云南牟定安益矿床为一处铂族金属与钛磁铁矿共同产出的大型钛磁铁矿铂族金属矿床。目前对该矿床中铂族元素的赋存状态研究甚少。结合野外宏观地质特征和室内岩矿鉴定,笔者利用TIMA和LA-ICP-MS-Mapping分析方法,对安益矿床中铂族金属矿物学特征进行研究,发现安益矿床中的铂族元素(PGEs)主要以独立矿物的形式存在。铂族矿物(PGMs)多为铂和钯的砷化物、碲化物,如砷铂矿、砷钯矿、黄碲钯矿、碲钯矿等;主要分布于硅酸盐矿物中,其次为硫化物边缘,部分分布于磁铁矿边缘;铂族矿物成因主要有岩浆成因和热液成因2种。岩浆作用形成的铂族矿物分布于硅酸盐矿物中或硫化物边缘,硅酸盐中的铂族矿物是早期PGE与半金属元素形成的纳米团簇颗粒随岩浆演化形成矿物颗粒,被结晶的硅酸盐矿物包裹;分布于硫化物边缘的铂族矿物是残余熔浆结晶的结果。热液作用将PGE以类质同象的形式富集于钛磁铁矿单辉岩的部分矿物中,如热液蚀变较强烈的黄铜矿中含有较高的Rh,这也与铂族矿物集中分布在钛磁铁矿单辉岩中一致。

Expression of Bmi-1 and EZH2 in tissues adjacent to human epithelial ovarian cancer cells of orthotopic implantation in nude mice

Objective This study investigated the feasibility of screening residual normal ovarian tissues based on the expression of Bmi-1 and EZH2 in tissues adjacent to orthotopic ovarian carcinomas in nude mice. Methods The human epithelial ovarian cancer cell line OVCAR3 was grown in subcutaneous tissues and the tumor tissues were orthotopically implanted. The expression levels of Bmi-1 and EZH2 were detected by immunohistochemical staining and RT-PCR in cancer tissues, proximal and remote tissues with respect to the cancer tissues, and normal ovarian tissues of nude mice.Results Thirty-five ovarian tissue samples with normal biopsy results were obtained from 40 cases of human epithelial ovarian cancer in the nude mice in which the tumor tissues were orthotopically implanted. Bmi-1 and EZH2 expression levels were lower in proximal paraneoplastic tissue samples than in cancer tissue samples(P < 0.05) and higher than in remote paraneoplastic tissue samples(P < 0.01). No significant difference was found in the expression levels of Bmi-1 and EZH2 using immunohistochemistry among residual normal ovarian tissues obtained from orthotopically implanted models that differed in severity. The expression of Bmi-1 and EZH2 was negative in 20 normal ovarian tissue samples.Conclusion The expression levels of Bmi-1 and EZH2 were reduced with increasing distance from the cancer tissues. Negative expression of these tumor-associated genes can be used as a standard for the screening of normal ovarian tissues adjacent to tumor tissues. Normal ovarian tissues can be obtained from the tissues adjacent to tumors.

Recently,sharded-blockchain has attracted more and more attention.Its inherited immutabili-ty,decentralization,and promoted scalability effectively address the trust issue of the data sharing in the Internet of Things(IoT).Nevertheless,the traditional random allocation between validator groups and transaction pools ignores the differences of shards,which reduces the overall system per-formance due to the unbalance between computing capacity and transaction load.To solve this prob-lem,a load balance optimization framework for sharded-blockchain enabled IoT is proposed,where the allocation between the validator groups and transaction pools is implemented reasonably by deep reinforcement learning(DRL).Specifically,based on the theoretical analysis of the intra-shard consensus and the final system consensus,the optimization of system performance is formed as a Markov decision process(MDP),and the allocation of the transaction pools,the block size,and the block interval are jointly trained in the DRL agent.The simulation results show that the proposed scheme improves the scalability of the sharded blockchain system for IoT.

Point clouds and RGB images are both critical data for 3D object detection. While recent multi-modal methods combine them directly and show remarkable performances, they ignore the distinct forms of these two types of data. For mitigating the influence of this intrinsic difference on performance, we propose a novel but effective fusion model named LI-Attention model, which takes both RGB features and point cloud features into consideration and assigns a weight to each RGB feature by attention mechanism.Furthermore, based on the LI-Attention model, we propose a 3D object detection method called image attention transformer network(IAT-Net) specialized for indoor RGB-D scene. Compared with previous work on multi-modal detection, IAT-Net fuses elaborate RGB features from 2D detection results with point cloud features in attention mechanism, meanwhile generates and refines 3D detection results with transformer model. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our approach outperforms stateof-the-art performance on two widely used benchmarks of indoor 3D object detection, SUN RGB-D and NYU Depth V2, while ablation studies have been provided to analyze the effect of each module. And the source code for the proposed IAT-Net is publicly available at https://***/wisper181/IAT-Net.

Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)present significant risks to human health owing to their carcinogenic,teratogenic,and mutagenic properties.The contamination of surface water with PAHs via runoff has become a prominent source of water pollution.While the capacity of bioretention systems to remove PAHs from runoff is recognized,the dynamics of PAH migration and degradation in these systems are not well-understood.This study aims to explain the migration and fate of PAHs in bioretention systems through a series of experiments and model simulations.This study constructed bioretention systems with three different media types and found that these systems achieved PAH load reductions exceeding 92%.Notably,naphthalene(NAP),fluoranthene(FLT),and pyrene(PYR)tended to accumulate in the media’s upper layer,at depths of 10 to 40 cm.To further analyze the migration and fate of PAHs during multi-site rainfall events and across prolonged operation,we applied the HYDRUS-1D model under three distinct scenarios.The findings of this study indicated that NAP degraded in 40 d,whereas FLT and PYR showed incomplete degradation after 120 d.During continuous rainfall events,there was no clear pattern of PAH accumulation;however,FLT and PYR persisted in the bioretention systems.The combination of experimental and simulation findings highlights the inevitable accumulation of PAHs during extended use of bioretention systems.This research provides a theoretical basis for improving operational efficiency,advancing PAH degradation in bioretention systems,and reducing their toxicity.

Hyperuricemia is a high-risk factor for the development of gout and renal fibrosis,but the adverse effects of hyperuricemia on the liver have been seriously neglected.This research investigated the ameliorating effect of Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus Fmb14 on hyperuricemia induced liver dysfunction both in vitro and in vivo.Cell free extracts of high dose L.rhamnosus Fmb14 treatment reduced the death rate of HepG2 cell lines from 24.1%to 14.9%by inhibiting NLRP3 recruitment,which was mainly activated by reactive oxygen species release and mitochondrial membrane potential disorder.In purine dietary induced hyperuricemia(PDIH)mice model,liver oedema and pyroptosis were ameliorated after L.rhamnosus Fmb14 administration through downregulating the expression levels of NLRP3,caspase-1 and gasdermin-D from 1.61 to 0.86,3.15 to 1.01 and 5.63 to 2.02,respectively.L.rhamnosus Fmb14 administration restored mitochondrial inner membrane protein(MPV17)and connexin 43 from 2.83 and 0.73 to 0.80 and 0.98 respectively in PDIH mice,indicating that dysbiosis of mitochondrial membrane potential was restored in liver.Intriguingly,PDIH pyroptosis stimulates the process of apoptosis,which leads to severe leakage of hepatocytes,and both of pyroptosis and apoptosis were decreased after L.rhamnosus Fmb14 treatment.Therefore,L.rhamnosus Fmb14 is a promising biological resource to maintain homeostasis of the liver in hyperuricemia and the prevention of subsequent complications.

Objective To investigate effects of panhysterectomy on TDAR in female BALB/c mice. Methods FemaleBALB/c mice were randomly distributed in normal control, sham operated and operated groups. Mice in sham operated and operated groups received panhysterectomy and mice in normal control did not receive any operation. Keyhole limpet haemocyanin( KLH) was injected to immunize mice in normal control and operated groups and flow cytometry was applied to observe changes of B lymphocyte. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(Elisa) was used to test levels of serum estradiol and Ig G induced by KLH. Histological changes of ovaries were observed using hematoxylin and eosin stain(HE). Results Proliferation and differentiation of B lymphocyte in normal control and operated groups were greatly increased compared to sham operated group(P < 0.05), it demonstrated KLH could stimulate proliferation and differentiation of B lymphocyte. Ig G levels induced by KLH and levels of serum estradiol in operated group were lower than that of normal control group(P < 0.05);It illustrated panhysterectomy decreased Ig G production induced by KLH and estradiol secretion. Ovaries in operated group showed decreased size, irregular appearance of mature follicle, loose and apoptosis of granular cell.Conclusions: Panhysterectomy suppresses T cell-dependent antibody response in female BALB/c mice by decreasing secretion of estradiol from ovaries.

基于气体介质动态温度校准需求,研制了一套基于激波原理的气体动态温度校准装置。针对传统激波管产生激波持续时间短无法激励温度传感器的问题,通过改造传统激波管结构,实现了激波过程后稳态温度气体持续流动,克服了传感器有效激励问题。为了实现快速响应温度传感器的高质量动态校准,通过激波过程温度幅值补偿研究,减小了温度幅值不稳定对于动态校准结果的影响。此外,通过激波非定常边界层对于温度的影响分析,得到了忽略温度随壁面参数变化的条件,提高了激励信号发生的可靠性。最后,基于试验手段对于校准装置的可溯源性进行了分析和验证,试验结果表明所研制的气体动态温度校准装置可以产生阶跃上升时间为1.6 ms,稳态幅值为320℃,持续时间为40 s的动态温度激励信号,基本满足温度传感器动态校准需求。

低速风洞气流温度数据质量是影响风洞流场品质的关键,针对热电偶测量导热误差和辐射误差补偿方法开展了专项研究。具体基于传热学基本原理,开展了基于热电偶丝浸入长度定值导热误差补偿方法、周围温度相对变化率定值辐射误差补偿方法研究,得到了热电偶浸入长度和周围温度相对变化率与温度测试误差之间定量关系的仿真结果。为了对于误差机理分析和仿真结果进行验证,开展了风洞验证试验。试验结果表明:热电偶浸入误差实测结果与理论仿真结果基本一致,周围温度相对变化率ω<1,可以降低温度测量辐射误差对于温度均匀性影响7.12倍。所提方法对于气体介质条件下热电偶工程应用提供了有益探索和技术依据。
