Experimental study of cavitation characteristics with and without aeration was conducted at the flow velocity 50m/s in the non-circulating type water tunnel in the Hydraulics Laboratory at zhejiang university of technology. Variations of pressure and cavitation number with air concentration, pressure waveforms as well as cavitation erosion level of concrete specimen with and without aeration were obtained. The effects of cavitation control by aeration were analyzed.

Thermodynamic calculation for main reactions happening in the process of fabricating hydroxyapatite（HA） composite coating by laser cladding using the mixture of the calcium carbonate （CaCO3） and calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate （CaHPO42H2O） is carried out to obtain a high content of HA in *** experiments are conducted to verify the thermodynamic analysis and find ways to optimize process *** indicates that HA can be obtained when the temperature is below 1500K,and the CaTiO3 is easier to form when the temperature exceeds 1300K.

Effects of Heavy Metals on Ammonification, Nitrification and Denitrification in Maize Rhizosphere

The ammonification, nitrification and denitrification in maize rhizosphere of alluvial soils were compared with those in the bulk soil after exposure to different kinds of heavy metals. The addition of cadmium at low levels (2 mg kg-1 and 5 mg kg-1) could stimulate the ammonification and nitrification in the soils, while inhibition influences were found at high levels of Cd addition (10 mg kg-1 and 20 mg kg-1). The relationship between microbial activity and cadmium concentration varied with the kind of microorganisms. The nitrifying bacteria were more sensitive to cadmium pollution than the ammonifying bacteria. When Cd(II), Cu(II) and Cr(VI) were compared at the same addition concentration of 20 mg kg-1 soil, Cd(II) was the most effective inhibitor of ammonification and denitrification among the three investigated heavy metals, and Cr(VI) had the most strong inhibitory influence on the nitrifying bacteria. The microbial activities in rhizosphere were higher than those in the bulk soil for most of the treatments. Cr(VI) proved to be the most effective in enhancing the microbial activities in rhizosphere, and this could be caused by the positive reduction of Cr(VI) to Cr(III) in rhizosphere, and the relatively sufficient existence of organic matter which intensified the adsorption of the metal. It seemed that the rhizosphere had some mitigation effect on heavy metal toxicity.

The cellulase activity and stability of EGX, a multi-functional cellulase previously purified from the mollusca Ampullaria crossean, was systematically studied under different pH. The pH induced con- formation and stability change of EGX have been investigated by using the intrinsic fluorescence, ANS fluorescence and CD spectrum. It has been found that the conformation and activity of this cellulase were strongly dependent on the pH. EGX was stable for both the enzyme activity and the conformation from pH 5.6 to pH 7.4. As shown by intrinsic and ANS fluorescence, no red shift of emission maximum occurred and a negligible intensity change was observed at pH 5.6–7.4. The activity of EGX remained about 80% in pH 5.6–7.4 and obviously decreased out of side the pH range. Urea-induced changes in EGX at pH 5.4 and pH 8.0 were measured by intrinsic fluorescence and CD spectrum. At pH 5.4, a significantly red shift of emission maximum occurred when the concentration of urea was 5 M compared to the concentration was 3 M at pH 8.0. The α-helix at pH 5.4 was 40.51% in the absence of urea and 31.04% in the presence of 4 M urea. At pH 8.0 the α-helix was 7.23% in the presence of 4 M urea. The data indicated that EGX was much susceptible to urea-induced unfolding at pH 8.0 and much stable at pH 5.4. The greater pH dependent stability of EGX may allow the enzyme to adequately catalyze the hydrolysis of cellulosic materials under natural or industrial extreme conditions.

The band structures of BSb and BxGa1-xSb alloys are studied using first-principles calculations in the generalized gradient approximation. By SQS-8 supercells to model a random alloy, the direct transition energy-gap (Γ15v- Γ1c) bowing of 3.0 eV is obtained for BxGa1-xSb alloys in x = 0-50%, in x = 0-11% the energy-gap is the band-gap and increases by 7 meV/%B with boron composition increasing; by SQS-16 supercells the bowing parameter is about 1.9 eV in x = 0-12.5%. The formation enthalpies of mixing, ΔH, are calculated for BxGa1-xAs and BxGa1-xSb alloys. A comparison of enthalpies indicates that BxGa1-xSb films with boron composition of 7% may be possible.

data processing technology is a key technology in ZIGBEE wireless sensor network system. Based on the current fact that ZIGBEE wireless sensor network is suffering from data excess and information shortage, this paper introduces the complex event processing technology, takes the angle from the nature of information and event processing, and researches on the data analysis method of ZIGBEE wireless sensor network system. It analyzes the hierarchical characteristic inherited in ZIGBEE wireless sensor network, proposes an event hierarchical processing model for information therein, then analyzes a large amount of data on different layers by complex event processing technology such as hierarchical viewing, event filter, event mapping, event relativity, and gets optimized analysis result. The application test of goods information management system in supermarket ZIGBEE wireless sensor network demonstrates that the proposed hierarchical information processing model is reasonable and data analysis method is effective, hence the future application can be well expected.
