The following are our views regarding the“letter to the editor”(Helicobacter is preserved in yeast vacuoles!Does Koch’s postulates confirm it?)by Alipour and Gaeini,and the response“letter to the editor”(Candida accommodates nonculturable Helicobacter pylori in its vacuole-Koch’s postulates aren’t applicable)by Siavoshi and *** and Gaeini rejected the methods,results,discussion,and conclusions summarized in a review article by Siavoshi and *** present article reviews and discusses evidence on the evolutionary adaptation of Helicobacter pylori(***)to thrive in Candida cell vacuoles and concludes that Candida could act as a Trojan horse,transporting potentially infectious *** into the stomach of humans.

Flexible damping technology considering aseismic materials and aseismic structures seems be a good solution for engineering *** this study,a constrained damping structure for underground tunnel lining,using a rubber-sand-concrete(RSC)as the aseismic material,is *** aseismic performances of constrained damping structure were investigated by a series of hammer impact *** damping layer thickness and shape effects on the aseismic performance such as effective duration and acceleration amplitude of time-domain analysis,composite loss factor and damping ratio of the transfer function analysis,and total vibration level of octave spectrum analysis were *** hammer impact tests revealed that the relationship between the aseismic performance and damping layer thickness was not linear,and that the hollow damping layer had a better aseismic performance than the flat damping layer *** aseismic performances of constrained damping structure under different seismicity magnitudes and geological conditions were *** effects of the peak ground acceleration(PGA)and tunnel overburden depth on the aseismic performances such as the maximum principal stress and equivalent plastic strain(PEEQ)were *** numerical results show the constrained damping structure proposed in this paper has a good aseismic performance,with PGA in the range(0.2-1.2)g and tunnel overburden depth in the range of 0-300 m.

We propose an exact explicit closed-form Laguerre series expansion formula to compute the q-scale function of a spectrally negative L′evy process (SNLP), and other functions associated to the scale function for the first time. The proposed closed-form formula for the scale function has many applications in applied probability and in particular in the Le′vy insurance risk theory. We shall show that the new series expansion formulas can be used to express the expected discounted penalty functions, the moments of the present value of total dividend payments as well as the time value of Parisian ruin in the L′evy risk models.

The shear strength deterioration of bedding planes between different rock types induced by cyclic loading is vital to reasonably evaluate the stability of soft and hard interbedded bedding rock slopes under earthquake;however,rare work has been devoted to this subject due to lack of *** this study,experimental investigations on shear strength weakening of discontinuities with different joint wall material(DDJM)under cyclic loading were conducted by taking the interface between siltstone and mudstone in the Shaba slope of Yunnan Province,China as research objects.A total of 99 pairs of similar material samples of DDJM(81 pairs)and discontinuities with identical joint wall material(DIJM)(18 pairs)were fabricated by inserting plates,engraved with typical surface morphology obtained by performing three-dimensional laser scanning on natural DDJMs sampled from field,into mold *** shear tests were conducted on these samples to study their shear strength changes with the cyclic number considering the effects of normal stress,joint surface morphology,shear displacement amplitude and shear *** results indicate that the shear stress *** displacement curves under each shear cycle and the peak shear strength *** number curves of the studied DDJMs are between those of DIJMs with siltstone and mudstone,while closer to those of DIJMs with *** peak shear strengths of DDJMs exhibit an initial rapid decline followed by a gradual decrease with the cyclic number and the decrease rate varies from 6%to 55.9%for samples with varied surface morphology under different testing *** normal stress,joint surface morphology,shear displacement amplitude and shear rate collectively influence the shear strength deterioration of DDJM under cyclic shear loading,with the degree of influence being greater for larger normal stress,rougher surface morphology,larger shear displacement amplitude and faster shear rate.

利用渐进式动态图进行图像分割

大多数先进的基于深度学习的图像分割算法缺乏结合图像上下文关系的能力,忽略了上下文信息对分割轮廓的作用及影响,使得算法性能的提升有所局限,为此提出了一种基于轮廓的图像分割方法,利用一种渐进式动态图网络进行轮廓的变形。具体地,根据目标轮廓的拓扑结构,在轮廓上采样顶点将其转变成一个动态图,通过扩散目标点的上下文信息进行推理学习,并积累历史学习经验来进行轮廓图的动态更新,通过一种端到端的方式进行图的更新和目标位置的预测,并将其封装成一个闭环的学习过程。在Cityscapes、KINS、SBD数据集上进行了测试,验证了所提方法在实时实例分割上的有效性和实时性。具体地,在Cityscapes和SBD数据集上分别达到了最好的性能:34.4%和55.3%平均精度(average precision, AP),在KINS数据集上也达到了30.5%AP的性能,实现了很好的分割拟合效果,相比于Deep Snake模型,其分割轮廓与目标真实边界更加拟合且轮廓线更加平滑。此外,就运行速度而言,动态图模型在3个数据集上也达到了最好的结果,分别为3.8帧/s、7.6帧/s和13.1帧/s,比Deep Snake模型的运行速度平均提升了0.5帧/s。

针对许多隧道面临的穿越活动断层挑战,该研究提出一种基于脆性缓冲理念的隧道抗错断方法。通过设计并实施模型试验,验证脆性缓冲结构在抗错断方面的有效性。研究结果表明:当断层发生错动时,采用脆性缓冲结构的隧道设计理念是可行的。通过观察破坏模式发现,脆性缓冲材料的粉碎和衬砌的部分脱空作用可有效分散局部剪切破坏,显著降低断层带区域衬砌的损坏程度。在上盘区域,拱顶处的脆性缓冲结构被压碎,与此同时,拱底处脱空。下盘区域的拱顶处脱空,而拱底的脆性缓冲结构被压碎。这种变形模式有效分散了断层位置的局部剪切变形,显著减轻了衬砌的损坏。在50 mm厚缓冲结构的保护下,即使错动位移达到100 mm,相当于实际情况下的4 m位移,衬砌模型表现出的损坏较小,突显了脆性缓冲结构在保护隧道结构完整性方面的强大性能。此外,从应变监测数据分析可以看出,衬砌的应变峰值并不出现在断层破碎带内,而是迁移至离断层位置较远的区域,显著减轻了断层破碎带内的应变集中现象。该研究为跨越活动断层带的隧道设计提供了重要的理论依据和实践指导,为抗错断方案的选择提供了参考。

小学数学课程本质上不是知识逻辑自洽,而是以知识为基础与支点的育人性学科存在。以课程育人为视域,可以钩沉出小学数学课程功能的多维向度:知识功能、逻辑功能和文化功能,分别指向小学生的认知世界、理性世界与精神世界,三位一体的数学课程功能指向三位一体的儿童生命世界的培育与塑建。但是,小学数学课程的知识功能单维度垄断依然强势,已经成为阻碍小学数学课程改革的顽瘴痼疾。以核心素养达成、课程育人实现为导向,三位一体推进课程功能开发与课堂教学实践,已经成为在“微观世界”着力,真正推进小学数学课程改革的实践。

针对视觉Transformer(Vision Transformer,ViT)性能的提升依赖于网络的参数量,从而导致其应用场景受限的缺点,本文从神经学得到启发,创新性地提出将人脑神经元之间的循环结构应用在ViT上。文中首次从黎曼几何的角度解释了循环结构生效的工作原理,之后以Token-to-Token Transformer(T2T Transformer)为主干框架提出了基于循环结构的ViT。实验结果表明:循环结构的引入能在视觉Transformer参数量基本不变化的情况下大幅提高其性能,使用循环结构后,在Imagenet分类数据集下网络仅增加0.14%的参数,但带来9%的分类精度提升;在目标检测任务中,增加0.1%的参数带来10.7%的性能提升。

目的:分析结直肠癌患者围术期应用医护一体化快速康复理念护理的效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月滨州医学院附属医院收治的结直肠癌手术患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组实施常规围术期护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施医护一体化快速康复理念护理。比较两组围术期指标、术后疼痛程度、并发症发生情况、护理满意度。结果:观察组术后排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、下床活动时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.001);观察组术后第1、3、5天视觉模拟疼痛量表评分低于对照组(P<0.001);观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.048);观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P=0.021)。结论:结直肠癌患者围术期应用医护一体化快速康复理念护理的效果显著,可缩短患者康复时间,减轻疼痛,降低疼痛程度,提高护理满意度。
