In recent years,sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)have been considered as one of the most promising alternatives to lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).Here,a new Na-super-ionic conductor(NASICON)cathode material Na Fe_(2)PO_(4)(SO_(4))_(2)is successfully prepared through solid state method for *** the poor electronic conductivity of iron-based materials results in its poor rate and cycle *** the electrochemical is effectively promoting via Ca^(2+)***_(0.84)Ca_(0.08)Fe_(2)PO_(4)(SO_(4))_(2)have achieved considerable electrochemical *** first discharge specific capacity is 121.6 m A h g^(-1)at 25 m A g^(-1)with the voltage platform(-3.1 V)corresponding to Fe^(2+/3+).After 100 cycles,the capacity retention is 55.1%.The excellent electrochemical performance is caused by some Na^(+)is substituted by Ca^(2+)and leading to the fast sodium kinetics,which is well proved by the powder X-ray diffraction pattern and well corresponding to the galvanostatic intermittent titration technique and cyclic voltammetry testing result(the diffusivity values are around at 10^(-12)cm^(2)s^(-1)).

Rechargeable proton batteries have been regarded as a promising technology for next-generation energy storage devices,due to the smallest size,lightest weight,ultrafast diffusion kinetics and negligible cost of proton as charge ***,a proton battery possessing both high energy and power density is yet *** addition,poor cycling stability is another major challenge making the lifespan of proton batteries *** issues have motivated extensive research into electrode ***,the design of electrode–electrolyte interphase and electrolytes is underdeveloped for solving the *** this review,we summarize the development of interphase and electrolytes for proton batteries and elaborate on their importance in enhancing the energy density,power density and battery *** fundamental understanding of interphase is reviewed with respect to the desolvation process,interfacial reaction kinetics,solvent-electrode interactions,and analysis *** categorize the currently used electrolytes according to their physicochemical properties and analyze their electrochemical potential window,solvent(e.g.,water)activities,ionic conductivity,thermal stability,and ***,we offer our views on the challenges and opportunities toward the future research for both interphase and electrolytes for achieving high-performance proton batteries for energy storage.

The introduction of automated vehicles (AVs) is expected to improve the safety and traffic efficiency of the transportation system. However， the impacts of AVs on pedestrian-vehicle interactions (PVIs) remain unclear， especially under the mixed traffic flow condition with AVs and conventional vehicles (CVs). The objective of this paper is to investigate PVIs under AV mixed traffic flow at unsignalized mid-block crosswalk (UMC) where the right of way competition exists and the traffic conditions are more complex. An agent-based simulation model is proposed to evaluate the safety and traffic efficiency under a diverse range of different scenarios. Some agents’ behavioral parameters are calibrated from trajectory and video data collected at two sites in Nanjing. The proposed model is also validated by comparing Post-Encroachment Time (PET) and pedestrian waiting time outputted from simulation with those extracted from empirical data. The simulation results suggest that the introduction of AVs has limited effect on both safety and efficiency levels at UMC under the low AV penetration rate. Compared to the negotiated yielding strategy of AVs， the conservative yielding strategy performs better in terms of pedestrian safety， but worse in improving traffic efficiency. Moreover， the results reveal that pedestrian and vehicle volumes， the proportion of pedestrians familiar with AVs， and the proportion of risk-prone pedestrians could significantly affect the safety and efficiency levels at UMC. Lastly， we provide some practical recommendations for determining treatments for mid-block crosswalks with AV mixed traffic flow to improve pedestrian safety and traffic efficiency.

Reducing the secondary inflammatory response, which is partly mediated by microglia, is a key focus in the treatment of spinal cord injury. Src homology 2-containing protein tyrosine phosphatase 2(SHP2), encoded by PTPN11, is widely expressed in the human body and plays a role in inflammation through various mechanisms. Therefore, SHP2 is considered a potential target for the treatment of inflammation-related diseases. However, its role in secondary inflammation after spinal cord injury remains unclear. In this study, SHP2 was found to be abundantly expressed in microglia at the site of spinal cord injury. Inhibition of SHP2 expression using siRNA and SHP2 inhibitors attenuated the microglial inflammatory response in an in vitro lipopolysaccharide-induced model of inflammation. Notably, after treatment with SHP2 inhibitors, mice with spinal cord injury exhibited significantly improved hind limb locomotor function and reduced residual urine volume in the bladder. Subsequent in vitro experiments showed that, in microglia stimulated with lipopolysaccharide, inhibiting SHP2 expression promoted M2 polarization and inhibited M1 polarization. Finally, a co-culture experiment was conducted to assess the effect of microglia treated with SHP2 inhibitors on neuronal cells. The results demonstrated that inflammatory factors produced by microglia promoted neuronal apoptosis, while inhibiting SHP2 expression mitigated these effects. Collectively, our findings suggest that SHP2 enhances secondary inflammation and neuronal damage subsequent to spinal cord injury by modulating microglial phenotype. Therefore, inhibiting SHP2 alleviates the inflammatory response in mice with spinal cord injury and promotes functional recovery postinjury.

ABSTRACT This paper reports airborne measurements of midlatitude altostratus clouds observed over zhengzhou, Henan Province, China on 3 March 2007. The case demonstrates mixed-phase conditions at altitudes from 3200 to 4600 m （0°C to -7.6°C）, with liquid water content ranging from 0.01 to 0.09 g m-3. In the observed mixed-phase cloud, liquid water content exhibited a bimodal distribution, whereas the maximum ice particle concentration was located in the middle part of the cloud. The liquid and ice particle data showed significant horizontal variability on the scale of a few hundred meters. The cloud droplet concentration varied greatly over the horizontal sampling area. There was an inverse relationship between the cloud droplet concentration and ice particle concentration. A gamma distribution provided the best description of the cloud droplet spectra. The liquid droplet distributions were found to increase in both size and concentration with altitude. It was inferred from the profile of the spectra parameters that the cloud droplet sizes tend to form a quasi-monodisperse distribution. Ice particle spectra in the cloud were fitted well by an exponential distribution. Finally, a remarkable power law relationship was found between the slope （λ） and intercept （No） parameters of the exponential size distribution.
