Delayed and nonhealing of diabetic wounds imposes substantial economic burdens and physical pain on patients.Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)promote diabetic wound healing.Particularly when MSCs aggregate into multicellular spheroids,their therapeutic effect is enhanced.However,traditional culture platforms are inadequate for the efficient preparation and delivery of MSC spheroids,resulting in inefficiencies and inconveniences in MSC spheroid therapy.In this study,a three-dimensional porous nanofibrous dressing(NFD)is prepared using a combination of electrospinning and homogeneous freeze-drying.Using thermal crosslinking,the NFD not only achieves satisfactory elasticity but also maintains notable cytocompatibility.Through the design of its structure and chemical composition,the NFD allows MSCs to spontaneously form MSC spheroids with controllable sizes,serving as MSC spheroid delivery systems for diabetic wound sites.Most importantly,MSC spheroids cultured on the NFD exhibit improved secretion of vascular endothelial growth factor,basic fibroblast growth factor,and hepatocyte growth factor,thereby accelerating diabetic wound healing.The NFD provides a competitive strategy for MSC spheroid formation and delivery to promote diabetic wound healing.

Unconventional fermions in the immensely studied topological semimetals are the source for rich exotic topological properties.Here,using symmetry analysis and first-principles calculations,we propose the coexistence of multiple topological nodal structure in LaSb_(2),including topological nodal surfaces,nodal lines and in particular eightfold degenerate nodal points,which have been scarcely observed in a single material.Further,utilizing angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy,we confirm the existence of nodal surfaces and eightfold degenerate nodal points in LaSb_(2).The intriguing multiple topological nodal structure might play a crucial role in giving rise to the large linear magnetoresistance.Our work renews the insights into the exotic topological phenomena in LaSb_(2).

Two-dimensional materials represent a major frontier for research into exotic many-body quantum phenomena. In the extreme two-dimensional limit, electron-electron interaction often dominates over other electronic energy scales, leading to strongly correlated effects such as quantum spin liquid and unconventional superconductivity.The dominance is conventionally attributed to the lack of electron screening in the third dimension. Here, we discover an intriguing metal to Mott insulator transition in 1T-TaSe2that defies conventional wisdom. Specifically, we find that dimensionality crossover, instead of reduced screening, drives the transition in atomically thin 1T-TaSe2. A dispersive band crossing the Fermi level is found to be responsible for the bulk metallicity in the material. Reducing the dimensionality,however, effectively quenches the kinetic energy of these initially itinerant electrons, and drives the material into a Mott insulating state.The dimensionality-driven metal to Mott insulator transition resolves the long-standing dichotomy between metallic bulk and insulating surface of 1T-TaSe2. Our work further reveals a new pathway for modulating two-dimensional materials that enables exploring strongly correlated systems across uncharted parameter space.

Comparison of the Development Model of DTP Pharmacy between China and the United States and Its Enlightenment

Objective To systematically analyze the development status of DTP pharmacy in the United States and China,and to find out the problems in China’s DTP pharmacy and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.Methods Relevant literature was searched and reviewed to study the history,market scale and development trend of DTP pharmacy in the United States and China.Then,the problems in China’s DTP pharmacy were found out.Results and Conclusion DTP pharmacy model in the U.S.has taken shape and is maturing.The high degree of industry concentration is an important feature of the U.S.pharmacy.In contrast,China’s DTP pharmacy started late,and the industry pattern has not yet been finalized.There are still some problems in the DTP pharmacy certification and quality management.It is recommended to promote the rapid development of DTP pharmacies in China by encouraging the outflow of prescription drugs,establishing a third-party pharmacy accreditation organization and strengthening the team of licensed pharmacists and other personnel.

While rich chemistry of phospholyl anions is discovered,phosphafluorenyl anions are only proposed as the critical intermediates for the synthesis of phosphafluorenes.In this article,we reported the direct synthesis of phosphafluorenyl lithiums from white phosphorus(P_(4))through direct P-C bond formation.The reaction between P4 and biphenyl dilithio reagents efficiently afforded phosphafluorenyl lithiums,which were further used to synthesize different kinds of organophosphorus compounds.The aggregation states of phosphafluorenyl lithiums were investigated for the first time.Mechanistic studies by DFT calculations revealed a cooperative nucleophilic attack of two C−Li bonds on P_(4)molecule.

Coastline changes and tidal current responses due to the large-scale reclamations in the Bohai Bay

China’s Bohai Bay has experienced large-scale land reclamation since 2000.These reclamation projects create a nearshore ecological imbalance and shift sediment transport by changing the tidal current.However,these tidal current changes are not comprehensively understood.In this paper,the coastline changes in Bohai Bay due to reclamation are investigated and the responses of the tidal current are calculated through numerical methods.The results show that the coastline length of the bay increases by more than 500 km from 2000 to 2015 with the largest reclamation rate of 150.9 km^(2)/a.Consequently,the current velocity changes with an uneven distribution near the reclamation due to construction masking and dike protrusion.The tidal symmetry also changes in most nearshore areas,with opposite variations in the current velocity at peak flood and ebb tide.In addition,the tide direction deflects to bypass the reclamation and is usually consistent with the coastline.Harmonic analysis of the dominant M2 tidal constituent shows that the range of the reciprocating current is widely extended.The total influence of the reclamation can reach the-8-m isobaths in Bohai Bay.Changes in the tidal current are the main causes of water environment deterioration.Therefore,the arrangement and structural optimization of reclamation projects should be considered in the future.

Game Analysis of Regulation for Online Prescription Drugs under Customer Feedback Mechanism

Objective To study the way to better regulate the online sales of prescription drugs,and to provide reference for the adjustment of relevant policies since the online sales of prescription drugs has become an inevitable trend.Methods A game model was constructed for the strategy choice of pharmaceutical e-commerce platform,customers and government departments based on differential game theory and Nash equilibrium game model to analyze the pure strategy Nash equilibrium,Nash equilibrium dominant strategy of each subject and the mixed strategy Nash equilibrium under different conditions.Besides,Matlab was used to carry out simulation analysis.Results and Conclusion The study shows that:(1)Improving the credibility of the government and reducing the cost of government regulation can not only make the pharmaceutical e-commerce platform operate with high quality,but also give greater play to government functions;(2)The greater the influence of social evaluation on pharmaceutical e-commerce platforms,the lower the cost of high-quality operation of pharmaceutical e-commerce platform,and the greater the probability of customer choosing real evaluation strategy;(3)The greater the customers’perception of potential risk,the greater the compensation,and the lower the cost of reporting.Then,the greater the probability that government departments will choose strict regulation.Finally,the model solution and simulation analysis are combined to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the safety regulation of online sales of prescription drugs.

Objective To discuss how to use social media data for post-marketing drug safety monitoring in China as soon as possible by systematically combing the text mining applications,and to provide new ideas and methods for pharmacovigilance.Methods Relevant domestic and foreign literature was used to explore text classification based on machine learning,text mining based on deep learning(neural networks)and adverse drug reaction(ADR)terminology.Results and Conclusion Text classification based on traditional machine learning mainly include support vector machine(SVM)algorithm,naive Bayesian(NB)classifier,decision tree,hidden Markov model(HMM)and bidirectional en-coder representations from transformers(BERT).The main neural network text mining based on deep learning are convolution neural network(CNN),recurrent neural network(RNN)and long short-term memory(LSTM).ADR terminology standardization tools mainly include“Medical Dictionary for Regulatory Activities”(MedDRA),“WHODrug”and“Systematized Nomenclature of Medicine-Clinical Terms”(SNOMED CT).

Background:Immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)are increasingly used as first-line therapy for patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)harboring no actionable mutations;however,data on their efficacy among patients presenting with intracranial lesions are limited.This study aimed to explore the efficacy and safety of ICIs combined with chemotherapy in advanced NSCLC patients with measurable brain metastasis at initial diagnosis.Methods:Our study retrospectively analyzed clinical data of a total of 211 patients diagnosed with driver gene mutation-negative advanced NSCLC with measurable,asymptomatic brain metastasis at baseline from Hunan Cancer Hospital between January 1,2019 and September 30,2021.The patients were stratified into two groups according to the first-line treatment regimen received:ICI combined with chemotherapy(n=102)or chemotherapy(n=109).Systemic and intracranial objective response rates(ORRs)and progression-free survival(PFS)were analyzed.Adverse events were also compared between the groups.Results:Compared with the chemotherapy-based regimen,the ICI-containing regimen was associated with a significantly higher intracranial(44.1%[45/102]vs.28.4%[31/109],χ^(2)=5.620,P=0.013)and systemic(49.0%[50/102]vs.33.9%[37/109],χ^(2)=4.942,P=0.019)ORRs and longer intracranial(11.0 months vs.7.0 months,P<0.001)and systemic(9.0 months vs.5.0 months,P<0.001)PFS.Multivariable analysis consistently revealed an independent association between receiving ICI plus platinum-based chemotherapy as a first-line regimen and prolonged intracranial PFS(hazard ratio[HR]=0.52,95%confidence interval[CI]:0.37-0.73,P<0.001)and systemic PFS(HR=0.48,95%CI:0.35-0.66,P<0.001).No unexpected serious adverse effects were observed.Conclusion:Our study provides real-world clinical evidence that ICI combined with chemotherapy is a promising first-line treatment option for driver gene mutation-negative advanced NSCLC patients who present with brain metastasis at initial diagnosis.Clinical trial registration:https://www.clinica
