BACKGROUND Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors worldwide,and surgical resection is one of the main ways to treat gastric ***,the immune status of postoperative patients is crucial for prognosis and survival,and immune cells play an important role in this ***,it is helpful to understand the immune status of postoperative patients by evaluating the levels of peripheral blood immune cells,especially total T cells(CD3+),helper T cells(CD3+CD4+),and suppressor T cells(CD3+CD8+),and its relationship to *** To analyzed the immune cells in peripheral blood of patients with gastric cancer after surgery,detect the levels of total T cells,helper T cells and suppressor T *** A total of 58 patients with gastric cancer who received surgical treatment were included in the retrospective *** cytometry was used to detect the level of peripheral blood immune cells and analyze the correlation between total T cells,helper T cells and inhibitory T *** explore the relationship between these immune markers and patient *** The results showed that the levels of total T cells,helper T cells,and suppressor T cells changed in patients after gastric cancer *** was a significant positive correlation between total T cells,helper T cells and suppressor T cells(r=0.35,P<0.01;r=0.56,P<0.01).However,there was a negative correlation between helper T cells and suppressor T cells(r=-0.63,P<0.01).Follow-up showed that the survival rate of patients in the high-level total T cell group was significantly higher than that in the low-level group(28.87±24.98 months vs 18.42±16.21 months).The survival curve shows that the curve of patients in the high-level group is shifted to the upper right,and that of the low-level group is shifted *** was no significant difference between the levels of helper T cells and suppressor T cells and patient survival *** By detecting peripheral blood immune c

We have found recently that two-step intrinsic hydroxyl radical(·OH)-dependent chemiluminescence(CL)could be produced by carcinogenic tetrahaloquinone and H_(2)O_(2).However,the first-step CL was too fast to clearly detect the stepwise generation of·OH and CL,and to distinguish the exact dividing point between the first-step and second-step *** we found that,extremely clear two-step intrinsic CL could be produced by the relative slow reaction of tetrabromohydroquinone(TBHQ)with H_(2)O_(2),which was directly dependent on the two-step·OH ***,the second-step,but not the first-step CL production of TBHQ/H_(2)O_(2)(CRET donor)was markedly enhanced by fluorescein(a typical xanthene dye,CRET acceptor)through a unique chemiluminescence resonance energy transfer(CRET)*** novel CRET system of TBHQ/H_(2)O_(2)/fluorescein was successfully applied for the sensitive detection of TBHQ with the detection limit as low as 2.5μmol/*** findings will help to develop more sensitive and highly efficient CL or CRET systems and specific CL sensor to detect the carcinogenic haloquinones,which may have broad environmental applications.

Coastal tidal creeks are important channels for exchanges of material and energy between sea and land,and play an important role in the ecological protection of tidal *** tidal creeks have evolved differently in various regions,the evolutionary process of tidal creeks in the huanghe(Yellow)River delta of China,one of the most active deltas worldwide,is not entirely ***,the evolution of tidal creeks in the delta from 1981 to 2021 was investigated by quantitatively analysing the tidal creeks and developing a standard for dividing their evolution *** interpretation and supervised classification methods were applied to the Landsat images to extract the tidal creek network,and 17 groups of tidal creek systems were *** indicate that Creek S 1 was the most developed creek for having 113 tidal creeks totaling 65.8 km in length,while Creek E 3 had the fastest growth rate for having average annual increase of 1.9 ***,the level of tidal creeks increased,the average and median lengths of tidal creeks increased,and the number of tidal creeks decreased since *** evolution of the tidal creek system could be divided into four stages,namely,rising,developing,stabilizing,and *** of a representative tidal creek show that there was no degenerated tidal creek during the rising period,with an increase in the number of 50 and a length increase of 57.9 km between 1981 and *** proportion of new tidal creeks in the developing period was more than 50%and the new tidal creeks in the stabilizing period were equal to the degraded tidal *** tidal creeks were greater than 50%during the degrading *** was no fixed order of tidal creek evolution in each period,and there may be a skip in *** findings provided a reference for studying the evolution of tidal creeks.

Recently,non-centrosymmetric(NCS)Hg-based chalcogenides have garnered significant interest due to their strong second-harmonic-generation intensities(deff),making them attractive candidates for infrared nonlinear optical(IR-NLO)***,achieving both wide band gaps(Eg)and large phasematched deffsimultaneously in these materials remains a challenge due to their inherent constraints on each *** this research,we have successfully obtained two quaternary NCS Hg-based chalcogenides,Rb2HgGe_(3)S_(8)and Cs_(2)HgGe_(3)S_(8),by implementing a bandgap engineering strategy that involves alkali metal introduction and Hg/Ge ratio *** compounds consist of 2D[Hg Ge_(3)S_(8)]_(2)–anionic layers made of 1D[HgGeS_(6)]^(6–)chains and dimeric[Ge_(2)S_(6)]_(4–)polyhedra arranged alternately,and the charge-balanced Rb+/Cs+cations located between these ***,Rb_(2)HgGe_(3)S_(8)and Cs_(2)HgGe_(3)S_(8)exhibit overall properties required for promising IR-NLO materials,including sufficient PM deff(0.55–0.70×AgGaS_(2)@20_(5)0 nm),large Eg(3.27–3.41 e V),giant laser-induced damage thresholds(17.4–19.7×AgGaS_(2)@1064 nm),broad optical transmission intervals(0.32–17.5μm),and suitable theoretical birefringence(0.069–0.086@2050 nm).Furthermore,in-depth theoretical analysis reveals that the exceptional IRNLO performance is attributed to the synergy effects of distorted[HgS_(4)]and[GeS_(4)]*** study provides a useful strategy for enhancing the Eg and advancing Hg-based IR-NLO materials,which is expected to extended and implemented in other chalcogenide systems.

Switchable molecules with magnetic bistability that can function at standard conditions are highly desirable from the perspective of practical *** the last decade,significant progress has been made in modulating thermally induced electrontransfer-coupled spin transition(ETCST)events between diamagnetic{Fe_(LS)^(Ⅱ)(μ-CN)Co_(LS)^(Ⅲ)}and paramagnetic{Fe_(LS)^(Ⅲ)(μ-CN)-Co_(HS)^(Ⅱ)}electron configurations(named LS and HS,respectively,for short)within the Fe/Co mixed-valence cyanometallate ***,we prepared a novel[Fe_(2)Co_(2)]square complex[(pzTp)Fe(CN)_(3)Co(bnbpen)]_(2)[NO_(3)]_(2)·4CH_(3)OH·2.5H_(2)O(1·Solv)and its desolvated phase[(pzTp)Fe(CN)_(3)Co(bnbpen)]_(2)[NO_(3)]_(2)(1),obtained via single-crystal-to-single-crystal(SCSC)*** 1·Solv remaining in the diamagnetic state below room temperature exhibits an irreversible ETCST behavior accompanied by desolvation upon ***,complex 1 displays an unprecedented rate-dependent ETCST behaviour involving with two diamagnetic LS states(a dynamically favoured LS1 state and a thermodynamically favoured LS2state),between which a net one-way transition from LS1 to LS2 is accessible likely via a structural phase transition(SPT)above255 ***,two well separated transition channels(HS?LS1 at around 255 K and HS←→LS2 in the temperature range of 317-350 K)are achieved according to either fast(>20 K/min)or slow rate(<1 K/min),*** a moderate rate of 3 K/min,complex 1 shows a wide hysteresis of 66 K centered at 328 K,the largest yet reported for discrete Fe/Co cyanometallate *** 1 represents the first ETCST example coupled with dynamic SPT,providing a new strategy for manipulating bistability within this fascinating cyanometallate family.

It is acknowledged that injecting CO2into oil reservoirs and saline aquifers for storage is a practical and affordable method for *** CO2produced from industrial exhaust contains impurity gases such as H2S that might impact CO2sequestration due to competitive *** study makes a commendable effort to explore the adsorption behavior of CO2/H2S mixtures in calcite slit *** Canonical Monte Carlo（GCMC） simulation is employed to reveal the adsorption of CO2,H2S as well as their binary mixtures in calcite *** show that the increase in pressure and temperature can promote and inhibit the adsorption capacity of CO2and H2S in calcite nanopores,***2exhibits stronger adsorption on calcite surface than *** energy plays the dominating role in the adsorption *** energy accounts for 97.11% of the CO2-calcite interaction energy and 56.33% of the H2S-calcite interaction energy at 10 MPa and 323.15 *** presence of H2S inhibits the CO2adsorption in calcite nanopores due to competitive adsorption,and a higher mole fraction of H2S leads to less *** quantity of CO2adsorbed is lessened by approximately 33% when the mole fraction of H2S reaches ***2molecules preferentially occupy the regions near the po re wall and H2S molecules tend to reside at the center of nanopore even when the molar ratio of CO2is low,indicating that CO2has an adsorption priority on the calcite surface over *** addition,moisture can weaken the adsorption of both CO2and H2S,while CO2is more *** interestingly,we find that pure CO2is more suitable to be sequestrated in the shallower formations,i.e.,500-1500 m,whereas CO2with H2S impurity should be settled in the deeper reservoirs.

Alkaline hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)offers a near-zero-emission approach to advance hydrogen ***,the activity limited by the multiple reaction steps involving H_(2)O molecules transfer,absorption,and activation still unqualified the thresholds of economic ***,we proposed a multisite complementary strategy that incorporates hydrophilic Mo and electrophilic V into Ni-based catalysts to divide the distinct steps on atomically dispersive sites and thus realize sequential regulation of the HER *** Isotopic labeled in situ Raman spectroscopy describes 4-coordinated hydrogen bonded H_(2)O to be free H_(2)O passing the inner Helmholtz plane in the vicinity of the catalysts under the action of hydrophilic Mo ***,potential-dependent electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)reveals that electrophilic V sites with abundant 3d empty orbitals could activate the lone-pair electrons in the free H_(2)O molecules to produce more protic hydrogen,and dimerize into H_(2) at the Ni *** the sequential management of reactive H_(2)O molecules,NiMoV oxides multisite catalysts surpass Pt/C hydrogen evolution activity(49 mV@10 mA∙cm^(-2) over 140 h).Profoundly,this study provides a tangible model to deepen the comprehension of the catalyst–electrolyte interface and create efficient catalysts for diverse reactions.

It is a difficult challenge to simultaneously employ the cationic and anionic redox chemistry in cathode materials for sodium-ion batteries with high *** though layered oxides （classified as two-dimensional oxides） demonstrate excellent promise in the high discharge capacity,their poor oxygen transformation via redox reactions is limited by crystal ***,a doping strategy was conceived to tackle this issue and increase redox efficiency.K doping was applied to transform the two-dimensional Na1.3Mn0.7O2（NMO） to threedimensional K0.2Na1.3Mn0.5O2（KNMO）,preventing the irreversible phase shift and preserving the crystal structure’s stability while *** this modification treatment,KNMO features manganese and oxygen reactive sites,delivering a promising energy density of 190mAh·g-1at 5 mA·g-1in the 2.0–4.5 V voltage range (vs71.4 mAh·g-1for the pristine NMO).Moreover,it displays improved capacity retention of more than 83.5% after 50cycles at 50 mA·*** results demonstrated that doped intercalation oxides were promising for redox oxygen transformation in sodium-ion batteries.
