多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)是育龄期女性最常见的生殖内分泌紊乱性疾病之一,病理机制尚未阐明。自噬参与卵泡发育的各个阶段,其中卵泡颗粒细胞自噬相对活跃。通过维持颗粒细胞自噬的稳态支持卵巢功能、调控卵泡发育,最终影响胚胎质量及妊娠结局。自噬相关基因和蛋白的异常表达可激活不同的自噬通路,抑制卵泡颗粒细胞发育、干扰内分泌稳态,参与PCOS的病理过程,并影响其预后。综述参与颗粒细胞自噬的关键分子及其在PCOS发生发展中的作用,以期为研究PCOS发生机制及探索临床治疗提供参考。

The bipartite graph structure exists in the connections of many objects in the real world, and the evolving modeling is a good method to describe and understand the generation and evolution within various real complex networks. Previous bipartite models were proposed to mostly explain the principle of attachments, and ignored the diverse growth speed of nodes of sets in different bipartite networks. In this paper, we propose an evolving bipartite network model with adjustable node scale and hybrid attachment mechanisms, which uses different probability parameters to control the scale of two disjoint sets of nodes and the preference strength of hybrid attachment respectively. The results show that the degree distribution of single set in the proposed model follows a shifted power-law distribution when parameter r and s are not equal to 0, or exponential distribution when r or s is equal to 0. Furthermore, we extend the previous model to a semi-bipartite network model, which embeds more user association information into the internal network, so that the model is capable of carrying and revealing more deep information of each user in the network. The simulation results of two models are in good agreement with the empirical data, which verifies that the models have a good performance on real networks from the perspective of degree distribution. We believe these two models are valuable for an explanation of the origin and growth of bipartite systems that truly exist.

In most available recommendation algorithms, especially for rating systems, almost all the high rating information is utilized on the recommender system without using any low-rating information, which may include more user information and lead to the accuracy of recommender system being reduced. The paper proposes a algorithm of personalized recommendation (UNP algorithm) for rating system to fully explore the similarity of interests among users in utilizing all the information of rating data. In UNP algorithm, the similarity information of users is used to construct a user interest association network, and a recommendation list is established for the target user with combining the user interest association network information and the idea of collaborative filtering. Finally, the UNP algorithm is compared with several typical recommendation algorithms (CF algorithm, NBI algorithm and GRM algorithm), and the experimental results on Movielens and Netflix datasets show that the UNP algorithm has higher recommendation accuracy.

为提升休闲树坚果的营养价值,以花青素盐焗碧根果为开发对象,在预煮液配方中固定花椒、八角、桂皮的添加量分别为1.5%、3.0%、4.0%(W/W,下同),研究预煮液中花青素、食盐、柠檬酸的添加量以及保湿干燥时间和高温焙烤时间对产品感官与花青素保留率的影响。单因素优化试验结果表明,当花青素、食盐、柠檬酸的添加量分别为8.0%、12.5%、0.6%时,碧根果感官评价得分最高,花青素保留率可达63.54%;经95℃、160 min保湿干燥后,碧根果呈现出坚果香味,花青素保留率为40.88%;采用125℃、25 min高温焙烤后,所得产品较为酥脆,外形良好,花青素保留率为36.97%。该研究结果可为花青素在焙烤食品中的应用提供参考。

Model reduction technique is usually employed in model updating process. In this paper, a new model updat- ing method named as cross-model cross-frequency response function （CMCF） method is proposed and a new iterative method associating the model updating method with the mo- del reduction technique is investigated. The new model up- dating method utilizes the frequency response function to avoid the modal analysis process and it does not need to pair or scale the measured and the analytical frequency re- sponse function, which could greatly increase the number of the equations and the updating parameters. Based on the traditional iterative method, a correction term related to the errors resulting from the replacement of the reduction ma- trix of the experimental model with that of the finite element model is added in the new iterative method. Comparisons be- tween the traditional iterative method and the proposed itera- tive method are shown by model updating examples of solar panels, and both of these two iterative methods combine the CMCF method and the succession-level approximate reduc- tion technique. Results show the effectiveness of the CMCF method and the proposed iterative method .

火把花根片治疗慢性肾病的效果

目的研究火把花根片治疗慢性肾病的效果及对患者尿蛋白、肝肾功能及血脂等的影响。方法采用回顾性队列研究对2022年6月—2023年4月于我院门诊诊治的100例慢性肾病患者的资料进行分析,根据患者是否使用火把花根片治疗分为对照组、观察组,每组50例,对照组仅行常规治疗,观察组加用火把花根片治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后24 h尿蛋白总量(urine protein quantitation,UTP)、肝肾功能指标[血清白蛋白(serum albumin,ALB)、谷丙转氨酶(glutamicpyruvic transaminase,GPT)、血肌酐(serum creatinine,Scr)、内生肌酐清除率(creatinine clearance,CCr)]、血脂指标[三酰甘油(triacylglycerol,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、高密度脂蛋白(high density lipoprotein,HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(low density lipoprotein,LDL-C)]、免疫功能指标[T淋巴细胞亚群(CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)值)],并比较2组疗效、不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组UTP水平[(1.22±0.21)g·24 h^(−1) vs.(2.36±0.31)g·24 h^(−1)]、Scr水平[(107.98±10.14)μmol·L^(−1)vs.(123.42±12.31)μmol·L^(−1)]降低,ALB水平[(46.98±5.64)g·L^(−1)vs.(43.62±3.41)g·L^(−1)]、CCr水平[(49.98±6.57)mL·min^(−1)vs.(42.13±4.35)mL·min^(−1)]升高,差异具有统计学意义(t=21.530、6.846、8.125、3.605、7.045,均P0.05)。治疗后,观察组TG[(1.43±0.21)mmol·L^(−1)vs.(2.00±0.25)mmol·L^(−1)]、TC[(4.72±0.35)mmol·L^(−1)vs.(5.08±0.40)mmol·L^(−1)]、LDL-C[(3.01±0.14)mmol·L^(−1)vs.(3.26±0.17)mmol·L^(−1)]低于对照组,HDL-C[(1.69±0.35)mmol·L^(−1)vs.(1.40±0.22)mmol·L^(−1)]高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=12.340、4.789、8.027、4.960,均P0.05)。结论火把花根片可降低慢性肾病患者的尿蛋白水平,提高免疫功能,改善血脂,促进患者肾功能恢复,且不会引起肝功能损伤,应用有效且安全。

Manganese nodules on the ocean bed become attractive mineral resources because of its huge commercial benefits. In the last decades, a set of hydraulic lifting system with pipeline has been developed to mining these particles. It is inevitable that lifting pipe will oscillate due to its operation and the motion properties of the solid in the two-phase flow will be changed because of the oscillating of pipe-line. The pressure gradient along the lifting pipeline was investigated with a series of experiments. At the same time, a new pressure drop prediction method on the basis of Lagrange simulation technique was worked out by use of an axial momentum balance and this method provides a way to predict the pressure loss of solid-liquid mixture. The results show that compared with the fixed pipe transportation, the pressure gradient of the oscillating pipe is greater than that of the fixed pipe because of the collision and unsteady friction between particles and the pipe wall due to the oscillating motion of the pipe. Moreover, it is found that the prediction results are in good agreement with those of the experiments.
