In recent years, sodium-ion batteries(SIBs) have received renewed attention due to the continued rise in lithium prices. SIBs are promising to replace lithium-ion batteries under various application scenarios, such as large-scale energy storage systems and low-speed electric vehicles. As the core of SIBs, electrode materials are the key factor demining the electrochemical performance. Key drawback, including cycle stability, air stability and energy density, are refraining the development of SIBs off-industrialization. For a systematic understanding on the development of SIBs, in this review, we summarized the progress of SIBs from the industrialization viewpoint,including the fabrication methods suitable for large scale production of electrode materials of SIBs, and the optimization strategies to improve electrochemical performance. Finally, we proposed promising directions for future development of electrode materials for SIBs toward industrialization.

Graphite is a dominant anode material for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)due to its outstanding electrochemical ***,slow lithium ion(Li+)kinetics of graphite anode restricts its further ***,we report that high-temperature shock(HTS)can drive spent graphite(SG)into defect-rich recycled graphite(DRG)which is ideal for high-rate *** DRG exhibits the charging specific capacity of 323 mAh/g at a high current density of 2 C,which outperforms commercial graphite(CG,120 mAh/g).The eminent electrochemical performance of DRG can be attributed to the recovery of layered structure and partial remaining defects of SG during ultrafast heating and cooling process,which can effectively reduce total strain energy,accelerate the phase transition in thermodynamics and improve the Li+*** study provides a facile strategy to guide the re-graphitization of SG and design high performance battery electrode materials by defect engineering from the atomic level.

酸热法提取黑水虻鲜幼虫油脂工艺研究

【目的】构建黑水虻油脂的快速、高效的新型提取工艺,解决传统提取工艺中因乳化作用和细胞破碎不足导致油脂提取率较低的问题,为黑水虻油脂的提取及黑水虻油脂的规模化发展提供新思路。【方法】使用酸热法提取黑水虻鲜幼虫油脂,通过控制变量法选取黑水虻鲜幼虫油脂的预处理方法和提取溶剂,经单因素试验和正交试验对提取工艺进行优化,分析黑水虻鲜幼虫油脂的理化指标,并通过高效气相色谱仪分析其脂肪酸组成。【结果】酸热法提取黑水虻鲜幼虫油脂的最佳预处理方法为添加质量分数5.0%的柠檬酸溶液匀浆破碎(m(鲜幼虫/g)∶V(溶液/mL)=1∶1),最佳提取溶剂为石油醚,提取工艺条件为柠檬酸溶液质量分数5.0%、料液比m(鲜幼虫/g)∶V(石油醚/mL)=1∶5、提取时间60 min和提取温度50℃。在此条件下,油脂提取率达到94.67%,且耗时4 h便可得到黑水虻鲜幼虫油脂。黑水虻鲜幼虫油脂的酸值为9.30 mg·g-1,过氧化值为1.74 mmol·kg^(-1),皂化值为227.23 mg·g-1。鲜幼虫油脂共检测出20种脂肪酸,其中,亚油酸与月桂酸的含量最高,分别为32.72%和30.75%。【结论】酸热法能快速、高效地提取黑水虻鲜幼虫油脂,既节省了干燥成本,又保证了油脂的品质和脂肪酸组成。

【目的】解决鸡粪氨气释放和氮素营养流失的问题,减少鸡粪对养殖环境的污染并提高其农用价值。【方法】通过原位筛选法从鸡粪中得到有效降低鸡粪发酵过程中氨气释放的菌株,并采用形态学及分子生物学手段鉴定其种属。将该菌株应用于鸡粪中进行发酵,确定菌株的降氨效果及氮素的转化流向。【结果】在鸡粪中获得一株具有降氨效果的菌株LF10,鉴定为白地霉菌(Geotrichum candidum)。将白地霉LF10接入鸡粪中进行发酵,与对照组相比,在48 h时鸡粪中氨气释放量减少了12.16%,铵态氮含量减少了32.93%,硝态氮含量增加了7.99%,总氮含量增加了3.31%。【结论】白地霉LF10是一株高效降低氨氮的菌株,可以在较短时间内将鸡粪中铵态氮转化为硝态氮,进而降低鸡粪发酵过程中的氨气的排放,有效保留鸡粪中的氮素营养。

华北地区是我国空气污染最严重的地区之一.泰山为华北平原最高峰,可代表华北地区背景大气的环境特征.本研究利用2021年6−8月在泰山顶的强化观测数据,开展了基于观测的化学盒子模型模拟,结合位于泰山下国控站点(泰安市监测站)同期监测数据的对比分析,探究了泰山顶夏季PM_(2.5)和O_(3)的污染特征及成因机制.结果表明:①观测期间,泰山顶NO2、SO2、CO的日均浓度均明显低于泰山下,而泰山顶O_(3)浓度相对更高.泰山顶O_(3)浓度超标天数为61 d,超标率为67.0%,最长连续超标天数达23 d;泰山顶PM_(2.5)日均浓度亦略高于泰山下.②泰山顶日间(07:00−17:00)O_(3)浓度主要来源于光化学反应,而夜间主要来源于区域传输.观测期间,泰山顶O_(3)的生成主要处于NO_(x)控制区.③随PM_(2.5)小时平均浓度的增加,其中二次无机盐(硫酸盐、硝酸盐和铵盐)浓度增加的比例大于有机物;与清洁时段(PM_(2.5)小时浓度小于35μg/m^(3)的时段)相比,PM_(2.5)污染时段(PM_(2.5)小时浓度大于35μg/m^(3)的时段)二次无机盐浓度占比增加了13.1%.④泰山顶PM_(2.5)日均浓度和O_(3)日最大8 h平均浓度(MDA8 O_(3)浓度)呈显著正相关(R=0.73,P<0.01).观测期间共发生50次PM_(2.5)和O_(3)小时浓度同步升高的现象,O_(3)浓度平均升速为(10.1±5.3)μg/(m^(3)·h),PM_(2.5)浓度平均升速为(9.5±6.4)μg/(m^(3)·h),二者同步升高的持续时间为2~14 ***_(2.5)和O_(3)小时浓度同步升高的过程倾向于发生在静风时段,与地面污染物向山顶输送、光化学反应、液相反应及残留层中的传输过程有关.研究显示,泰山O_(3)和PM_(2.5)污染防控需关注周边地区污染物排放及残留层传输的影响.

目的分析基于六步法的显微镜下精索静脉结扎术的临床效果。方法回顾性分析山东大学齐鲁医院闵傲外科收治的102例精索静脉曲张患者在2021年9月—2022年12月进行显微镜下精索静脉结扎术的疗效,对照组(2021年9月—2022年6月,共47例)患者行常规显微镜下精索静脉结扎术,试验组(2022年7月—2022年12月,共55例)采用基于六步法的行显微镜下精索静脉结扎术,对比两组患者手术指标和并发症发生情况。结果试验组手术时间较对照组明显缩短(32.54±1.68)vs.(47.76±1.43)min,组间差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。结论基于六步法的显微镜下精索静脉结扎术,通过建立正确的手术层面,规范了手术步骤和流程,从而减少了手术时间,同时有效结扎静脉、保留动脉及淋巴管,术后并发症少,临床疗效良好。
