Traditional transgenic detection methods require high test conditions and struggle to be both sensitive and *** this study,a one-tube dual recombinase polymerase amplification(RPA)reaction system for CP4-EPSPS and Cry1Ab/Ac was proposed and combined with a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay,named“Dual-RPA-LFD”,to visualize the dual detection of genetically modified(GM)*** which,the herbicide tolerance gene CP4-EPSPS and the insect resistance gene Cry1Ab/Ac were selected as targets taking into account the current status of the most widespread application of insect resistance and herbicide tolerance traits and their stacked *** diluted plasmids,transgenic standards,and actual samples were used as templates to conduct sensitivity,specificity,and practicality assays,*** constructed method achieved the visual detection of plasmid at levels as low as 100 copies,demonstrating its high *** addition,good applicability to transgenic samples was observed,with no cross-interference between two test lines and no influence from other *** conclusion,this strategy achieved the expected purpose of simultaneous detection of the two popular targets in GM crops within 20 min at 37°C in a rapid,equipmentfree field manner,providing a new alternative for rapid screening for transgenic assays in the field.

Synchrotron-based angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy was employed to investigate the temperature evolution of the Yb 4 f spectral for surface and bulk in the Kondo lattice YbCu_(2)Si_(2).Our study quantitatively distinguishes between the surface and bulk hybridization processes,revealing that the onset temperatures for both surface and bulk hybridization processes are significantly higher than the Kondo ***,we found that the effective surface Kondo temperature is much lower than that of the *** findings offer valuable insights into the understanding of heavy fermion physics.

Calcium oscillations are induced by different ***-dependent protein kinases(CDPKs/CPKs)are one major group of the plant calcium decoders that are involved in various processes including drought *** CPKs are ***,we identified ZmCPK2 as a negative regulator of drought resistance by screening an overexpression transgenic maize *** found that ZmCPK2 does not bind calcium,and its activity is mainly inhibited during short term abscisic acid(ABA)treatment,and dynamically changed in prolonged ***,ZmCPK2 interacts with and is inhibited by calcium-dependent ZmCPK17,a positive regulator of drought resistance,which is activated by ***17 could prevent the nuclear localization of ZmCPK2 through phosphorylation of ***2 interacts with and phosphorylates and activates ZmYAB15,a negative transcriptional factor for drought *** results suggest that drought stress-induced Ca^(2+)can be decoded directly by ZmCPK17 that inhibits ZmCPK2,thereby promoting plant adaptation to water deficit.

Rechargeable magnesium-metal batteries(RMBs)have gained much attention due to their abundant resources as well as high ***,the high charge density of Mg^(2+)is one of the main reasons for the slow kinetics performance of RMBs,and modulation of the charge density is an important strategy to improve the kinetics and electrochemical performance of ***,we report on the conductive polymer polyaniline(PANI)for RMBs,which is found to have excellent kinetics and high discharge voltage when storing MgCl^(+).In the storage of MgCl^(+),PANI exhibits a high average discharge voltage platform is 2.3 V ***^(2+)/Mg,which is higher than that in storage of Mg^(2+).We demonstrated the reversible intercalation/de-intercalation of MgCl^(+)in PANI accompanying with the reversible transformation between the quinone ring(C–C,–N=)and the benzene ring(C=C,–NH–)during charging and *** functional theory calculation reveals that PANI exhibit higher voltages(2.25 V vs.1.82 V)along with lower diffusion energy barriers(1.27 eV vs.1.55 eV)for MgCl^(+)storage compared to Mg^(2+)*** work refines the storage mechanism of PANI in RMBs and provides new guidelines for the application of PANI in RMBs.

The Li-Mg-B-H composite(2LiBH_(4)+MgH_(2))has a high capacity of 11.4 wt%as a hydrogen storage ***,the slow kinetics and poor cycling stability severely restrict its practical *** this work,a layered Nb_(2)C MXene was first synthesized and then introduced to tailor the kinetics and cycling stability of the Li-Mg-B-H *** milled 2LiH+MgB_(2)composites were initially hydrogenated to obtain the 2LiBH_(4)+MgH_(2)*** 2LiBH_(4)+MgH_(2)+5wt%Nb_(2)C can release 9.0 wt%H_(2)in 30 min at 400℃,while it is only 2.7 wt%for the undoped 2LiBH_(4)+MgH_(2).The dehydrogenation activation energies of MgH_(2)and LiBH_(4)are 123 and 154 kJ·mol^(-1)respectively for the 5 wt%Nb_(2)C-doped composite,lower than the undoped composite(164 and 165 kJ·mol^(-1)).The 2LiBH_(4)+MgH_(2)+5 wt%Nb_(2)C possesses excellent cycling stability,with the reversible capacity only slightly reduced from 9.4 wt%for the 1st cycle to 9.3 wt%for the 20th ***_(2)C keeps stable in the composite and acts as an efficient catalyst for the Li-Mg-B-H *** is believed that both the layered structure and the active Nb element contribu te to the enhanced hydrogen storage performances of the Li-Mg-B-H *** work confirms that the Nb_(2)C MXene with layered stru cture has a significant enhancing impact on the Li-Mg-B-H hydrogen storage materials,which is different from the bulk NbC.

A few-layered hexagonal boron nitride nanosheets stabilized platinum nanoparticles(Pt/h-BNNS)is engineered for oxidation-promoted adsorptive desulfurization(OPADS)of fuel *** was found that the few-layered structure and the defective sites of h-BNNS not only are beneficial to the stabilization of Pt NPs but also favor the adsorption of aromatic *** employing Pt/h-BNNS with a Pt loading amount of 1.19 wt%as the active adsorbent and air as an oxidant,a 98.0%sulfur removal over dibenzothiophene(DBT)is achieved along with a total conversion of the DBT to the corresponding sulfones(DBTO_(2)).Detailed experiments show that the excellent desulfurization activity originates from the few-layered structure of h-BNNS and the high catalytic activity of Pt *** addition,the OPADS system with Pt/h-BNNS as the active adsorbent shows remarkable stability in desulfurization performance with the existence of different interferents such as olefin,and aromatic ***,the Pt/h-BNNS can be recycled 12 times without a significant decrease in desulfurization ***,a process flow diagram is proposed for deep desulfurization of fuel oil and recovery of high value-added products,which would promote the industrial application of such OPADS strategy.

The Lhasa River Basin forms an essential human settlement area in the southern part of the Qinghai-Tibet *** study employed ecosystem service value(ESV)evaluation model,terrain gradient grading,and Geodetector to analyze land use and ESV in the Lhasa River Basin from 1985 to *** findings reveal that:(1)From 1985 to 2020,grassland was the dominant land *** was a trend of grassland reduction and the expansion of other land types.(2)ESV has increased over the research period(with a total increase of 0.84%),with higher values in the southeast and lower values in the *** contributed the most to ESV,and climate regulation and hydrological regulation were the ecosystem services that contribute the most to ESV.(3)Natural factors like NDVI and altitude,as well as economic factors like population density and distance from roads,influenced the spatial differentiation of ESV,the explanatory power of NDVI reached up to *** interaction between factors had a greater impact than individual *** research results can provide theoretical support for national spatial planning and ecological environment protection in the Lhasa River Basin and other similar areas.

AIM:To figure out whether various atropine dosages may slow the progression of myopia in Chinese kids and teenagers and to determine the optimal atropine concentration for effectively slowing the progression of ***:A systematic search was conducted across the Cochrane Library,PubMed,Web of Science,EMBASE,CNKI,CBM,VIP,and Wanfang database,encompassing literature on slowing progression of myopia with varying atropine concentrations from database inception to January 17,*** extraction and quality assessment were performed,and a network Meta-analysis was executed using Stata version 14.0 *** were visually represented through ***:Fourteen papers comprising 2475 cases were included;five different concentrations of atropine solution were *** network Meta-analysis,along with the surface under the cumulative ranking curve(SUCRA),showed that 1%atropine(100%)>0.05%atropine(74.9%)>0.025%atropine(51.6%)>0.02%atropine(47.9%)>0.01%atropine(25.6%)>control in refraction change and 1%atropine(98.7%)>0.05%atropine(70.4%)>0.02%atropine(61.4%)>0.025%atropine(42%)>0.01%atropine(27.4%)>control in axial length(AL)***:In Chinese children and teenagers,the five various concentrations of atropine can reduce the progression of *** the network Meta-analysis showed that 1%atropine is the best one for controlling refraction and AL change,there is a high incidence of adverse effects with the use of 1%***,we suggest that 0.05%atropine is optimal for Chinese children to slow myopia progression.
