Schwertmannite(Sh), a poorly crystalline iron(hydr)oxide that usually appears in acid mine drainage, plays a significant role in the immobilization of As(V). In this study, the effects of UV irradiation and oxalate on the dissolution of Sh with structurally incorporated As(V) [Sh-As(V)] and the subsequent mobilization of As(V) were investigated at pH 3.0. In the dark, more total dissolved Fe was produced(the maximum value was 33.2 mg/L) in the suspensions of Sh-As(V) with oxalate than in those without oxalate. UV irradiation slightly enhanced the mobilization of As(V) for the system of Sh-As(V)-1 and Sh-As(V)-2 in the absence of oxalate compared with that in the dark. However, in the presence of oxalate, UV irradiation caused the concentration of mobilized As(V) to decline by 630-875% compared with that in the dark. This study enhanced our understanding of the mobilization of As(V) and demonstrated that UV irradiation could contribute to the immobilization of As(V) on Sh in aqueous environments containing oxalate.

目的:分析血尿酸与肠道优势菌群的相关性,探讨高尿酸血症相关影响因素。方法:收集2018年1月至2020年4月在浙江树人学院树兰国际医学院树兰(杭州)医院体检并进行肠道优势菌群检测人群的资料。采用倾向性评分匹配法对其中高尿酸血症人群和正常血尿酸人群的年龄、性别、体质指数等基线资料进行1∶1匹配,共匹配出178对,分别命名为高尿酸血症组和对照组,比较两组肠道优势菌群差异,采用Pearson或Spearman相关系数法分析血尿酸与肠道优势菌群的相关性,并采用单因素和多因素logistic回归分析高尿酸血症的相关影响因素。结果:高尿酸血症组奇异菌、乳杆菌、拟杆菌、肠球菌、柔嫩梭菌、普拉梭菌、双歧杆菌、丁酸梭菌数及双歧杆菌数与肠杆菌数比值(B/E值)均低于对照组(均P<0.01)。相关性分析结果显示,血尿酸与奇异菌(r=-0.224,P<0.01)、拟杆菌(r=-0.116,P<0.05)、柔嫩梭菌(r=-0.196,P<0.01)、普拉梭菌(r=-0.244,P<0.01)、双歧杆菌(r=-0.237,P<0.01)、直肠真杆菌(r=-0.125,P<0.05)、丁酸梭菌数(r=-0.176,P<0.01)及B/E值(r=-0.127,P<0.05)负相关。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,谷氨酰转肽酶是高尿酸血症的独立危险因素(OR=1.007,95%CI:1.002~1.012,P<0.05),而奇异菌是高尿酸血症的独立保护因素(OR=0.714,95%CI:0.605~0.842,P<0.01)。结论:高尿酸血症患者存在肠道菌群失调,其中奇异菌是高尿酸血症的独立保护因素。

跨境犯罪屡见不鲜,进行跨境电子数据取证是打击跨境犯罪的重要途径。本文通过案例分析发现国际刑事司法协助、单边跨境取证与网络服务提供者协助三种方式在实践中的优劣势,并列举美、欧、俄三国不同的跨境取证模式,发现对我国有借鉴意义的内容,提出解决我国跨境取证存在的问题的方式,有助于丰富我国跨境电子数据取证方式,更好地应对跨境网络犯罪相关问题。

Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT), heralded as the “king” of conducting polymers, is esteemed in bioelectronics for its mixed electronic and ionic conductivity, mechanical properties compatible with biological tissues, tunable healing ability and stability in diverse environments [1]. Based on additive manufacturing of three-dimensional structures,PEDOT realizes the implementation in the efficient production of flexible bioelectronics, the construction of intricate electrode-neural implantations, and the development of smart brain-computer-interfaces [2].

Developing advanced stealth devices to cope with radar-infrared(IR)fusion detection and diverse application scenarios is increasingly demanded,which faces significant challenges due to conflicting microwave and IR cloaking mechanisms and functional integration ***,we propose a multiscale hierarchical structure design,integrating wrinkled MXene IR shielding layer and flexible Fe_(3)O_(4)@C/PDMS microwave absorption *** top wrinkled MXene layer induces the intensive diffuse reflection effect,shielding IR radiation signals while allowing microwave to pass ***,the permeable microwaves are assimilated into the bottom Fe_(3)O_(4)@C/PDMS layer via strong magneto-electric *** theoretical and experimental optimization,the assembled stealth devices realize a near-perfect stealth capability in both X-band(8–12 GHz)and long-wave infrared(8–14μm)wavelength ***,it delivers a radar cross-section reduction of−20 dB m^(2),a large apparent temperature modulation range(ΔT=70℃),and a low average IR emissivity of ***,the optimal device demonstrates exceptional curved surface conformability,self-cleaning capability(contact angle≈129°),and abrasion resistance(recovery time≈5 s).This design strategy promotes the development of multispectral stealth technology and reinforces its applicability and durability in complex and hostile environments.

Extrachromosomal DNA(ecDNA) is a form of circular DNA mostly found in tumor cells. Unlike the typical chromosomal DNA, ecDNA is circular, self-replicating, and carries complete or partial gene fragments. Although ecDNA occurrence remains a rare event in cancer, recent studies have shown that oncogene amplification on ecDNA is widespread throughout many types of cancer, implying that ecDNA plays a central role in accelerating tumor evolution. ecDNA has also been associated with increased tumor mutation burden, chromosomal instability, and even tumor microenvironment remodeling. ecDNA may be crucial in influencing tumor heterogeneity, drug sensitivity,oncogenic senescence, and tumor immunogenicity, leading to a worsening prognosis for tumor patients. In this way, several clinical trials have been conducted to investigate the importance of ecDNA in clinical treatment. In this review, we summarize the biogenesis, characteristics, and current research methods of ecDNA, discuss the vital role of ecDNA-caused tumor heterogeneity in cancers, and highlight the potential role of ecDNA in cancer therapy.

针对园子沟矿井1012102采煤工作面高温热害问题,采用喷雾降温实验确定最佳喷雾压力和喷嘴雾化参数,数值模拟分析不同喷雾温度和喷雾间距对降温效果的影响,并采用线性回归方法分析了采用喷雾前后人体的舒适度。结果表明:当综采工作面中喷雾系统采用组间距10 m,水温为286 K,压力6 MPa的参数时,单组峰值温度与常规通风方式的温差达到了1.3℃。在现场应用后,工作面人行道侧大部分区域的温度低于26℃,最高气温降至27℃以下,最低温度低至24.7℃,有效实现了区域降温。

Mechanism Study on the Effect of Retarder on Polyurethane Setting Time Based on Molecular Simulation

This study identified castor oil and phosphate ester as effective retarders through setting time,tensile,and flexural tests,and determined their optimal *** mechanism by which phosphate ester affects the setting time of polyurethane was further investigated using molecular dynamics *** transform infrared spectroscopy was also employed to systematically study the physical and chemical interactions between phosphate esters and polyurethane *** results demonstrate that a 1%concentration of phosphate ester provides the most effective retarding effect with minimal impact on the strength of *** phosphate ester is added to the B component of the two-component polyurethane system,its interaction energy with component A decreases,as do the diffusion coefficient and aggregation degree of component B on the surface of component *** reduction in interaction slows the setting ***,the addition of phosphate ester to polyurethane leads to the disappearance or weakening of functional groups,indicating competitive interactions within the phosphate ester components that inhibit the reaction rate.
