Climatic impacts induced by winter wheat irrigation over North China simulated by the nonhydrostatic RegCM4.7

Quantification of the impact of winter wheat irrigation on the climate and the occurrence of extreme climatic events over North China is crucial for regional adaptation *** related studies mainly focused on the impact on surface processes;however,few focused on the effects of extreme events using high-resolution nonhydrostatic regional climate ***,the 9-km-resolution nonhydrostatic RegCM4.7 was coupled with a crop irrigation scheme and an updated winter wheat irrigation dataset to better simulate irrigation *** experiments were conducted with and without winter wheat irrigation to isolate the effects of *** showed that irrigation simulation reduces the model biases in temperature,precipitation,latent heat flux,soil moisture,sensitive heat flux,and top-layer soil ***,it also reduces the bias and increases the correlation with observations obtained in irrigated areas,especially in summer,indicating better representation of irrigation *** wheat irrigation tends to cause substantial cooling of the local surface maximum,minimum,and mean air temperatures(by-1.68,-0.34,and-0.79℃,respectively)over irrigated areas of North China,with the largest changes observed in relation to maximum ***,precipitation is found to increase during spring and summer,which is strongly related to water vapor transport in the lower levels of the *** analyses indicated that the number of annual mean hot days decrease(-13.9 d),whereas the number of both comfort days(+10.2 d)and rainy days(days with total precipitation greater than 1 mm:+6.6 d)increase over irrigated areas,demonstrating beneficial feedback to human perception and ***,although the heat wave risk increases(number of annual mean heat wave days:+5.8 d),the impact is limited to small areas within irrigated ***,no notable change was found in terms of heavy rainfall events and precipitation intensity

以2017年起各地陆续实施的“人才新政”作为准自然实验,实证考察人力资本质量对管理层盈余预测准确度的影响及其作用机制。研究发现,“人才新政”会提高管理层盈余预测准确度,其作用机制是通过减少信息不确定性和降低盈余波动性来实现的,且“人才新政”有助于企业获得更多的高质量人力资本。异质性分析发现,当地区人才存量少和企业资本密集度高时,“人才新政”对盈余预测准确度的影响更显著。深入分析还发现,“人才新政”会提高企业内部控制质量、减少财务重述、降低盈余管理,进一步证实高质量人力资本能改善企业内部信息环境的结论。

健全的破产制度是营商环境法治化的重要表现。以2016—2022年我国A股非金融上市公司为样本,研究了破产法庭设立对审计费用的影响。研究发现,破产法庭设立会提高审计费用。机制分析表明,破产法庭设立增加了破产案件数量,提高了媒体关注度,从而提高了审计师的声誉风险和诉讼风险,由此审计师会收取更高的审计费用。异质性分析发现,在企业破产风险高、会计师事务所的风险敏感度高和会计师事务所相对议价能力强时,破产法庭设立对审计费用的提高作用更强。为此,要持续深化破产司法制度改革,并在全国范围内设立更多的破产法庭;审计师在进行审计决策时,要将当地是否设立破产法庭纳入考量。

Potential impacts of climate change on the spatial distribution of Chinese ski resorts

Chinese skiing tourism is rapidly developing,but it will be potentially affected by snow resources and climate *** study systematically analysed the spatial characteristics of snow resources,climatic conditions and ski resorts in China;revealed the potential impacts of climatic environment on current ski resorts by using Regional Climate Model(RegCM4.4);and proposed suggestions for climate resource assessment and spatial planning of ski *** mean snow depth and snow cover days are more than 4.50 cm and 150 d between the years 2000 and 2014,respectively,in high-latitude areas,where fewer ski resorts are *** the middle-low latitude areas,the mean snow depth and snow cover days are less than 3.00 cm and 100 d,respectively,with ski resorts being intensively *** most of these areas,the pronounced climate warming exceeded 0.50℃ during the ski period of 2009–2015 relative to 1961–2015,and mean annual precipitation was less than 800 mm,with some even less than 400 *** the 2030s and 2050s,the regions with drastic temperature increases are mainly in the Qinghai–Tibetan Plateau,Northeast China,and the Yangtze River *** upper and middle reaches of the Yangtze River are expected to experience reduced snowfalland temperature increases with an almost 1–1.6℃,*** this context,some ski resorts will face major threats because of shortened skiing durations and rising management *** tourism should not pursue a one-sided growth rate in the number of ski resorts in areas with short snowpack ***,it should rely highly on snow resources,climatic conditions,geographical environment,population and economic basis,and rationalise its spatial layout to promote the industry towards sustainable development.

Hydrogen embrittlement of pipelines depends on the hydrogen-induced cracking behavior of the pipeline steel *** on molecular dynamics analysis,the ferrite–cementite(α-Fe/Fe3C)lamellar atomic structure with the Bagaryatskii orientation relationship was established,and stepwise relaxation of the conjugate gradient energy minimization and constant-temperature and constant-pressure relaxation were performed under NPT(the isothermal–isobaric)*** mechanical property curves of theα-Fe/Fe3C models were obtained under different cementite terminal plane structures,and the evolution of the atomic structure was analyzed in *** addition,the influence of different hydrogen concentrations,different temperatures,different strain rates,changes in voids,and different micro-degrees of freedom on the deformation and failure mechanism of the model was investigated,aiming to provide a reliable way to explore the micro-mechanism of macro-cracking behavior of pipeline steel.

Simulation-based Optimal Design of α-β-γ-δ Filter

The existing third-order tracker known as α-β-γ-δ filter has been used for target tracking and predicting for years. The filter can track the target＇s position and velocity, but not the acceleration. To extend its capability, a new fourth-order target tracker called α-β-γ-δ filter is proposed. The main objective of this study was to find the optimal set of filter parameters that leads to minimum position tracking errors. The tracking errors between using the α-β-γ-δ filter and the α-β-γ-δ filter are compared. As a result, the new filter exhibits significant improvement in position tracking accuracy over the existing third-order filter, but at the expense of computational time in search of the optimal filter. To reduce the computational time, a simulation-based optimization technique via Taguchi method is introduced.

Effects of rainfall on the weekday traffic flow in major cities of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, China, in 2021

Rainfall can bring uncertainties to the traffic flow and influence the normal function of urban transportation *** impact of precipitation on the urban traffic flow,especially the different impacts among cities and areas within a city,is worth ***,we analysed the impact of precipitation on the traffic flow in the urban areas of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region by comparing the traffic flow in non-precipitation and rainy weather with different hourly precipitation intensities in *** increase in the travel time index(TTI)is chosen to represent the influence of precipitation on the transportation *** results show that the maximum of the average TTI increases on the city scale under various rainfall intensities by 3.3%,6.6%and 10.8%in Beijing,Tianjin and Shijiazhuang,*** general,the increase in the TTI contributed by precipitation is the greatest at morning and afternoon peak hours,and the traffic congestion degree increases with the rainfall ***,in the morning peak,afternoon peak and midday hours in Beijing and Tianjin,the influences of the weak rainfall intensity on the traffic flow are generally great,whereas the traffic congestion degree caused by heavy precipitation is relatively ***,in morning peak hours,the congestion reduction reaches approximately 2%,which may be related to the spatial difference in the impacts of precipitation on the traffic flow and the changes in people's travel intention under different rainfall *** findings can help better understand the relationship between rainfall and urban traffic flow characteristics and also potentially contribute to the development of impact-oriented climate predictions.

Improving flangeability of multiphase steel by increasing microstructural homogeneity

Multiphase microstructure significantly increases the strength,usually at the expense of flangeability because of lacking microstructure *** further improve the strength-flangeability of multiphase steel,the microstructural homogeneity was advanced by adjusting the hard martensite/austenite(M/A)*** strength-flangeability was measured via uniaxial tensile tests and hole expansion *** microstructures were characterized using a scanning electron microscope equipped with an electron backscatter diffraction detector and a transmission electron *** tests were supplementally used to quantitatively reveal the microstructural homogeneity of the *** show that the adjusted multiphase steel achieves an excellent ultimate tensile strength(~800 MPa)and flangeability(~135%hole expansion ratio).A promising homogeneous multiphase microstructure was obtained by controlling undercooled austenite transformed at about 600℃.This microstructure consists of soft polygonal ferrite,blocky bainitic ferrite,and hard M/A *** volume fraction of M/A islands is around 5%,and the average size is less than l *** nanoindentation analysis indicated that the participation of M/A islands impressively influenced the microstructural *** strain partition and better mechanical compatibility were present in the adjusted multiphase steel since the plasticity initiation started late,which resulted in a positive ***,avoiding M/A islands distributed in the chain along the rolling direction on the matrix hindered the possibility of voids coalescing into cracks and stabilized the flanging performance.

Developing free-standing and mechanical robust membrane materials capable of superior enrichment of phosphopeptides for analyzing and identifying the specific phosphoproteome of cancer cells is significant in understanding the molecular mechanisms of cancer development and exploring new therapeutic approaches,but still a significant challenge in materials *** this end,we firstly constructed highly flexible ZrTiO_(4) nanofibrous membranes(NFMs)with excellent mechanical stability through a cost-effective and scalable electrospinning and subsequent calcination ***,to further increase the enrichment capacity of the phosphopeptide,the biomimetic TiO_(2)@ZrTiO_(4) NFMs with root hair or leaf like branch microstructure are developed by the hydrothermal post-synthetic modification of ZrTiO_(4) NFMs through growing unfurling TiO_(2) nanosheets onto the ZrTiO_(4) ***,remarkable flexibility and mechanical stability enable the resulting TiO_(2)@ZrTiO_(4) NFMs excellent practicability,while the biomimetic microstructure allows it outstanding enrichment ability of the phosphopeptide and identification ability of the specific phosphoproteins in the digest of cervical cancer ***,6770 phosphopeptides can be enriched by TiO_(2)@ZrTiO_(4) NFMs(2205 corresponding phosphoproteins can be identified),and the value is much higher than that of ZrTiO_(4) NFMs(6399 phosphopeptides and 2132 identified phosphoproteins)and commercial high-performance TiO_(2) particles(4525 phosphopeptides and 1811 identified phosphoproteins).These results demonstrate the super ability of TiO_(2)@ZrTiO_(4) NFMs in phosphopeptide enrichment and great potential for exploring the pathogenesis of cancer.
