Precise modulation of the magnetic anisotropy of metal ions remains highly important for the development of high–performance single-molecule magnets(SMMs).We herein reported the synthetic,structural,spectral,magnetic,and computational studies on four mononuclear Co^(Ⅱ) complexes in a distorted octahedral *** change of the organosulfonate anions triggers significant modification of the distorted octahedral CoN6 coordination sphere,which enables us to tackle the influence of the structural distortion on the magnetic anisotropy in these *** measurements revealed that the four complexes possess easy–plane magnetic anisotropy with large and positive zero-field splitting parameters,which decrease with the increasing distortion of the pseudo–octahedral Co^(Ⅱ) coordination *** correlation was further confirmed by high–frequency/–field EPR(HF–EPR)spectra and theoretical *** magnetic susceptibility measurements indicate that these complexes both exhibit slow magnetic relaxation under an external dc field,indicating the field-induced single-ion magnets(SIMs)of the four *** results indicate that structural distortion plays an important role in the magnetic anisotropy of CoⅡcomplexes and should be carefully considered in the design of molecular complexes with high magnetic anisotropy.

Optimal Supplement Dosage of Double-Low Rapeseed Meal in Concentrated Feed of Fattening Lambs

[ Objective] To determine the optimal supplement dosage of double-low rapeseed meal in concentrated feed of fattening lambs. [ Method] A total of 120 Tibetan lambs at the age of 50 d were selected and divided randomly into four groups. The lambs in these four groups were fed with diets respectively supplemented the double-low rapeseed meal of 50,100,150 and 200 g/kg. Their diets had the same nutritional levels of energy and protein. The experimental period was 120 d. [ Result] Daily gain, feed conservation ratio and economic benefits were largely increased in the lambs fed with the diets supplemented the double-low rapeseed meal of 150 g/kg （Daily gain, P 〈 0.01 ）. However, the daily gain and feed conservation ratio were largely decreased in the lambs fed with the diets supplemented the double-low rapeseed meal of 200 g/kg. Moreover, serum levels of transaminase and thyroxine were not significantly different between the four groups. [ Conclusion] The optimal supplement dosage of the double-low rapeseed meal is 150 g/kg in fattening lambs.

Hydrogel-Ⅰ was fabricated via sodium alginate in situ-embedding with MAL powders and then applied to decontaminating Pb(Ⅱ) from water. Conditions for preparing Hydrogel-Ⅰ and the adsorption of Pb(Ⅱ) over Hydrogel-I were optimized through response surface methodology coupled with central composite design. XPS revealed that the groups of —OH, —COO—, —NH, —NHand —CSS— carried by Hydrogel-Ⅰ were responsible for the uptake of Pb(Ⅱ). Ions exchange, surface complexation, electrostatic attraction and pore-filling effect contributed to the adsorption process. Adsorption performances of Pb(Ⅱ) by Hydrogel-Ⅰ and MAL powders were compared. Although they exhibited similar adsorption rate and maximum adsorption capacity(qm), the reusing ability of Hydrogel-Ⅰ was better and it was easier to be separated from aqueous solution after treatment. Even compared with organic hydrogel materials,Hydrogel-Ⅰ presented relatively quick adsorption speed and high adsorption capacity. It can be concluded that Hydrogel-Ⅰ could be an alternative scavenger for the treatment of Pb(Ⅱ) from aqueous solution.

Prediction and optimization of flue pressure in sintering process based on SHAP

Sinter is the core raw material for blast *** pressure,which is an important state parameter,affects sinter *** this paper,flue pressure prediction and optimization were studied based on the shapley additive explanation(SHAP)to predict the flue pressure and take targeted adjustment ***,the sintering process data were collected and processed.A flue pressure prediction model was then constructed after comparing different feature selection methods and model algorithms using SHAP+extremely random-ized trees(ET).The prediction accuracy of the model within the error range of±0.25 kPa was 92.63%.SHAP analysis was employed to improve the interpretability of the prediction *** effects of various sintering operation parameters on flue pressure,the relation-ship between the numerical range of key operation parameters and flue pressure,the effect of operation parameter combinations on flue pressure,and the prediction process of the flue pressure prediction model on a single sample were analyzed.A flue pressure optimization module was also constructed and analyzed when the prediction satisfied the judgment *** operating parameter combination was then *** flue pressure was increased by 5.87%during the verification process,achieving a good optimization effect.

Changes of Limiting Dextrinase in Germinating Process of Malting Barley

Sensitive detection of microRNAs（miRNAs） that serve as a disease marker could advance the diagnosis and treatment of *** methods used for quantitative detection of miRNAs,such as PCR-based approaches or the hybridization chain reaction,have presented challenges due to the complicated and time consuming-procedures that are *** this manuscript,a simple triggerable mutually amplified signal（TMAS） probe was designed and enriched within the center of a microfluidic chip and then used for one-step quantitative detection of microRNAs via surface enhanced Raman scattering（SERS） ***,many mutually amplified double strands are produced via an enzyme-free target strand displacement recycling reaction initiated by the target miRNA,that result in the generation of an enhanced SERS ***,microfluidic chips that utilize alternating current（AC） electrokinetic flow technology produce efficient mixing and rapid concentration to improve the DNA hybridization rate and further enhance the SERS signal *** method enables the sensitive and rapid detection of miR-21 in human breast cancer cells within 30 min with a detection limit of 2.33 *** with traditional methods,this novel method overcomes the shortcomings resulting from complex operations,and has the advantages of high sensitivity,short assay time,and reduced sample usage.
