Klebsiella pneumoniae(***)is an important pathogen that can cause severe hospital-and community-acquired *** systematically investigate its methylation features,we determined the whole-genome sequences of 14 *** strains covering varying serotypes,multilocus sequence types,clonal groups,viscosity/virulence,and drug *** methylomes were further characterized using Pacific Biosciences single-molecule real-time and bisulfite *** identified 15 methylation motifs[13 N6-methyladenine(6mA)and two 5-methylcytosine(5mC)motifs],among which eight were *** corresponding DNA methyltransferases were also ***,we analyzed the genomic distribution of GATC and CCWGG methylation motifs shared by all strains,and identified differential distribution patterns of some hemi-/un-methylated GATC motifs,which tend to be located within intergenic regions(IGRs).Specifically,we characterized the in vivo methylation kinetics at single-base resolution on a genome-wide scale by simulating the dynamic processes of replication-mediated passive demethylation and MTase-catalyzed *** slow methylation of the GATC motifs in the replication origin(oriC)regions and IGRs implicates the epigenetic regulation of replication initiation and *** findings illustrate the first comprehensive dynamic methylome map of *** at single-base resolution,and provide a useful reference to better understand epigenetic regulation in this and other bacterial species.

Skin,the largest organ in the human body,is sensitive to external *** recent years,an increasing number of skin-inspired electronics,including wearable electronics,implantable electronics,and electronic skin,have been developed because of their broad applications in healthcare and *** sensors are one of the key building blocks of skin-inspired *** physical sensors include mechanical sensors,temperature sensors,humidity sensors,electrophysiological sensors,and so *** this review,we systematically review the latest advances of skin-inspired mechanical sensors,temperature sensors,and humidity *** working mechanisms,key materials,device structures,and performance of various physical sensors are summarized and discussed in *** applications in health monitoring,human disease diagnosis and treatment,and intelligent robots are *** addition,several novel properties of skin-inspired physical sensors such as versatility,self-healability,and implantability are ***,the existing challenges and future perspectives of physical sensors for practical applications are discussed and proposed.

以贵安新区为例,将水环境安全格局与大气环境安全格局纳入城市综合生态安全格局的评价框架;将GIS空间分析技术、Arc SWAT模型、WRF-Chem空气质量模型等进行耦合,对水环境、大气环境、石漠化、生物多样性、自然人文环境以及基本农田等在内的6项生态安全格局因子进行分析;将贵安新区生态安全格局划分为底线、满意和理想3个不同等级,并在此基础上对贵安新区城市扩展方案进行模拟.结果表明,贵安新区底线级生态安全格局面积为215.6km^2,满意级生态安全格局面积为473.9km^2,理想级生态安全格局面积为828.4km^2,分别占贵安新区总面积的11.3%,24.9%和43.6%.生态宜居的城市建设用地面积为179.8km^2,生态经济均衡发展模式下城市建设用地面积为708.9km^2,经济优先发展模式下城市建设用地面积为1288.9km^2,分别占贵安新区总面积的9.5%,37.3%和67.8%.综合生态安全格局的划定可作为一种有力的空间管控手段,以实现城市生态环境保护与宜居城镇的和谐发展.

Objective This study aimed to investigate the regulation of histone-like nucleoid structuring protein(H-NS)on biofilm formation and cyclic diguanylate(c-di-GMP)synthesis in Vibrio parahaemolyticus *** Regulatory mechanisms were analyzed by the combined utilization of crystal violet staining,quantification of c-di-GMP,quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction,LacZ fusion,and electrophoretic-mobility shift *** The deletion of hns enhanced the biofilm formation and intracellular c-di-GMP levels in *** RIMD2210633.H-NS can bind the upstream promoter-proximal DNA regions of scrA,scrG,VP0117,VPA0198,VPA1176,VP0699,and VP2979 to repress their *** genes encode a group of proteins with GGDEF and/or EAL domains associated with c-di-GMP *** One of the mechanisms by which H-NS represses the biofilm formation by *** RIMD2210633 may be via repression of the production of intracellular c-di-GMP.

聚合物纳米复合介质的击穿强度与纳米填充颗粒的质量分数、粒径和表面处理密切相关。以不同表面处理的纳米SiO2颗粒为填料，制备了不同填充质量分数、粒径的纳米SiO2／低密度聚乙烯（low density polyethylene,LDPE）复合介质，测试了其在交流、直流正极性和直流负极性3种不同类型电场下的击穿场强。结果表明：在所研究范围内，填充纳米SiO2颗粒可以提高低密度聚乙烯的击穿场强，并且随着填充质量分数的增加，复合介质的击穿场强有升高的趋势。纳米颗粒填充质量分数相同时，在12～16am粒径下，复合介质的击穿场强有随纳米SiO2粒径的升高而降低的趋势；在7nm小粒径下，可能由于纳米颗粒容易团聚，导致击穿场强较粒径大时要低。另外，纳米SiO2颗粒表面经疏水性处理后，能够有效提高复合介质的击穿场强。

Photodynamic therapy(PDT)has emerged as a significant cancer therapy ***,cation-based organic small molecule aggregation-induced emission(AIE)photosensitizers(PSs)attract the wide atten-tion of many scientists,due to improved reactive oxygen species(ROS)production after ***,such PSs tend to localize only the mitochondria,limiting the death way of tumor cells(usu-ally apoptosis)during PDT process,which may affect the therapeutic effect under some ***,we designed a novel water-soluble three positive charge PS,TPAN-18F,which could be distributed uniformly in cell cytoplasm and had distribution in different sub-organelles(mitochondria,endoplasmic reticulum,lysosome).The experimental results showed that TPAN-18F-based PDT process can not only disrupt mitochondrial functions(reducing ATP production and destroying mitochondrial membrane po-tential),but also elevate the intracellular lipid peroxides(LPOs)level,which evoke the non-apoptotic death manner of tumor ***,in vivo studies showed that TPAN-18F-based PDT could effectively inhibit tumor ***,we believe that the construction of TPAN-18F is suggestive for tumor non-apoptotic therapy.

Water table configuration gives rise to hierarchically nested groundwater flow ***,there remains a lack of comprehensive understanding regarding the controlling factors of water table and its impact on flow ***,it remains challenging to identify characteristics of water table space variation through limited groundwater observations at the regional *** on two ideal two-dimensional cross-section analytical models,this study presents a simplified approach to preliminarily assess the nonlinear interactions between water table variation and three driving factors:Topography,geol-ogy and *** criteria,C1 and C2,are utilized to address issues at different scales ranging from basin to local:(i)the influence of various factors on water table configuration;and(ii)the influence of water table on groundwater flow ***,the Ordos Plateau is taken as an example to explore the role of the water table in nested groundwater systems using the provided approach and *** applica-tion of this approach in the Ordos Plateau demonstrates its appropriateness as a practical method for prelim-inarily determining the characteristics of water table configuration and its impact on flow *** study explores the mechanism influencing spatial variation in the water table and improves understanding of the interaction between topography,geology,and climate on groundwater flow patterns.
