BACKgROUND Yigong San(YgS)is a representative prescription for the treatment of digestive disorders,which has been used in clinic for more than 1000 ***,the mechanism of its anti-gastric cancer and regulate immunity are still remains *** To explore the mechanism of YgS anti-gastric cancer and immune *** Firstly,collect the active ingredients and targets of YgS,and the differentially expressed genes of gastric ***,constructed a protein-protein interaction network between the targets of drugs and diseases,and screened hub *** the clinical relevance,mutation and repair,tumor microenvironment and drug sensitivity of the hub gene were ***,molecular docking was used to verify the binding ability of YgS active ingredient and hub *** Firstly,obtained 55 common targets of gastric cancer and *** Kyoto Encyclopedia of genes and genomes screened the microtubule-associated protein kinase signaling axis as the key pathway and IL6,EgFR,MMP2,MMP9 and TgFB1 as the hub *** 5 hub genes were involved in gastric carcinogenesis,staging,typing and prognosis,and their mutations promote gastric cancer ***,molecular docking results confirmed that the components of YgS can effectively bind to therapeutic *** YgS has the effect of anti-gastric cancer and immune regulation.

浸没式电池冷却是将电池直接浸泡于冷却液中,相比常规间接式液冷、风冷和相变冷却,具有结构简单、降温迅速、均温性能好等优势。对目前浸没式电池冷却的相关技术进行了统计、归纳和总结,包括浸没液采选、冷却系统结构设计、热安全等,并结合上述工作对浸没式电池冷却系统的技术应用进行分析。结果表明:浸没式冷却可快速降低电池温度,能够有效提升电池组的温度均一性;但该技术对电池模组的密封性要求较高,漏液以及腐蚀等难题有待解决。

“双碳”目标下城市公交车全面推进电动化,公交光伏充电站面临并网点负载压力大、运营成本高的问题。提出公交光伏充电站储能优化配置方法。基于大量的调研数据分析公交充电负荷特性,构建公交光伏充电站典型运行场景;综合考虑充电站运营商利益、公共交通通勤需求以及并网点的容量限制,构建计及全生命周期成本的公交光伏充电站电池储能优化配置双层模型。以北京某在营公交充电站为算例,验证了所提配置方法的有效性,量化评估了光伏发电余量上网、公交车充电策略、电网电价及电池购置价格等因素对充电站配置储能运营经济性的影响。

n-Caproate,which is produced via chain elongation(CE)using waste biomass,can supply various fossilderived products,thus advancing the realization of carbon *** released from the degradation of nitrogen-rich waste biomass can act as a nutrient or an inhibitor in anaerobic bioprocesses,including CE,with the distinction being primarily dependent on its ***,the optimal concentration of ammonia and the threshold of toxicity for open-culture n-caproate production using ethanol as an electron donor,along with the underlying mechanisms,remain *** study revealed that the optimal concentration of ammonia for n-caproate production was 2.0 g∙L^(-1),whereas concentrations exceeding this threshold markedly suppressed the CE *** of the mechanism revealed the involvement of two forms of ammonia(i.e.,ammonium ions and free ammonia)in this inhibitory *** ammonia levels(5.0 g∙L^(-1))induced excessive ethanol oxidation and suppressed the reverse β-oxidation(RBO)process,directly leading to the enhanced activities of enzymes(phosphotransacetylase and acetate kinase)responsible for acetate formation and diminished activities of butyryl-coenzyme A(CoA):acetyl-CoA transferase,caproyl-CoA:butyryl-CoA transferase,and caproyl-CoA:acetyl-CoA transferase that are involved in the syntheses of n-butyrate and ***,the composition of the microbial community shifted from Paraclostridium dominance(at 0.1 g∙L^(-1)ammonia)to a co-dominance of Fermentimonas,Clostridium sensu stricto 12,and Clostridium sensu stricto 15 at 2.0 g∙L^(-1)***,these CE-functional bacteria were mostly absent in the presence of excessive ammonia(5.0 g∙L^(-1)ammonia).Metagenomic analysis revealed the upregulation of functions such as RBO,fatty acid synthesis,K^(+)efflux,adenosine triphosphatase(ATPase)metabolism,and metal cation export in the presence of 2.0 g∙L^(-1)ammonia,collectively contributing to enhanced n-caproate produc

本工作研究了添加微量Y元素对双辊铸轧6082铝合金微观组织及力学性能的影响。设计不同含Y量,使用双辊铸轧机制备6082铸轧板材,采用X射线衍射、金相显微观察、扫描电子显微分析等手段,研究了合金中Y对6082铝合金铸轧板组织及性能的影响。结果表明:Y元素有明显的细化效果,Y含量为0.35%(质量分数,下同)时,板材边部和心部平均晶粒尺寸达到最小,分别为30.9μm和25.7μm,且此时板材性能最好,抗拉强度、屈服强度和延伸率分别为200.5 MPa、129.9 MPa和14.9%。继续添加Y,组织中的杂质相和稀土化合物显著增加,材料的塑形大幅降低。经分析,Y元素偏聚于晶界,形成的Al_(3)Y、Y_(5)Si_(3)等化合物不仅可抑制晶界的迁移,起到一定的细化作用,还能改善晶界上粗大的共晶相,Y与合金中的Fe元素发生交互作用,使组织中脆性针状富铁相向颗粒状转变,改善合金的塑性。

A New Method for Monitoring Scattered Stray Light of an Inner-occulted Coronagraph

The scattered stray light of a coronagraph is a type of stray light that is generated by the objective lens as its surface defects are irradiated by *** defects mainly include dust and blemishes on the lens surface,microroughness of the lens surface,and impurity and inhomogeneity of the *** the other types of relatively stable defects introduced when the objective lens is being manufactured,the scattered stray light caused by dusts on the lens surface is difficult to quantify accurately due to the disorder and randomness of the dust *** contribution of this type of stray light to the overall stray light level is difficult to determine through simulations and *** can result in continuous deterioration of the stray light level of a coronagraph and thus affect the observation capabilities of the *** solve this issue,through analyzing the forming mechanism of scattered stray light and ghost image generated by the inner-occulted coronagraph,we propose a novel method to monitor the scattered stray light from dusts by utilizing different stray light correlation *** this method,we first simulate and measure the level of stray light from the ghost image of the objective lens,and then determine the flux ratio of scattered light and ghost image on the conjugate *** the flux ratio varies with the accumulation of dusts on the lens surface,it remains constant on the image ***,the level of dust scattering light on the image plane can be obtained by using this ratio together with the level of ghost image stray *** accuracy of this method has been validated in a laboratory by applying the objective lens with numerous surface cleanliness levels.

快速发展的电动汽车带来了巨量的退役动力电池,但其梯次利用场景缺乏科学的甄选方法。研究了梯次利用电池电网储能场景适用性评价方法。首先,从技术性能、经济性能和安全性能3个维度,构建了综合考虑电池运行状态、储能配置经济效益和梯次利用安全风险的梯次利用电池电网储能场景适用性评价指标体系。其次,采用多属性群决策方法优化设定评价维度权重,采用CRITIC法和熵权法形成组合赋权法对评价指标进行权重设置,设计了基于改进VIKOR算法的应用场景适用性评价算法。最后,针对峰谷套利、平抑可再生能源出力波动和调频辅助服务3种典型电网储能应用场景,量化计算了给定退役动力电池状态下电网储能应用场景的适用度。提出的梯次利用电池电网储能场景适用性评价方法可为给定状态的退役动力电池甄选出适用场景,为实际工程相关决策人员提供决策依据。

电催化是各种以化学品形式储存可再生电力能源技术的核心。目前,贵金属基催化剂广泛应用于提高电催化转化效率。然而,成本高、稳定性差等缺点严重阻碍了其在电合成和可持续能源器件中的大规模应用。碳基无金属催化剂(CMFCs)在提高催化性能方面展现出巨大潜力,且受到越来越多的关注。本文概述了用于电催化合成的CMFCs的最新研究进展,并讨论了其催化机理和设计策略。此外,简要总结了电催化合成过氧化氢、氨、氯以及各种碳基和氮基化合物的研究现状,并重点阐述了CMFCs目前面临的挑战和未来前景。
