Autocyclic switching processes and architecture of lobes in river-dominated lacustrine deltas

River-dominated lacustrine deltas typically consist of multiple lobes due to autogenic lobe switching that occurs over short time scales. However, the switching patterns of multiple lobes in these deltas remain poorly understood, and the architectural features attributed to lobe switching are also lacking. By integrating Delft3D simulations, flume experiments, and modern deposit analysis, we proposed that autogenic lobe switching follows a cyclic pattern. Autocyclicity begins with the formation of an offshore lobe and concludes after a series of longshore lobe growth events, marked by longshore avulsions occurring along the sides of offshore distributary *** avulsions follow a sequence that usually occurs earlier distally than proximally and subsequently occurs on one longshore side and then on the other side. Each lobe begins with rapid growth, which gradually slows and then stops once a channel avulsion is influenced by the backwater effect that triggers lobe switching. Three signals indicate lobe switching: a decrease in progradation rate, foreset slope steepening coupled with topset slope gentling, and the deposition of mud-dominated sediments. The number of autocyclic events never exceeds *** first two autocyclicities contribute to more than 55% of delta length and 70% of delta area. The lobes are separated by 1-6 stages of mud-dominated accretion beds that exhibit a downstream-inclined shape and convexup or lateral overlapping pattern. This study conducts a coupled growth-geometric assessment to establish an architectural pattern for river-dominated lacustrine deltas. This architectural pattern offers valuable insights into predicting sandy lobe distribution in river-dominated lacustrine delta reservoirs, and the architecture of muddy accretion beds aids in predicting the rule of oil-water movement and distribution of remaining oil.

BACKGROUND Hepatitis B virus(HBV)evades the innate immunity and leads to persistent chronic infection,but the molecular mechanism is still not well *** To investigate whether HBV-miR-3 is involved in HBV immune *** HBV-miR-3 agomir and antagomir were employed to verify the effectiveness of HBV-miR-3 on cGAS-Sting-IFN pathway through the experiments on relative luciferase activity,cGAS protein expression,Sting phosphorylation and interferon(IFN)*** HBV-miR-3 down-regulates cGAS protein expression post-transcriptionally by inhibition of cGAS 3’-untranslated region(3’-UTR)activity,which results in lower Sting phosphorylation and IFN ***-miR-3 antagomir rescued cGAS protein expression,Sting phosphorylation and IFN-β*** HBV-miR-3 plays an important role in HBV immunity evasion by targeting cGAS 3’-UTR and interfering with cGAS-Sting-IFN pathway.

针对医疗器械堆叠问题和提升医疗器械识别准确率,提出一种改进YOLOv5s的医疗器械检测方法。首先使用C2f模块优化YOLOv5s网络提升模型识别精度,其次在特征融合网络引入SENet,提升模型对有效信息的关注度,最后在DIOU损失函数的基础上引入Alpha交并比(α-IOU)构成α-DIOU,使边界框回归更加准确,精确定位图像中的医疗器械。实验结果表明,改进后的模型在验证集中对医疗器械的精确率、召回率、平均精度均值分别达到81.8%、93.7%、91.5%,相比于YOLOv5s模型分别提升3.2%、3.4%、4.6%。本研究方法简单有效,有望为医疗器械的检测方法提供新思路。

抽水蓄能电站具有灵活的运行方式,有时需采用不同水力单元机组同时处于发电和抽水的运行方式,以改善电网的供电质量。为研究同发同抽运行时竖井式进/出水口的水力特性,基于某抽水蓄能电站上水库竖井式进/出水口的体型及设计参数,采用水动力模型方法,开展了两水力单元在同发同抽运行工况下的数值仿真计算,对孔道流量分布、流速分布及其不均匀性以及进、出流水力单元的间距进行了分析。结果表明,同发同抽运行工况下两水力单元间水流的“短路”流动将加剧进流水力单元孔道流量分布的不均匀性,对出流水力单元的流量分布、孔道流速分布基本不产生影响;同发同抽运行工况下两水力单元间的相对间距大于13.1时,进流水力单元的这种流量不均性将会得到解决。

考虑土柱发展过程的淤泥真空预压大应变固结计算

由于疏浚淤泥性质特殊,其真空预压固结特性与以往不同,然而现有能够准确描述真空预压过程中土柱发展的大应变固结模型仍然较少,无法充分考虑土体淤堵特性随时间和位置的变化。针对该问题,建立了能考虑土柱半径增长过程的真空预压大应变固结模型,囊括了沿半径变化的渗透性、随时间变化的井阻、土体自重和非线性压缩渗透关系等因素的影响,推导了以孔隙比为控制变量的控制方程并采用有限差分法求解,获得了考虑土柱变化的疏浚淤泥真空预压固结行为的计算方法。通过将预测结果与现有分析模型进行比较,验证了所提出的模型的正确性,并通过参数分析,探讨了土柱区渗透系数分布模式、土柱半径增长时间和变井阻等因素的影响。研究结果表明,考虑土柱半径随时间的变化以及土体渗透性随到排水板距离的变化对固结计算结果有显著影响;忽略土柱发展过程将导致固结速度和固结度的计算结果偏低,造成的固结度计算误差可达10%以上;假定土柱渗透系数不随土体到排水板的距离变化而变化将低估固结速度和固结度,且误差随土柱的渗透性降低而增大;不同土柱半径增长时间下的固结度发展过程差异明显,该差异随着土柱半径的增大和土柱渗透系数的降低而增大。

Fair multigroup multicast precoding design based on traffic demands for multibeam satellite systems

Design Research of a Novel Aftercool-Humidifier Concept for Humid Air Turbine Cycle

Humid air turbine cycle(HAT)has potential of electrical efficiencies comparable to combined cycle,with lower investment cost and NO_(x) *** typical heat exchanger network of HAT consists of intercooler(if there is),aftercooler,recuperator,economizer and humidifier,which brings higher efficiency but makes the system more *** simplify HAT layout,a novel humidifier concept is proposed by integrating the aftercooler into traditional counter-current *** on this concept,a one-dimensional model including pressure drop and exergy calculation is established to distinguish the thermodynamic and hydrodynamic characteristics,and then the structural parameters,such as the number of rows and columns,tube diameter,pitch and type for a micro HAT are *** results show that the aftercool-humidifier plays the same role as original aftercooler and humidifier,and can match the in-tube air,out-tube air and water stream well with lower *** the case of micro HAT cycle,the volume of heat and mass transfer area can be reduced by 47%compared with traditional *** major thermal resistance occurred in the convection heat transfer process inside the tube;however,using enhanced tube cannot effectively improve the compactness of device.
