Engraftment syndrome(ES)is one of the most common complications in the early phase after autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(ASCT),and we aimed to evaluate the incidence and risk factors for ES patients receiving ASCT in the era of plerixafor-based mobilization.A total of 294 were enrolled,and 16.0%(n=47)experienced ES after *** main clinical manifestations were fever(100%),diarrhea(78.7%),skin rash(23.4%),and hypoxemia/pulmonary edema(12.8%).Plerixafor-based mobilization was associated with higher counts of CD3^(+)cells,CD4^(+)cells,and CD8^(+)cells in *** univariate analysis of the total cohort,age≥60 years,receiving ASCT at complete remission(CR),higher number of mononuclear cell(MNC),CD3^(+)cell counts,CD4^(+)cells as well as CD8^(+)cells transfused and plerixafor-based mobilization were associated with ES after *** analysis showed that age≥60 years(P=0.0014),receiving ASCT at CR(P=0.002),and higher number of MNC transfused(P=0.026)were associated with ES in total *** plasma cell disease subgroup,age≥60 years(P=0.013),plerixafor-based mobilization(P=0.036),and receiving ASCT at CR(P=0.002)were associated with *** with more risk factors had a higher risk of *** 1-year probabilities of relapse,non-relapse mortality,and survival were comparable between patients with and without ***,plerixafor-based mobilization may influence the composition of T lymphocytes in grafts and increase the risk of ES,particularly in patients with plasma cell disease.

Effect of Al_4C_3 Particle Size Distribution in a Al–2.5C Master Alloy on the Refining Efficiency of the AZ31 Alloy

The Al-2.5C master alloy is prepared to investigate the effect of the Al4C3 particle size distribution on the refining efficiency of the AZ31 alloy. The results indicate that the Al4C3 particles are potent nucleation substrates for primary α-Mg grains. With 1.0 wt% master alloy addition, the grain size is reduced from 204 to 70 μm. The grain refining efficiency of the Al4C3 particles on the AZ31 alloy is calculated to be 0.04%-0.75%. Such low refining efficiency is mainly attributed to the size distribution of the Al4C3 particles. The particle sizes are in the range from 0.18 to 7.08 μm, and their distribution is well fitted by a log-normal function. The optimum particle size range for significant grain refinement is proposed to be around 5.0-7.08 μm in the present conditions.

Nucleases play an important role in molecular biology, for example, in DNA sequencing. Synthetic polyamide conjugates can be considered as a novel tool for the selective inhibition of gene expressions and also as potential drugs in anticancer or antiviral chemotherapy. In this article, the synthesis of a novel minor-groove targeting artificial nuclease, an oligopyrrol-containing compound, has been reported. It was found that this novel compound can bind DNA in AT-rich minor groove with high affinity and site specificity. DNA binding behavior was determined by using UV-Vis and CD. It is indicated that compound 6 can enhance the Tm, of DNA from 80.4 ℃ to 84. 4 ℃ and that it possesses a high binding constant value（Kb =3.05 × 10^4 L/mol）.

Floorplan is an important process whose quality determines the timing closure in integrated circuit(IC)physical *** generating a floorplan with satisfying timing result is time-consuming because much time is spent on the generation-evaluation *** machine learning to the floorplan stage is a potential method to accelerate the floorplan ***,there exist two challenges which are selecting proper features and achieving a satisfying model *** this paper,we propose a machine learning framework for floorplan acceleration with feature selection and model stacking to cope with the challenges,targeting to reduce time and effort in integrated circuit physical ***,the proposed framework supports predicting post-route slack of static random-access memory(SRAM)in the early floorplan ***,we introduce a feature selection method to rank and select important *** both feature importance and model accuracy,we reduce the number of features from 27 to 15(44%reduction),which can simplify the dataset and help educate novice ***,we build a stacking model by combining different kinds of models to improve *** 28 nm technology,we achieve the mean absolute error of slacks less than 23.03 ps and effectively accelerate the floorplan process by reducing evaluation time from 8 hours to less than 60 *** on our proposed framework,we can do design space exploration for thousands of locations of SRAM instances in few seconds,much more quickly than the traditional *** practical application,we improve the slacks of SRAMs more than 75.5 ps(177%improvement)on average than the initial design.

This paper discusses the growth stages,spatial structures,quantitative fitting relationships among various parameters,growth patterns and influencing factors of mud cracks by field survey,core observation and SEM *** study shows that:(1) Mud crack growth can go through three stages,*** syndiagenetic stage,the burial diagenetic stage(including early diagenetic stage,middle-late diagenetic stage) and the epidiagenetic stage.(2) Quantitative fitting relationships among various parameters allow a great significance to describe the spatial structure,the regional distribution and the growth environment of mud cracks.(3) Mud crack growth has three models,such as the unilateral growth model including the linear growth pattern,the curvilinear growth pattern and the bifurcation growth pattern,the multilateral growth model including the inteisectional growth pattern,the join growth pattern and the dispersed growth pattern,and the mixed growth model including the combination of any patterns listed above.(4) Modern mud crack growth usually undergoes four *** beds in sand-mud rhythmic strata can play a lubricative role on crack growth and provide enough sandy deposits for filling cracks.(5) Mud crack growth usually produces bifurcation and bifurcation angles which are mostly 120° or 90° that are related to sediment heterogeneity and released energy.(6)Factors affecting mud crack growth cover many aspects:clay content and salinity can control the number of mud cracks in different areas;terrain can control mud crack morphology;and different sedimentary cycles can control the growth patterns and filling models of mud cracks.

Cholesteryl trimeric phenylene vinylene （ChoI-TPV） has been synthesized and characterized. The self- assembly behaviors of ChoI-TPV in THF/H20 system at different water content （water content： 40% and 80%） and different solute concentration （solute concentration： 1.0 ×10^-5 mol/L and saturated concentration） were studied using UV-vis spectrophotometry, photoluminescence spectrophotometry, and circular dichroism spectroscopy. Based on an analysis of the UV-vis and photoluminescence spectra, Chol-TPV shows the typical H-type aggregation at saturated concentration in 80% aqueous THF. However, ChoI-TPV shows the non-typical H-type aggregation under other conditions. The circular dichroism signal suggests that the Chol-TPV exists in the right handed helical architectures with high water content at a concentration of 1.0 × 10^-5 mol/L, and a helix inversion was found at saturated concentration.

Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)fiber composite has been extensively used to construct lightweight protective structures against ballistic impacts,yet little is known about its performance when subjected to combined blast and fragment *** upon a recently developed laboratory-scale experimental technique to generate simulated combined loading through the impact of a fragment-foam composite projectile launched from a light gas gun,the dynamic responses of fullyclamped UHMWPE plates subjected to combined loading were characterized experimentally,with corresponding deformation and failure modes compared with those measured with simulated blast loading ***,to explore the underlying physical mechanisms,three-dimensional(3D)numerical simulations with the method of finite elements(FE)were systematically carried *** predictions compared favorably well with experimental measurements,thus validating the feasibility of the established FE *** to the case of blast loading alone,combined blast and fragment loading led to larger maximum deflections of clamped UHMWPE *** position of the FSP in the foam sabot affected significantly the performance of a UHMWPE target,either enhancing or decreasing its ballistic *** the blast loading and fragment impact arrived simultaneously at the target,its ballistic resistance was superior to that achieved when subjected to fragment impact alone,and benefited from the accelerated movement of the target due to simultaneous blast loading.

The elimination of pollutants from diesel exhaust has received widespread research attention as they cause serious air pollution and pose a threat to human *** post-treatment technology is one of the most effective and universal technologies to treat diesel exhaust *** design and development of efficient and low-cost catalysts is the key factor to realize the wide application of catalytic post-treatment ***(Ce)-based oxides with specific morphologies are widely used to eliminate pollutants in diesel vehicle exhaust due to their unique physical and chemical properties,such as high catalytic activity,low cost and *** this review,the preparation methods of Cebased oxide materials with specific morphologies,such as nanoparticles,nanocubes,nanorods,nanofibers,and multi-stage pores,are introduced in detail,and the research progress on using these catalysts for the removal of carbon monoxide,hydrocarbons,soot particles,nitrogen oxides,and other pollutants from diesel exhaust is reviewed in ***,the unresolved issues associated with using Ce-based oxide catalysts with a specific morphology to catalytically remove pollutants from diesel exhaust are highlighted,and future application prospects and development directions are discussed.
