Federated Learning(FL),as an emergent paradigm in privacy-preserving machine learning,has garnered significant interest from scholars and engineers across both academic and industrial *** its innovative approach to model training across distributed networks,FL has its vulnerabilities;the centralized server-client architecture introduces risks of single-point ***,the integrity of the global model—a cornerstone of FL—is susceptible to compromise through poisoning attacks by malicious *** attacks and the potential for privacy leakage via inference starkly undermine FL’s foundational privacy and security *** these reasons,some participants unwilling use their private data to train a model,which is a bottleneck in the development and industrialization of federated *** technology,characterized by its decentralized ledger system,offers a compelling solution to these *** inherently prevents single-point failures and,through its incentive mechanisms,motivates participants to contribute computing ***,blockchain-based FL(BCFL)emerges as a natural progression to address FL’s *** study begins with concise introductions to federated learning and blockchain technologies,followed by a formal analysis of the specific problems that FL *** discusses the challenges of combining the two technologies and presents an overview of the latest cryptographic solutions that prevent privacy leakage during communication and incentives in *** addition,this research examines the use of BCFL in various fields,such as the Internet of Things and the Internet of ***,it assesses the effectiveness of these solutions.

Pathogenicity of Trichosporon asahii in a murine model of disseminated trichosporonosis

Background In recent years, superficial and deep mycoses caused by trichosporon were occasionally reported. In 2001, we reported the first case of disseminated trichosporonosis caused by Trichosporon asahfi （T. asahii） in China. In this study, the pathogenicity of T. asahii was investigated in a murine model of disseminated trichosporonosis. Methods Seventy-five mice were randomly divided into 7 groups. Each group was inoculated with T. asahii, through intradermal, gastrointestinal tract or intravenous injection. The mice in the experimental groups were given an intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide （CY） to induce granulocytopenia. Mice in the therapeutic group were given both liposomal amphotericin B and fluconazole. The main viscera of the mice were examined by means of tissue culture and pathologic sections. Results In the two intravenous inoculation groups, T. asahfi was isolated from at least one organ in 10 of the 12 granulocytopenic mice and 2 of the 14 immunocompetent mice. Two of the 7 mice in the granulocytopenia group presented with lesions in the inoculation position, but none of the 30 mice in the granulocytopenia and the control group which were inoculated intradermally or through the gastrointestinal tract had viscera infection. In the therapeutic group, the ratio of consequently dead mice, the number of involved viscera, and the incidence of systemic infection were significantly less than the untreated group. Acute purulent inflammation and granulomatous inflammation were the main pathological changes in the course of the infection. Arthrospores and filaments were found in the focus. Conclusions T. asahii is an opportunistic pathogen that causes cutaneous and visceral infections in immunologically impaired hosts. An immunocompetent host was to be infected by the invading T. asahii. Several organs, namely the liver, lungs, kidneys, spleen and heart, were predisposed. In this paper,a multi-bus distributed Power Conditioning Unit(PCU)is proposed for the Space Solar Power Station with large scale photovoltaic(PV)array and power levels reaching MW *** this unit,there are multiple independent PV *** each PV array,there are multiple independent PV *** this paper,a V-P droop control method with adaptive droop coefficient is proposed,which modifies the droop intercept based on the bus voltage deviation and the power per unit value of the PV *** method ensures the accuracy of bus voltage and achieves proportional distribution of power between PV arrays based on the proposed topology structure in this *** the load changes or the output power of the PV array fluctuates,this method can ensure that power is distributed *** principle and control method of the proposed droop control method is analyzed in this *** effectiveness of the method is verified through MATLAB/Simulink simulation and *** and experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve power distributed proportionally when load changes and PV output power fluctuates,reduce bus voltage error caused by line impedance and differences in rated power of different PV arrays,and improve the performance of PV power generation system applied to space.

Optimizing extractants selection for efficient separation of phenols and nitrogen-containing heteroaromatics using hydrogen bond interaction strategies

Focusing on the use of imidazolium ionic liquids and quaternary ammonium salts-based deep eutectic solvents for the separation of phenols and nitrogen-containing heteroaromatics,the role of heteroaromatics as specific sites for hydrogen bond-based separation has been *** environmentally friendly solvents are known for their ability to form hydrogen bonds with heteroatoms,a key aspect in separation *** quantified the hydrogen bond interaction energy to reach the threshold energy for efficient O-and N-heteroaromatics *** article provides an in-depth study of the structural nuances of different hydrogen bonding sites and their affinity properties while conducting a comparative evaluation of the separation efficiency of ionic liquids and deep eutectic solvents from a thermodynamic *** showed that phenols with dual hydrogen bonding recognition sites were easier to separate than nitrogen-containing *** ionic liquids were more suitable for the extraction of nonbasic nitrogen-containing heteroaromatics,and quaternary ammonium salts-based deep eutectic solvents are more effective for phenols and basic nitrogen-containing heteroaromatics,which was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and empirical ***,this study provides a theoretical basis for the strategy design and selection of extractants for the efficient separation of O-and N-containing aromatic compounds.

City Network Evolution Characteristics of Smart Industry: Evidence from Yangtze River Delta, China

The dual-path model of industrial evolution and spatial progression has been widely acknowledged and incorporated into the strategic planning to promote the development of urban industries and regional ***,current research on inter-enter-prise city networks mainly focuses on the single sector of flows on all enterprise branches,such as product value chains and production factors,but neglects that of particular industry *** upon the new economic geography and city networks theory,this paper develops a methodological framework that focuses on the analysis of city network evolution characteristics of smart ***-larly,a conceptual model of smart industry enterprise-industry-city is proposed and then applied to a case study of smart industry in the Yangtze River Delta Region,*** enterprise supplier-customer data,a city network of smart industry is constructed and sub-sequently analyzed with the proposed *** indicate that the smart industry network in Yangtze River Delta Region exhibits a hierarchical structure and the expansion of the network presents a small-world network *** study not only makes a meth-odological contribution for revealing the industrial and spatial evolution path of the current smart industry,but also provides empirical support for the formulation of new economic development policies focused on smart industries,demonstrating the role of city clusters as carriers of regional synergistic development.

Generative pre-trained transformers(GPT)-based automated data mining for building energy management:Advantages,limitations and the future

Advanced data mining methods have shown a promising capacity in building energy ***,in the past decade,such methods are rarely applied in practice,since they highly rely on users to customize solutions according to the characteristics of target building energy ***,the major barrier is that the practical applications of such methods remain *** is necessary to enable computers to have the human-like ability to solve data mining *** pre-trained transformers(GPT)might be capable of addressing this issue,as some GPT models such as GPT-3.5 and GPT-4 have shown powerful abilities on interaction with humans,code generation,and inference with common sense and domain *** study explores the potential of the most advanced GPT model(GPT-4)in three data mining scenarios of building energy management,i.e.,energy load prediction,fault diagnosis,and anomaly detection.A performance evaluation framework is proposed to verify the capabilities of GPT-4 on generating energy load prediction codes,diagnosing device faults,and detecting abnormal system operation *** is demonstrated that GPT-4 can automatically solve most of the data mining tasks in this domain,which overcomes the barrier of practical applications of data mining methods in this *** the exploration of GPT-4,its advantages and limitations are also discussed comprehensively for revealing future research directions in this domain.

Understanding and management of triplet excitons transition in the same molecule remain a great ***,for the first time,by host engineering,manageable transitions of triplet excitons in a naphthalimide derivative NDOH were achieved,and monitored through the intensity ratio(ITADF/IRTP)between thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF)and room-temperature phosphorescence(RTP).Energy differences between lowest triplet excited states of host and guest were changed from 0.03 to 0.17 eV,and ITADF/IRTP of NDOH decreased by 200 times,thus red shifting the afterglow *** was proposed that shorter conjugation length led to larger band gaps of host materials,thus contributing to efficient Dexter and inefficient Förster energy ***,no transition to singlet state and only strongest RTP with quantum yield of 13.9%could be observed,when PBNC with loosest stacking and largest band gap acted as *** work provides novel insight for the management and prediction of triplet exciton transitions and the development of smart afterglow materials.

Single-atom catalysts(SACs)attract widespread attention in heterogeneous catalysis due to their maximum atomic utilization efficiency and unique physical and chemical ***,their applications in chemical sensing keep huge potential but remain ***,a Ni-N_(4)-C SAC was synthesized for the trace detection of dopamine(DA)and uric acid(UA).The Ni-N_(4)-C SAC exhibited superior sensing performance compared to the Ni *** detection range for DA and UA were 0.05–75μM and 5–90μM with detection limits of 0.027 and 0.82μM,*** functional theory(DFT)computations indicate that Ni-N_(4)-C has a lower reaction barrier during electrochemical process,indicating that the atomic Ni sites possess higher intrinsic activity than Ni ***,DA and UA show strong potential dependency on the Ni-N_(4)-C catalyst,indicating its applicability for their concurrent *** work extends the application of SACs in chemical sensing.
