The shrink fit retaining ring is currently the easiest to install and the most widely used end fixed for structure AC excitation variable speed generator-motor rotor end windings.However,the current research on the effect of high strength sealing on the ventilation and heat dissipation performance of the end is not enough.In this paper,based on the actual structural parameters and periodic symmetry simplification,the three-dimensional coupled calculation model of fluid field and temperature field is established.After solving the fluid and thermal equations,the influence of the length of rotor support block,the height of rotor support block,and the number of rotor support block on the fluid flow and temperature distribution in the rotor end region of generator-motor is studied using the finite volume method.The rheological characteristics of the air in the rotor domain,such as velocity and inter-winding flow,are analyzed.The law of temperature variation with local structure in the computational domain is studied.The variation law of cooling medium performance inside the large variable speed power generator motor is revealed.

Cenozoic tectonic evolution in the Tethyan region has greatly changed the landforms and environment of Eurasia,driving the evolution of animals and greatly affecting the diversity patterns of Eurasian animals.By combining the latest Tethyan paleogeographic models and some recently published Eurasian zoological studies,we systematically summarize how tectonic evolution in the Tethyan region has influenced the evolution and diversity patterns of Eurasian animals.The convergence of continental plates,closure of Tethys Sea,and Tethyan sea-level changes have directly affected the composition and spatial distribution of Eurasian animal diversity.The topographic and environmental changes caused by Tethyan tectonics have determined regional animal diversity in Eurasia by influencing animal origin,dispersal,preservation,diversification,and extinction.The ecological transformations resulted in the emergence of new habitats and niches,which promoted animal adaptive evolution,specialization,speciation,and expansion.We highlight that the Cenozoic tectonic evolution of the Tethyan region has been responsible for much of the alteration in Eurasian animal distribution and has been an essential force in shaping organic evolution.Furthermore,we generalize a general pattern that Tethyan geological events are linked with Eurasian animal evolution and diversity dynamics.

2019年6月3日-6日,德国“被动房”理论奠基人沃尔夫冈·费斯特(WolfgangFeist)教授受沈阳建筑大学邀请,到访中德节能示范中心,参加了“装配式超低能耗建筑国际学术交流会”。活动期间,来自沈阳建筑大学等高校的师生、中国建筑东北设计研究院有限公司等设计科研机构的建筑师与工程师、部分建筑节能产品企业技术人员,认真聆听了费斯特教授的讲座。授课期间,教授回溯了“被动房”技术所涉及的建筑物理基本原理知识,针对建筑气密性查控、外窗玻璃与窗框型材保温性能分析、避免建筑热桥的方法、建筑通风系统的优点、通风系统设计,以及根据ISO13760标准的建筑热平衡问题、建筑采暖负荷解决方案、制冷技术应用、“被动房”在不同气候区设计中的差异等主题进行了逐一解析,并与参会人员进行交流。费斯特教授治学严谨,讲座内容深入浅出,同时对于现今全球气候变化等环境问题提出了自己的看法。他多次强调建筑项目实现节能环保目标的关键点在于建筑师的责任意识,以建筑师为主导的绿色设计很重要,在方案及初步设计阶段应尽量做好整体规划。建筑师和工程师们应在工程建造施工过程中充分利用所学,亲临现场,观察问题、发现问题、及时解决问题,这样对于建筑后期运行维护过程中的能耗控制、舒适度等问题的解决将事半功倍。6月6日下午,费斯特教授在参观了辽沈地区某超低能耗示范项目后,对负责项目研发的沈阳建筑大学中德节能示范中心夏晓东老师等项目组工作人员给予了肯定和鼓励,并提出了一些建议。随后,费斯特教授接受了《建筑节能》杂志社的专访。(费斯特教授接受专访后,在回德飞行途中对访谈口述实录文件进行了修改完善,并重新向编辑部确认了专访内容。访谈流程、记录整理、后期翻译由《建筑节能》杂志社侯恩哲完成。)芒种的稻田里闻得见蛙鸣,寻不见蛙……费斯特教授说德国的“被动房”概念起点源自中国,30年来一直强调的节能技术核心理念基本没有改变……

Due to its excellent insulation and mechanical properties,cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE)is widely used as the insulation candidate of power cables in power transmission and distribution systems.However,its performance can be affected due to various stresses,which endangers safe operation of the power system in service.In this paper,dielectric and insulation properties of XLPE materials of 110 kV cables with the service lives of 0,15,and 30 years were tested and evaluated.Results show that with increase of service life,dielectric loss caused by the polarization process increases significantly,and dielectric strength decreases as well.Power frequency breakdown field strength and crystallinity decrease significantly,and carbonyl index increases.The degradation process of XLPE can be divided into two stages:the structure of the crystalline region of the original sample is relatively complete,and loss can be almost ignored.After long-term service,the crystallization region is destroyed,and thermal oxygen reaction occurs.Intermolecular force is weakened,which makes breakdown easier to occur.However,there is no direct relation between the carbonyl index and macroscopic characteristics.This paper reveals the deterioration law of the XLPE cable insulation,which provides a theoretical basis for evaluating cable aging condition and is of great significance to improve cable operation safety and maintenance quality.

Recently,llana Gabanyi and colleagues published an article in Science,1identifying a microbial sensing mechanism that regulates feeding behavior and host metabolism.In their study,a sex-and age-dependent gut-brain cross-talk is revealed.Their study confrmed that hypothalamic neurons can directly sense the structural components of the gut bacterial microbiota and regulate feeding and nesting behavior,affecting food intake and body temperature.

The Yarlung Tsangpo,the longest river in the southern Tibetan Plateau(TP),has attracted much research attention aimed at understanding the factors controlling its modern hydrology and possible future discharge in the context of ongoing climate change.However,partly due to the complex regional climatic background,no consistent conclusions have been reached,especially for its upper reaches.Paleohydrological reconstructions of the source region of the Yarlung Tsangpo can potentially improve our understanding of the history of humidity and its response to climatic variability.In this study,we used a 97 cm gravity core from Gongzhu Co to reconstruct the hydrology change during the late Holocene.The core was dated using AMS ^(14)C and Pb/Cs methods,and we used measurements of element contents(determined by high-resolution XRF scanning),grain size,IC/TOC,and magnetic susceptibility to reconstruct hydroclimatic changes in the source of the Yarlung Tsangpo watershed since~4000 yr ago.Combined with a modern meteorological data set,we found that PC1 of the XRF data,the Ca/(Fe+Ti)ratio,and EM1 of the grain size data were indicative of changes in humidity.Our records demonstrate a wet interval during~4-1.7 ka BP(ka=1000 yr,BP represents years before 1950 AD),followed by a dry period during since~1 ka BP.Comparison with independent regional paleoclimatic records revealed shifts in the dominant factors controlling humidity.The wet interval during~4-1.7 ka BP was coeval with a strengthened Westerlies,implying a dominant moisture supply from northern high latitudes.However,the extremely low values of Ca/(Fe+Ti)ratio during~4-2.5 ka BP indicate potential glacial freshwater source,which is corroborated by the concurrent high magnetic susceptibility values and increased grain size.The rapid drying trend during~1.7-1 ka BP suggests a switch in moisture supply from the Westerlies to the Indian Summer Monsoon(ISM).We attribute the drought conditions after~1 ka BP to a weakened ISM,although a Westerlies influence and the potential effec

Populus alba is a foundation species in evolutionary and ecological studies in the northern hemisphere.In this study,the chloroplast genome and gene map of P.alba were constructed.The P.alba chloroplast genome is 156,505 bp in length comprising a large single-copy region,two inverted repeat regions and a small single-copy region.The genome contains 131 genes,including 86 protein-coding genes(77 PCG species),eight ribosomal RNA genes(four rRNA species)and 37 transfer RNA genes(30 tRNA species).Phylogenetic analysis indicates that all Populus chloroplast genome sequences are clustered together and divided into three large branches.Among reported Populus chloroplast genomes,the leuce section formed monophyletic,indicating that all Populus spp.have a common maternal ancestor.P.rotundifolia and P.tremula are closely related and are sisters to P.davidiana.P.alba is closely related to P.adenopoda.Population genetic research in ecology and evolution may be easily developed through chloroplast genomes as they are conserved.This research will benefit future studies related to Populus,one of the world’s most ecologically and economically important genera.

We present a quantitative mean annual air temperature(MAAT)record spanning the past 4700 years based on the analysis of branched glycerol dialkyl glycerol tetraethers(brGDGTs)from a sediment core from Xiada Co,an alpine lake on the western Tibetan Plateau(TP).The record indicates a relatively stable and warm MAAT until 2200 cal yr BP;subsequently,the MAAT decreased by~4.4℃ at~2100 cal yr BP and maintained a cooling trend until the present day,with centennial-scale oscillations centered at~800 cal yr BP,~600 cal yr BP,and~190-170 cal yr BP.MAAT decreased abruptly at~500-300 cal yr BP and reached its minimum for the past 4700 years.We assessed the representativeness of our record by comparing it with 15 published paleotemperature records from the TP spanning the past~5000 years.The results show divergent temperature variations,including a gradual cooling trend,a warming trend,and no clear trend.We suggest that these discrepancies could be caused by factors such as the seasonality of the temperature proxies,the length of the freezing season of the lakes,the choice of proxy-temperature calibrations,and chronological errors.Our results highlight the need for more high-quality paleotemperature reconstructions with unambiguous climatic significance,clear seasonality,site-specific calibration,and robust dating,to better understand the processes,trends,and mechanisms of Holocene temperature changes on the TP.

With the development of cloud computing technology, data can be outsourced to the cloud and conveniently shared among users. However, in many circumstances, users may have concerns about the reliability and integrity of their data. It is crucial to provide data sharing services that satisfy these security requirements. We introduce a reliable and secure data sharing scheme, using the threshold secret sharing technique and the ChaumPedersen zero-knowledge proof. The proposed scheme is not only effective and flexible, but also able to achieve the semantic security property. Moreover, our scheme is capable of ensuring accountability of users’ decryption keys as well as cheater identification if some users behave dishonestly. The efficiency analysis shows that the proposed scheme has a better performance in terms of computational cost, compared with the related work. It is particularly suitable for application to protect users’ medical insurance data over the cloud.

Erythrocytes(red blood cells, RBCs) are the most abundant circulating cells in the blood and have been widely used in drug delivery systems(DDS) because of their features of biocompatibility,biodegradability, and long circulating half-life. Accordingly, a 'camouflage' comprised of erythrocyte membranes renders nanoparticles as a platform that combines the advantages of native erythrocyte membranes with those of nanomaterials. Following injection into the blood of animal models, the coated nanoparticles imitate RBCs and interact with the surroundings to achieve long-term circulation. In this review, the biomimetic platform of erythrocyte membrane-coated nano-cores is described with regard to various aspects, with particular focus placed on the coating mechanism, preparation methods, verification methods, and the latest anti-tumor applications. Finally, further functional modifications of the erythrocyte membranes and attempts to fuse the surface properties of multiple cell membranes are discussed,providing a foundation to stimulate extensive research into multifunctional nano-biomimetic systems.
