The self-charging concept has drawn considerable attention due to its excellent ability to achieve environmental energy harvesting,conversion and storage without an external power ***,most self-charging designs assembled by multiple energy harvesting,conversion and storage materials increase the energy transfer loss;the environmental energy supply is generally limited by climate and meteorological conditions,hindering the potential application of these selfpowered devices to be available at all *** on aerobic autoxidation of catechol,which is similar to the electrochemical oxidation of the catechol groups on the carbon materials under an electrical charge,we proposed an air-breathing chemical self-charge concept based on the aerobic autoxidation of catechol groups on oxygen-enriched carbon materials to ortho-quinone *** harvesting,conversion and storage functions could be integrated on a single carbon material to avoid the energy transfer loss among the different ***,the assembled Cu/oxygen-enriched carbon battery confirmed the feasibility of the air-oxidation self-charging/electrical discharging mechanism for potential *** air-breathing chemical self-charge concept could facilitate the exploration of high-efficiency sustainable air self-charging devices.

Molecular crowding electrolytes for stabilizing Zn metal anode in rechargeable aqueous batteries

Ex vivo tissue culture of the human corpus cavernosum(cc)can be used to explore the tissue structural changes and complex signaling *** present,artificial Cc-like tissues based on acellular or three-dimensional(3D)-printed scaffolds are used to solve the scarcity of primary penis tissue ***,inconvenience and high costs limit the wide application of such ***,we describe a simple,fast,and economical method of constructing artificial CC-like *** Cc fibroblasts(FBs),endothelial cells(ECs),and smooth muscle cells(SMCs)were expanded in vitro and mixed with Matrigel in specific proportions.A large number of bubbles were formed in the mixture by vortexing combined with pipette blowing,creating a porous,spongy,and spatial *** Cc FBs produced a variety of signaling factors,showed multidirectional differentiation potential,and grew in a 3D grid in Matrigel,which is necessary for CC-like tissue to maintain a porous structure as a cell *** the C-like tissue,ECs covered the surface of the lumen,and SMCs were located inside the trabeculae,similar to the structure of the primary *** cell components remained stable for 3 days in vitro,but the EC content decreased on the 7th ***/integrated(WNT)signaling activation led to lumen atrophy and increased tissue fibrosis in CC-like tissue,inducing the same changes in characteristics as in the primary *** study describes a preparation method for human artificial cC-like tissue that may provide an improved experimental platform for exploring the function and structure of the cC and conducting drug screening for erectile dysfunction therapy.

Prognostic nomograms for young breast cancer:A retrospective study based on the SEER and METABRIC databases

Background:Young breast cancer(YBC)is a subset of breast cancer that is often more aggressive,but less is known about its *** this study,we aimed to generate nomograms to predict the overall survival(OS)and breast cancer‐specific survival(BCSS)of YBC ***:Data of women diagnosed with YBC between 2010 and 2020 were obtained from the Surveillance,Epidemiology,and End Results(SEER)*** patients were randomly allocated into a training cohort(n=15,227)and internal validation cohort(n=6,526)at a 7:3 *** the Cox regression models,significant prognostic factors were identified and used to construct 3‐,5‐,and 10‐year nomograms of OS and *** from the Molecular Taxonomy of Breast Cancer International Consortium(METABRIC)database were used as an external validation cohort(n=90).Results:We constructed nomograms incorporating 10 prognostic factors for OS and *** nomograms demonstrated strong predictive accuracy for OS and BCSS in the training cohort,with C‐indexes of 0.806 and 0.813,*** calibration curves verified that the nomograms have good prediction *** curve analysis demonstrated their practical clinical value for predicting YBC patient survival ***,we provided dynamic nomograms to improve the operability of the *** risk stratification ability assessment also showed that the OS and BCSS rates of the low‐risk group were significantly better than those of the high‐risk ***:Here,we generated and validated more comprehensive and accurate OS and BCSS nomograms than models previously developed for *** nomograms can help clinicians evaluate patient prognosis and make clinical decisions.

It is difficult to achieve an optimal performance of triple exponentially weighted moving average(TriEWMA) controller with fixed weights. To adjust the weights online and improve the performance of the TriEWMA, an intelligent composite strategy using deep reinforcement learning is developed in this work. Firstly, the weight-adjusting problem is established as a Markov decision process. Then, the weights are adjusted online using the twin delayed deep deterministic policy gradient algorithm. Finally, the proposed method is applied to a chemical mechanical polishing process. Results demonstrate the effectiveness and superiority of the presented method in handling process dynamics and disturbance rejection.

Nanoparticles(NPs)have gained significant attention as a functional material due to their ability to effectively enhance pressure reduction in injection processes in ultra-low permeability *** are typically studied in controlled laboratory conditions,and their behavior in real-world,complex environments such as ultra-low permeability reservoirs,is not well understood due to the limited scope of their *** study investigates the efficacy and underlying mechanisms of NPs in decreasing injection pressure under various injection conditions(25—85℃,10—25 MPa).The results reveal that under optimal injection conditions,NPs effectively reduce injection pressure by a maximum of 22.77%in core *** pressure reduction rate is found to be positively correlated with oil saturation and permeability,and negatively correlated with temperature and ***,particle image velocimetry(PIV)experiments(25℃,atmospheric pressure)indicate that the pressure reduction is achieved by NPs through the reduction of wall shear resistance and wettability *** work has important implications for the design of water injection strategies in ultra-low permeability reservoirs.
