This paper aims to analyze the safety of overactuated electric vehicle through variable curvature *** combined with previous general curve accident statistics,three kinds speed control targets can be presented,which is anti-skid,anti-roll and a longitudinal safety distance,to complete vehicle longitudinal dynamics ***,combining with the lane keeping system,fitting expectation path by the B-spline function and using the model predictive control system,which vehicle front-wheel’s angle can be achieved real-time correction,to complete vehicle lateral dynamics *** a combination of different curvatures curve,control simulation is conducted on vehicle dynamics model,and the feasibility of proposed methods is finally evaluated in Matlab/Simulink and ***,this paper will provide useful data as an accumulation of dynamic response a basis of further refinements in torque distribution control.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitors(SGLT2i)on cardiovascular outcomes in elderly Chinese patients with comorbid coronary heart disease(CHD)and type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).METHODS A retrospective cohort study was conducted on 501 elderly inpatients(≥60 years)with comorbid CHD/T2DM in Department of Cardiovascular Medicine and Endocrinology,Chinese PLA General Hospital from January 2018 to December *** patients were divided into two groups according to the administration of *** the demographic characteristics and clinical data were *** outcomes,including all-cause mortality,major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE),and hospitalization for heart failure(HHF),were followed *** In the cohort,there were 167 patients in the SGLT2i group and 334 patients in the control *** the efficacy analyses,the incidence of MACE was lower in the SGLT2i group than in the control group:3.6%vs.9.3%(P=0.022).A lower risk of MACE was observed in the SGLT2i group[hazard ratio(HR)=0.40,95%CI:0.17-0.95].There was no significant difference in the incidence of all-cause mortality or HHF between the two *** significant difference of HR was observed for all-cause mortality(HR=0.41,95%CI:0.12-1.41)or HHF(HR=0.58,95%CI:0.12-2.81).CONCLUSIONS SGLT2i treatment exhibited benefits for elderly patients with comorbid CHD/T2DM with a lower risk for MACE.

Modern cultivated caladiums(Caladium×hortulanum)are grown for their long-lasting and colorful *** the mode of inheritance for caladium leaf characteristics is critical for plant breeders to select appropriate parents,predict progeny performance,estimate breeding population sizes needed,and increase breeding *** study was conducted to determine the mode of inheritance of two leaf background colors(lemon and green)in caladium and to understand their relationships with four other important leaf characteristics including leaf shape,main vein color,spotting,and *** caladium cultivars and three breeding lines were used as parents in 19 crosses,and their progeny were phenotyped for segregation of leaf *** showed that the two leaf background colors are controlled by a single nuclear locus,with two alleles,LEM and lem,which control the dominant lemon and the recessive green leaf background color,*** lemon-colored cultivar‘Miss Muffet’and breeding lines UF-52 and UF-53 have a heterozygous genotype ***-square tests showed that the leaf background color locus LEM is independent from the leaf shape locus F,but is tightly linked to three loci(S,V and RLF)controlling leaf spotting,main vein color,and rugosity in caladium.A linkage map that consists of four loci controlling major caladium leaf characteristics and extends~15 cM was developed based on the observed recombination *** is the first report on the mode of inheritance of leaf background colors in caladium and in the Araceae *** information gained in this study will be very useful for caladium breeding and study of the inheritance of leaf colors in other ornamental aroids,an important group of ornamental plants in the world.

Power allocation plays a crucial role in wireless communications. To facilitate the efficient allocation of limited transmit power, in this paper, a bit error rate (BER) constraint based power allocation scheme is proposed for the downlink of multi-carrier code division multiple access (MC-CDMA) systems with linear minimum mean square error (MMSE) receiver. According to the instantaneous path gains, the proposed scheme can determine the required minimum transmit power on each channel to meet the BER constraint. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme can consistently provide high-quality solutions with a very few iteration time, and also prove that it is efficient in reducing the transmit power while meeting BER constraint, and thereby improves the system performance.

Pleiotropic drug resistance （PDR） transporters belonging to the ABCG subfamily of ATP-binding cassette （ABC） transporters are identified only in fungi and plants. Members of this family are expressed in plants in response to various biotic and abiotic stresses and transport a diverse array of moleculesacross membranes, Although their detailed transport mechanism is largely unknown, they play important roles in detoxification processes, preventing water loss, transport of phytohormones, and secondary metabolites. This review provides insights into transport mechanisms of plant PDR transporters, their expression profiles, and multitude functions in plants.

As we have a deeper and more thorough understanding of the biological behavior of pancreatic head cancer, surgical treatment concepts of this lethal disease are changing all the time. Meanwhile, numerous arguments emerge. Thus, we will probe into the focuses and arguments in the surgical treatment of pancreatic head cancer in this article, including the scope of lymphadenectomy, total mesopancreas excision（TMp E）, vascular resection, minimally invasive pancreaticoduodenectomy（PD）, palliative resection, surgery for recurrent disease and surgery for primary pancreatic cancer and liver metastasis.

Pancreatic head cancer still represents an insurmountable barrier for patients and pancreatic ***(PD)continues to be the operative standard of care and potentially curative procedure for pancreatic head *** the rapid development of minimally invasive techniques,whether the efficacy of minimally invasive pancreaticoduodenectomy(MIPD)is noninferior or superior to open pancreaticoduodenectomy(OPD)remains *** this review,we summarized the history of OPD and MIPD and the latest staging and classification information for pancreatic head cancer as well as the proposed recommendations for MIPD indications for patients with pancreatic head *** reviewing the ***-related literature,we found that MIPD shows noninferiority or superiority to OPD in terms of safety,feasibility,enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)and several short-term and long-term *** addition,we analyzed and summarized the different MIPD outcomes in the USA,Europe and *** debates over MIPD have continued,however,selection bias,the large number of low-volume centers,the steep MIPD learning curve,high conversion rate and administration of neoadjuvant therapy may limit the application of MIPD for pancreatic head cancer.
