Single(200)-oriented TiN thin films were deposited on quartz substrate by direct current(DC) magnetron reactive sputtering process at a wide range of substrate temperature from 200 to 600 ℃.The effects of sputtering pressure and substrate temperature on the crystalline nature,morphology,electrical and optical properties of the deposited thin films were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),atomic force microscopy(AFM),four-point resistivity test system and ultraviolet visible near-infrared(UV-Vis-NIR) spectroscopy,*** results show that single(200)-oriented TiN thin films can be obtained at a wide range of substrate temperature from 200 to 600 ℃ with the grain size increasing from 35.9 to 64.5 *** resistivity of the product is as low as95 μΩ·cm,and the value of the optical reflectance is above68 % in the near-infrared(NIR) range of 760-1500 nm.

The concept of the waveguide invariant is revisited and a simple relationship between the range of source and the quasi-period of the acoustic interference spectrum in the frequency domain （Ω-interference spectrum） is derived. Then a method for a broadband source ranging in shallow water using a single receiver and a broadband guide source, requiring no modeling and no knowledge about the ocean environment, is proposed. The method is validated by simulation and verified with the experimental data.

Our paper describes the key surgical points of pediatric choledochocystectomy performed completely by Da Vinci robotic system. A choledochocystectomy was safely carried out for a girl at our hospital, and without any complication. Then systematic literature review was done to discuss the methods of intestine surgery and intestinal anastomosis, the use of 3 rd robotic arm, the surgical safety and advantages comparing open and laparoscopic surgery. We systematically reviewed choledochocystectomy for children performed by robotic surgery. We included a total of eight domestic and foreign reports and included a total of 86 patients, whose average age was 6.3(0.3-15.9) years; the maleto-female ratio was 1:3.5(19:67). Seven patients experienced conversion to open surgery, and the surgery success rate was 91.9%(79/86). The average total operation time was 426(180-520) min, the operation time on the machine was 302(120-418) min, 11 cases used the number 3 arm, and the remaining mainly used the hitch-stitch technique to suspend the stomach wall and liver. Forty-seven patients underwent pull-through intestine and intestinal anastomosis, and 39 patients underwent complete robotic intestine surgery and intestinal anastomosis. The hospitalization time of roboticassisted choledochocystectomy was 8.8 d. Eight patientshad biliary fistula and were all cured by conservative treatment and continuous observation. One patient had anastomotic stenosis, and one patient had wound dehiscence, both cured by surgery. Choledochocystectomy for children performed by completely robotic surgery and Roux-en-Y hepaticojejunostomy is safe and feasible. The initial experience shows that this surgical approach has a clearer field than the traditional endoscopy, and its operation is more flexible, the surgery is more accurate, and the injury is smaller. With the advancement of technology and the accumulation of surgeons' experience, robotic surgery may become a new trend in this surgical procedure.

The oxygen initiation process, one of the key processes in the early stage of the autothermic pyrolysis insitu conversion technology, has not been deeply investigated, which seriously limits its development. In this study, the reaction behaviors, kinetic parameters, heat and product release characteristics during the isothermal oxygen initiation process of Huadian oil shale in O2/N2mixtures with different oxygen concentrations and initiation temperatures were investigated via TG/DSC-FTIR. The results show that the samples exhibit three different reaction behaviors during the initiation stage, consisting of two main parts, i.e., the oxidative weight-gain and the oxidative reaction phases. The former phase is mainly characterized by the oxygen addition reaction that produces oxidizing groups which increase the sample mass. And the latter stage consists of two main subreactions. The first subreaction involves the oxidative cracking and pyrolysis of oxidizing groups and kerogen to produce fuel deposits such as residual carbon,while the second subreaction focuses on the oxidation of the resulting fuels. Furthermore, increasing the oxygen concentration significantly promotes the above reactions, leading to an increase in the reaction intensity and reaction rate. Owing to the combined effect of oxygen concentration and residual organic matter content, the total heat release increases with the increasing initiation temperature and reaches its maximum at 330-370℃. In addition, the preheating stage primarily produces hydrocarbon gases, while the initiation stage predominantly generates CO2. As the preheating temperature increases, the CO2output intensifies, the required reaction time shortens, and the release becomes more *** on these findings, a reaction mechanism for the oxygen initiation process of Huadian oil shale was proposed, and recommendations were provided for optimizing the construction process.

Vanadium-based electrode materials are widely investigated,but the low specific capacity and slow electrochemical kinetics in aqueous zinc-ion batteries still limit their commercial ***,the VS_(2)/Ca V_(4)O_(9)material with the morphology of nanoflower was synthesized by a one-step hydrothermal *** to the blocky structure of pure VS_(2)material,the VS_(2)/Ca V_(4)O_(9)material is composed of thinner homogeneous *** open structures could provide abundant electrochemical active sites and ion transport channels,and then promote the electrochemical reaction *** addition,they can also buffer the bulk strain during the reaction *** improve the utilization of vanadium elements,an in-situ electrochemical activation strategy is used to explore the storage performance of the VS_(2)/Ca V_(4)O_(9)material,the different activation voltage range of 0.4–1.6 and 0.4–1.4 V are selected,*** with the longer activation plateau of activated-VS_(2),the VS_(2)/Ca V_(4)O_(9)cathode could quickly reach the activation state in the range of 1.4–1.6 V and cause the release of additional Zn storage sites *** VS_(2)/Ca V_(4)O_(9)cathode delivers a higher power density of 37,000 W kg^(-1)and a significant energy density of 423 Wh kg^(-1).At the high current density of 15 A g^(-1),the VS_(2)/Ca V_(4)O_(9)cathode still has a discharge capacity of 183.9m Ah g^(-1)after 5,000 cycles,and the capacity decay rate per cycle is only 0.0042%.Continuous cyclic voltammetry(CV)curves,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)measurements,density functional theory(DFT)calculation and galvanostatic intermittent titration technique(GITT)measurements demonstrate that the VS_(2)/Ca V_(4)O_(9)cathode has a faster ion diffusion/charge transfer ***,the assembled flexible device has an excellent mechanical stability.

An online subsection cooling method for hot rolling silicon steel was designed to achieve local adjustment of transverse roll ***,it was able to meet the requirements of edge drop of the strip by using the features of online thermal ***,after the new subsection spray beam was installed at the exit of mill,the special local cooling rules were analyzed for altering the thermal crown of roll according to rolling process ***,the dynamic impact of subsection cooling on the local thermal crown could just be obtained according to the measured ***,the heat transfer coefficient was determined by different subsection cooling curves under varied rolling ***,the rolling rhythm and variable conditions were important dynamic factors of transient roll temperature in practical rolling ***,real-time calculation and presetting of the thermal crown were carried out to maximize special requirements of load roll gap on local strip *** this new method,the transient temperature and the thermal crown of roll could be quantitatively controlled *** the practical results showed that the predicted temperature was able to match the measured value by more than 95%.Meanwhile,the adjustable range of thermal crown increased by more than 2.5 ***,the qualification rate of strip edge crown has increased from the original 30%to over 70%.

Effect of Different Amendments on Ryegrass Growth in Copper Mine Tailings

Montmorillonite, rice straw, organic manure and chemical fertilizer were usedas amendment materials for copper mine tailings, and their effects on mine tailing pH, nutrientsarid metal availability to ryegrass were investigated. Chemical fertilization was the most effectiveone in improving ryegrass growth in mine tailings among the amendment materials examined. It wasfound that montmorillonite raised biomass of ryegrass at the 1st and 2nd cuts, but it did not givefurther positive effects at the3rd and 4th cuts. The effect of organic materials on ryegrass growthwas not so good as expected, mainly due to their slow decomposition in mine tailings with less soilmicroorganisms. Available Cu and Zn contents in mine tailings decreased in the presence ofmontmorillonite but increased when rice straw and organic manure were used as amendments. Cu and Zncontents in ryegrass decreased with increasing the rate of montmorillonite application but increasedwith the rate of rice straw. Zn showed much stronger mobility from soil lo ryegrass than Cu, andalmost all the available N and P in mine tailings, except for the treatments with organic manure,were completely consumed after ryegrass had grown in mine tailings for more than four months andbeen harvested for four times. Owing to its large biomass and high metal uptake, ryegrass is apotential plant for remediation of metal contaminated soils in practice.
