Domain adaptation(DA)for semantic segmentation aims to reduce the annotation burden for the dense pixellevel prediction task.It focuses on tackling the domain gap problem and manages to transfer knowledge learned from abundant source data to new target scenes.Although recent works have achieved rapid progress in this field,they still underperform fully supervised models with a large margin due to the absence of any available hints in the target domain.Considering that few-shot labels are cheap to obtain in practical applications,wc attempt to leverage them to mitigate the performance gap between DA and fully supervised methods.The key to this problem is to leverage the few-shot labels to learn robust domain-invariant predictions effectively.To this end,we first design a data perturbation strategy to enhance the robustness of the representations.Furthermore,a transferable prototype module is proposed to bridge the domain gap based on the source data and few-shot targets.By means of these proposed methods,our approach can perform on par with the fully supervised models to some extent.We conduct extensive experiments to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods and report the state-of-the-art performance on two popular DA tasks,i.e.,from GTA5 to Cityscapes and SYNTHIA to Cityscapes.

A multi-modal time-to-failure distribution for an electro-migration(EM) structure has been observed and studied from long duration in-situ EM experiment, for which the failure mechanism has been investigated and discussed comprehensively. The mixed EM failure behavior strongly suggest that the fatal voids induced EM failure appear at various locations along the EM structure. This phenomenon is believed to be highly related to the existence of pre-existing voids before EM stress. Meanwhile, the number and location of the pre-existing voids can influence the EM failure mode significantly. Based on our research, a potential direction to improve the EM lifetime of Cu interconnect is presented.

为了实现神东矿区综采工作面的无人化、少人化,降低工人劳动强度,以补连塔煤矿22406综采工作面为背景,采用理论分析计算与现场实测相结合的研究方法对工作面主运巷采用锚索主动式超前支护方式的科学性和合理性开展了研究,同时引用两侧实体煤巷道力学模型对主运巷专用锚索超前支护设计进行验证,通过验证“排距3 m,每排2套”的超前支护形式满足工作面超前支护要求。通过主运巷道超前支护段锚杆(索)受力监测可知,工作面推进过程中,超前支承压力的影响范围约为42 m,在距工作面10~26 m范围,超前支承压力增加幅度较大,应力集中系数为1.23~1.5。通过巷道围岩表面位移监测可知,主运巷在距离回采工作面35 m左右受采动影响开始变形,回采过程中,顶板最大下沉量达到16 mm,底板最大底鼓量达到42 mm,两帮最大移近量达到45 mm。研究结果表明,采用锚索补强超前支护方式,巷道围岩得到有效控制,围岩整体稳定且变形可控,现场应用效果良好。

AIM To compare the differential immune T cell subset com-position in patients with acute T cell-mediated rejection in the kidney transplant with subset composition in the absence of rejection, and to explore the association of their respective immune profiles with kidney transplant outcomes.METHODS A pilot cross-sectional histopathological analysis of the immune infiltrate was performed using immunohistochemistry in a cohort of 14 patients with acute T cellmediated rejection in the kidney transplant and 7 kidney transplant patients with no rejection subjected to biopsy to investigate acute kidney transplant dysfunction. All patients were recruited consecutively from 2012 to 2014 at the Singapore General Hospital. Association of the immune infiltrates with kidney transplant outcomes at up to 54 mo of follow up was also explored prospectively.RESULTS In a comparison to the absence of rejection, acute T cell-mediated rejection in the kidney transplant was characterised by numerical dominance of cytotoxic T lymphocytes over Foxp3^+ regulatory T cells, but did not reach statistical significance owing to the small sample size in our pilot study. There was no obvious difference in absolute numbers of infiltrating cytotoxic T lymphocytes, Foxp3^+ regulatory T cells and Th17 cells between the two patient groups when quantified separately. Our exploratory analysis on associations of T cell subset quantifications with kidney transplant outcomes revealed that the degree of Th17 cell infiltration was significantly associated with shorter time to doubling of creatinine and shorter time to transplant loss.CONCLUSION Although this was a small pilot study, results support our suspicion that in kidney transplant patients the immune balance in acute T cell-mediated rejection is tilted towards the pro-rejection forces and prompt larger and more sophisticated studies.

Lithium carbonate （Li2CO3） is very common in various types of lithium （Li） batteries. As an insulating by-product of the oxygen reduction reaction on the cathode of a Li-air battery, it cannot be decomposed below 4.75 V （vs. Li＋/Li） during recharge and leads to a large polarization, low coulombic efficiency, and low energy conversion efficiency of the battery. On the other hand, more than 10% of the Li ions from the cathode material are consumed during chemical formation of a Li-ion battery, resulting in low coulombic efficiency and/or energy density. Consequently, lithium compensation becomes essential to realize Li-ion batteries with a higher energy density and longer cycle life. Therefore, reducing the oxidation potential of Li2CO3 is significantly important. To address these issues, we show that the addition of nanoscaled LiCoO2 can effectively lower this potential to 4.25 V. On the basis of physical characterization and electrochemical evaluation, we propose the oxidization mechanism of Li2CO3. These findings will help to decrease the polarization of Li-air batteries and provide an effective strategy for efficient Li compensation for Li-ion batteries, which can significantly improve their energy density and increase their energy conversion efficiency and cycle life.

月球车在月面巡视探测过程中采用大间距行进模式、以倾斜视角拍摄月面,导致相邻站点间所拍摄的月面图像重叠区域较小,并且在尺度、旋转上具有较大的差异;同时由于站点间图像仿射变换复杂、纹理相似度高且光照条件不一致,仅利用图像局部表观特征匹配极易发生错误。针对上述问题,提出了基于双向松弛极线约束的图像匹配算法,首先,将惯导测量的站点间近似相对位姿引入到成像光束的投影变换中,计算一个站点图像特征点在另一站点图像中对应的极线方程;其次,根据站点误差范围近似估计前后站图像中双向极线的松弛约束范围,构建限定在松弛约束范围内的匹配候选点集合;再次,利用FLANN算法进行特征匹配,选取同时满足双向松弛极线约束且相似度高的特征点对;最后,使用RANSAC算法进一步剔除错误匹配点,得到最终配对点集合。实验表明:上述算法在处理站点间大尺度、旋转变换月面图像匹配问题时,能够尽可能多地保留正确匹配点,极大提升匹配正确率和剔除无效匹配点,相比ASIFT等算法效果提升明显。

随着超大规模集成电路(VLSI)工艺的发展及低介电常数(k)材料的引入,芯片及测试结构对于水汽侵入的影响愈加敏感,从而对Cu互连可靠性测试的准确性提出了严峻的挑战。通过设计的实验验证了水汽侵入对Cu互连电迁移性能退化的影响。借助失效分析手段,深入研究和讨论了水汽侵入的潜在影响机制。实验分析表明,水汽侵入对Cu互连的影响主要集中在使Cu互连金属自身发生氧化或使Ta/TaN金属阻挡层发生氧化两方面。基于该研究结果,提出了防止水汽侵入影响的有效措施,其对于保障Cu互连可靠性测试及集成电路制造工艺可靠性评估的准确性具有参考作用。
