Food allergy is a growing health issue worldwide and the demand for sensitive,robust and high-throughput analytical methods is *** recent years,mass spectrometry-based methods have been established for multiple food allergen *** the present study,a novel method was developed for the simultaneous detection of almond,cashew,peanut,and walnut allergens in bakery foods using liquid chromatography–mass *** unique to these four ingredients were extracted,followed by trypsin digestion,quadrupole time-of-flight(Q-TOF)mass spectrometry and bioinformatics *** raw data were processed by de-novo sequencing module plus PEAKS DB(database search)module of the PEAKS software to screen peptides specific to each nut *** thermal stability and uniqueness of these candidate peptides were further verified using triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(QQQ-MS)in multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)*** nut species was represented by four peptides,all of which were validated for label-free quantification(LFQ).Calibration curves were constructed with good linearity and correlation coefficient(r 2)greater than *** limits of detection(LODs)were determined to range from 0.11 to 0.31 mg/kg,and were compared with the reference doses proposed by Voluntary Incidental Trace Allergen Labelling(VITAL).The recoveries of the developed method in incurred bakery food matrices ranged from 72.5%to 92.1%with relative standard deviations(RSD)of<5.2%.The detection of undeclared allergens in commercial bakery food samples confirmed the presence of these *** conclusion,this method provides insight into the qualitative and quantitative detection of trace levels of nut allergens in bakery foods.

The distribution of the nuclear ground-state spin in a two-body random ensemble(TBRE)was studied using a general classification neural network(NN)model with two-body interaction matrix elements as input features and the corresponding ground-state spins as labels or output *** quantum many-body system problem exceeds the capability of our optimized NNs in terms of accurately predicting the ground-state spin of each sample within the ***,our NN model effectively captured the statistical properties of the ground-state spin because it learned the empirical regularity of the ground-state spin distribution in TBRE,as discovered by physicists.

In ASIACCS 2015, Nu nez, et al. proposed a proxy re-encryption scheme, named NTRURe Encrypt, based on NTRU, which allows a proxy to translate ciphertext under the delegator’s public key into a re-encrypted ciphertext that can be decrypted correctly by delegatee’s private key. Because of the potential resistance to quantum algorithm, high efficiency and various applications in real life,NTRURe Encrypt has drawn lots of attention and its security has been widely discussed and *** PQCrypto2019, liu, et al. proposed two key recovery attacks against it. However, their first attack heavily relies on a weaken decryption oracle, and the second attack needs to collect about 260ciphertexts from the same message by theoretical analysis, which makes both of the attacks unrealistic. In this paper, inspired by the broadcast attack against NTRU, the authors find out that for NTRURe Encrypt the delegator and the delegatee can efficiently recover each other’s private key in polynomial time without any unrealistic assumptions. In addition, the authors also show how to fix NTRURe Encrypt to resist the proposed attacks. As a by-product, the authors also show how to commit broadcast attacks against NTRU 2001 with even dg, which was thought infeasible before.

Objective To investigate the impact of CYP2C19 gene polymorphism on clopidogrel reactivity and its association with longterm clinical outcome in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods In total,675 patients were *** on the platelet inhibition rate,patients were categorized into two groups:clopidogrel low responsiveness(CLR)and normal clopidogrel responsiveness(NCR).The CLR group was divided into ticagrelor and clopidogrel group based on the antiplatelet drugs used in the follow-up *** were classified into three groups(normal metabolizer,intermediate metabolizer,and poor metabolizer)based on the CYP2C19 *** aimed to evaluate the impact of CYP2C19 gene polymorphism on clopidogrel *** cumulative rates of 12-month all-cause deaths,major adverse cardiovascular events(MACCEs),and bleeding events were *** CLR was observed in 44.4%of the overall *** differences were observed in the platelet inhibition rate of clopidogrel among the three metabolic genotypes(P0.05).Conclusions Low response to clopidogrel in CHD patients is correlated with CYP2C19 gene ***2C19 genotyping combined with platelet reactivity is an independent predictor of 12-months MACCEs in patients with clopidogrel treatment after PCI,which is better than either test alone.

The earthworm has been attracted much attention in the research and development of biomimetic robots due to their unique locomotion mechanism,compact structure,and small motion *** paper presents a new design and prototype of a worm-inspired metameric robot with a movement pattern similar to that of *** robot consists of multiple telescopic modules connected in series through joint *** telescopic module mimics the contraction and elongation motion modes of the earthworm segments.A kinematic and dynamic analysis is conducted on the telescopic module,and an input torque calculation method is provided to ensure sufficient friction between the robot and the pipe *** gait modes of the prototype robot for straight and turning locomotion are introduced,and these modes are extended to robots constructed by different numbers of telescopic *** addition,a method is proposed to increase the friction between the robot and the pipe wall in the aforementioned gait modes without changing the robot structure,thereby improving the robot’s motion ability in *** theoretical model of gait modes has also been validated through gait *** findings of this paper would provide a useful basis for the design,modeling,and control of future worm inspired robots.
