Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS)is widely used for elemental ***,its application for monitoring and analyzing a laser machining process by examining the changes in spectral information warrants further *** this study,we investigate the effect of laser parameters on the spectra,variations in the time-resolved plasma emission spectra,and the relationship between the morphology of craters and plasma plume evolution during the femtosecond(fs)laser ablation of *** Boltzmann plot method and Stark’s broadening model are employed to estimate the temporal temperature and electron density of the plasma plume,revealing the process of plasma *** study aims to demonstrate the feasibility of LIBS for online monitoring of laser processing through experimental data and theoretical explanations.

The electrochemical behavior of Ti-6Al-4V with 1 mm and 16 mm thickness prepared by electron beam powder bed fusion(EB-PBF)was investigated in phosphate buffered *** results showed that EB-PBF Ti-6Al-4V with a larger component size was more resistant to corrosion compared to the smaller component,because of less acicularαʹphase content and moreβphase *** a non-equilibrium phase in the“high-energy state”,αʹphase has a greater susceptibility to corrode and reduces the corrosion resistance of the material,whileβphase improves corrosion resistance of titanium *** results show that the phase composition has a more significant effect on the corrosion performance than the grain size.

An efficient room-temperature self-powered,broadband(300 nm–1100 nm)photodetector based on a CuO–TiO_(2)/TiO_(2)/p-Si(100)heterostructure is *** CuO–TiO_(2)nanocomposites were grown in a two-zone horizontal tube furnace on a 40 nm TiO_(2)thin film deposited on a p-type Si(100)*** CuO–TiO_(2)/TiO_(2)/p-Si(100)devices exhibited excellent rectification characteristics under dark and individual photoillumination *** devices showed remarkable photo-response under broadband(300–1100 nm)light illumination at zero bias voltage,indicating the achievement of highly sensitive self-powered photodetectors at visible and near-infrared light *** maximum response of the devices is observed at 300 nm for an illumination power of 10 *** response and recovery times were calculated as 86 ms and 78 ms,***,under a small bias,the devices showed a prompt binary response by altering the current from positive to negative under illumination *** main reason behind this binary response is the low turn-on voltage and photovoltaic characteristics of the *** illumination conditions,the generation of photocurrent is due to the separation of photogenerated electron-hole pairs within the built-in electric field at the CuO–TiO_(2)/TiO_(2)*** characteristics make the CuO–TiO_(2)/TiO_(2)broadband photodetectors suitable for applications that require high response speeds and self-sufficient functionality.

目的针对目前45钢橡胶模具易粘污、寿命低,而氟树脂涂层模具成本高等问题,基于溶胶凝胶法制备防粘涂层,研究涂层的防粘性能和耐久性。方法以硅溶胶、甲基三乙氧基硅烷(MTES)、氟硅烷为主要原料,采用空气喷涂法在45钢模具试样表面制备溶胶凝胶涂层、氟硅烷改性溶胶凝胶涂层和氟硅烷表面处理涂层,通过硫化脱模试验,并利用扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪观察分析试样表面微观形貌和元素组成随硫化试验次数的变化,研究涂层对橡胶的防粘性和耐久性,探究橡胶在涂层表面的黏附过程。结果溶胶凝胶涂层由O、Si、C、Ti 4种元素组成,成膜性好,硫化脱模力约为20 N,与PTFE涂层相近,并具有较好的防橡胶粘污性能,相较45钢模具可多硫化约300次,模具连续使用寿命提高2~3倍。氟硅烷改性溶胶凝胶涂层增加了F元素,但其与基底结合力降低;而氟硅烷表面处理虽能降低表面能,减小脱模力,但在橡胶硫化过程中容易被粘掉,污染制品。橡胶污染物在模具表面的黏附积累与橡胶的流动有关。在橡胶流动较小的区域,橡胶污染物微观形貌呈现纹理状;而在流动区域,橡胶污染物初期为片状,随硫化次数增加逐渐增厚,随后沿流动方向产生裂纹,发展为块状。结论溶胶凝胶涂层具有较好的防粘性和耐久性,同时环境友好,成膜温度低、成本低、易清洗,在橡胶模具上具有广阔的应用前景。

目的:探究mitoNEET能否抑制铁死亡引起的棕色脂肪细胞线粒体代谢功能紊乱。方法:采用原代C57BL/6J小鼠棕色脂肪细胞构建体外模型,Western blot检测相关蛋白,试剂盒检测细胞中铁离子和ATP含量,荧光显微镜及流式细胞术检测线粒体膜电位和活性氧(ROS)水平。结果:与对照组相比,铁死亡诱导剂erastin处理组棕色脂肪细胞中铁死亡相关蛋白ACSL4表达增加了1.13倍,SLC7A11和GPX4表达分别减少了27.33%和25.33%(P<0.05);mitoNEET蛋白含量下降了42.14%(P<0.05)。试剂盒检测结果显示,erastin组细胞铁离子含量较对照组升高了1.80倍,但ATP含量下降了14.95%(P<0.05)。荧光显微镜及流式细胞术结果显示,erastin组细胞的线粒体膜电位分别下降了52.18%和61.31%(P<0.05),线粒体ROS含量增加了80.97%(P<0.05),线粒体能量代谢相关蛋白Nrf1、PGC-1α、MFN2和UCP1表达水平分别下降了20.98%、15.17%、15.03%和34.22%(P<0.05)。荧光显微镜及流式细胞术结果显示,与对照组相比,LV-mitoNEET组过表达mitoNEET促使erastin诱导的棕色脂肪细胞的线粒体膜电位分别增加17.61%和96.05%,线粒体ROS的生成减少了24.48%(P<0.05)。Western blot结果表明,mitoNEET慢病毒转染组棕色脂肪细胞中mitoNEET的含量增加了11.19倍(P<0.05),提示病毒转染成功;在erastin处理下,与对照组相比,LV-mitoNEET组棕色脂肪细胞中铁死亡相关蛋白ACSL4表达下降了37.95%,SLC7A11和GPX4表达分别增加了77.82%和66.30%(P<0.05);线粒体代谢相关蛋白MFN2、PGC-1α、Nrf1和UCP1的表达分别上调了79.06%、72.89%、40.14%和31.68%(P<0.05)。试剂盒检测结果显示,与对照组相比,LV-mitoNEET组细胞铁离子含量降低了43.50%,ATP含量增加了33.50%(P<0.05)。结论:mitoNEET过表达抑制铁死亡引起的棕色脂肪细胞线粒体代谢紊乱。

针对花朵授粉算法(FPA)在解决高维度问题时存在收敛速度慢和收敛精度低的问题,本文提出一种混合了多种策略的花朵授粉算法(MFPA).该算法通过使用自适应控制因子来动态地切换全局与局部搜索策略的使用;为了提高收敛速度和维持花粉种群多样性,提出一种基于多方信息的全局搜索策略;为了能探索到更充分的解空间,提出一种局部搜索策略;为提高算法的搜索解空间能力,引入特征选择策略降低问题复杂度.基于多种类型测试函数开展模拟实验,与多种优秀算法进行算法性能对比分析,实验结论:MFPA算法在收敛速度与精度方面有着更好的表现,适用于求解大规模复杂优化问题.

为实现聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)微通道智能化激光加工,采用CO_(2)激光器研究激光功率密度、扫描速度和扫描次数对PMMA微通道深度和宽度的影响。基于BP(back propagation)神经网络建立激光加工工艺参数的预测模型,采用实验数据进行网络训练,并通过粒子群优化算法进行寻优。结果表明,所建立的神经网络优化模型可以使PMMA微通道宽度加工误差控制在5%以内,深度加工误差控制在12%以内,具有良好的预测精度,将为智能化PMMA微通道激光加工参数选取提供依据。

A Fibonacci View on the Galois NFSR Used in Trivium

Trivium is an international standard of lightweight stream ciphers(ISO/IEC 29192-3:2012).In this paper,the Trivium-like NFSRs,a class of Galois NFSRs generalized from the Galois NFSR of Trivium,are studied from the perspective of Fibonacci *** is shown that an n-stage Trivium-like NFSR cannot be equivalent to an n-stage Fibonacci NFSR,which is proved by showing the existence of“collision initial states”.As an intermediate conclusion,a necessary and sufficient condition for a kind of linear degeneracy of a Trivium-like NFSR is obtained from the persepective of interleaved ***,the smallest stage number of a Fibonacci NFSR that can generate all the output sequences of an n-stage Trivium-like NFSR is shown to be greater than n-7 and this value is no less than 371=287+min{93,84,111}specifically for the 288-stage Galois NFSR used in *** results contradict the existence of a equivalent Fibonacci model of Trivium NFSR of small stage,which implies that Trivium algorithm possesses a fair degree of immunity against“structure attack”.
