D2143(海拔2143 m)、D1747(海拔1747 m)的核型公式为2n=6x=42=40m+2sm,为1B型;D1589(海拔1589 m)的核型公式为2n=6x=42=36m+6sm,为2B型。垂穗披碱草Y2126(海拔4050 m)、Y2117(海拔3800 m)、Y2291a(4150 m)居群的核型公式为2n=6x=42m,ZY3034(海拔3200 m)的居群核型公式为2n=6x=40m+2M,Y2122(海拔4800 m)核型公式为2n=6x=40m+2sm,5个居群的核型类型均为1B型。基于核型对称性与进化指数,披碱草居群D1589(海拔1598 m)进化程度最高,垂穗披碱草居群Y2117(海拔3800 m)的进化程度最高。结论:川西北高原不同海拔披碱草居群核型存在丰富的变异,提升了其环境适应能力。

Drug-facilitated sexual assault(DFSA)is a sexual act in which the victim is unable to give or rescind consent due to alcohol or drug intoxication,which involved the abuse of benzodiazepines around the *** techniques used for the analysis of benzodiazepines have the limitation of short detection time window due to the rapid metabolism of these drugs in *** study aimed to investigate the characteristic changes of metabolites in the blood of rats after ingesting diazepam/clonazepam through a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry-based metabolomics method,allowing the indirect reveal of the rats ingested diazepam/***,we found that diazepam and clonazepam in the blood of rats could not be detected by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry after 48 h of ***,orthogonal partial least squares discrimination analysis regression models were,respectively,constructed to determine whether the rats ingested diazepam/clonazepam after 48 *** results showed that 5 metabolites were found to be associated with diazepam exposure,and 7 metabolites were found to be associated with clonazepam exposure,which may be characterization for the evaluation of digestion of diazepam and clonazepam in rat.

Divergent Primary Immune Responses Induced by Human Immunodeficiency Virus-1 gp120 and Hepatitis B Surface Antigen Determine Antibody Recall Responses

The development of a vaccine based on human immunodeficiency virus type 1(HIV-1) envelope glycoprotein(Env) that elicits potent protective antibodies against infection has been challenging. Recently, we compared the antibody production patterns of HIV-1 Env gp120 and hepatitis B virus surface antigen(HBsAg) to provide insights into how we may improve the protective efficacy of Env-based immunogens. Our previous study showed that HIV Env and HBsAg display different mechanisms of antibody elicitation and that T cells facilitate the responses to repeated immunizations. Here, to elucidate the detailed roles of primary immunization in immune memory response formation and antibody production, we immunized C57BL/6 mice with each antigen and evaluated the development of T follicular helper(Tfh) cells, germinal centers,and the memory responses involved in prime and boost immunizations. We found that after prime immunization, compared with HBsAg, gp120 induced higher frequencies of Tfh cells and programmed death(PD)-1^+T cells, greater major histocompatibility complex II expression on B cells, comparable activated B cells, but weaker germinal center(GC)reactions and memory B cell responses in the draining lymph nodes, accompanied by slower antibody recall responses and poor immune memory responses. The above results suggested that more PD-1^+T cells arising in primary immunization may serve as major contributors to the slow antibody recall response elicited by HIV-1 Env.

本研究的目的在于克服冷热站房节能系统控制方式落后、节能效果较差的问题.采用的方案是设计一种新型冷热站房节能控制方式,该方案根据用户需求,利用自适应PID技术,设计出站房控制模块,加强了系统控制能力,使节能系统具备了自适应调节能力;通过设计矢量控制模型给出最佳冷热能量转换通道;利用归一化积(Normalized Cross Correlation,NCC)模板匹配算法,整合站房能源需求数据,匹配最优能源分配方案,最终提高站房整体节能效率.该方案研究成果是通过测试网点冷热能源节能前后具体数据,发现同比制冷节能增加20%以上,制热节能增加30%以上,提高了制冷和制热能力.研究分析得出结论,本研究控制效果较为明显,恢复时间同比缩短了0.2 s.
