Characteristics and main controlling factors of helium resources in the main petroliferous basins of the North China Craton

At present, the main controlling factors of helium accumulation is one of the key scientific problems restricting the exploration and development of helium reservoir. In this paper, based on the calculation results of He generation rate and the geochemical characteristics of the produced gas, both the similarities and differences between natural gas and He resources in the Bohai Bay, Ordos and the surrounding Songliao Basin are compared and analyzed, discussing the main controlling factors of helium resources in the three main petroliferous basins of the North China Craton. It is found that the three basins of Bohai Bay, Ordos and Songliao have similar characteristics of source rocks, reservoirs and cap rocks, that's why their methane resource characteristics are essentially the same. The calculated ~4He generation per cubic metamorphic crystalline basement in the three basins is roughly equivalent, which is consistent with the measured He resources, and it is believed that the ~4He of radiogenic from the crust is the main factor controlling the overall He accumulation in the three basins;there is almost no contribution of the mantle-derived CH_4, which suggests that the transport and uplift of mantle-derived ~3He carried by the present-day magmatic activities along the deep-large faults is not the main reason for the mantle-derived ~3He mixing in the basins. Combined with the results of regional volcanic and geophysical studies,it is concluded that under the background of the destruction of North China Craton, magma intrusion carried a large amount of mantle-derived material and formed basic volcanic rocks in the Bohai Bay Basin and Songliao Basin, which replenished mantle-derived ~3He for the interior of the basins, and that strong seismic activities in and around the basins also promoted the upward migration of mantle source ~3He. Design and Implementation of Library Seating Management System

The library seating management system is an important part of the library’s modern services. The system is based on the Spring and Spring Boot framework, and the system realizes a series of functions such as real-time query, reservation, and cancellation of seat resources, providing users with great convenience. With a simple operation, users can know the availability of seats in the library in real time and reserve them according to their needs. At the same time, the system also provides rich management functions, enabling administrators to easily configure and manage seat resources. The addition, deletion, modification and review of users, the generation of seats, the viewing of user usage records, and the addition or deletion of points for users’ usage can also be carried out. This not only improves the management efficiency, but also provides more scientific and accurate data support for the management of the library. The system not only optimizes the user experience, but also promotes the scientific management and efficient utilization of library resources, and provides strong support for the modern services of the library.

卸荷条件下冻结砂岩力学性质及损伤本构模型研究

为探究低温软岩卸荷力学性质和损伤特性,采用GCTS低温岩石三轴仪对冻结砂岩(温度-5℃,-10℃和-15℃)进行不同初始围压和不同卸荷速率下的加卸载试验,并与常规加载试验相对比,通过获取全过程应力–应变曲线分析卸荷冻结砂岩的力学性能与变形特性,以及岩样的破坏特征。结果表明:(1)卸荷冻结砂岩呈剪切破坏和劈裂破坏组合破坏模式,且以劈裂破坏为主;高初始围压和高卸荷速率下,岩样脆性特征明显,破坏更加剧烈。(2)卸荷砂岩的峰值强度普遍低于(约降低1/4)常规砂岩的,残余强度则恰好相反,而二者强度值均与初始围压呈线性正相关;卸荷砂岩的弹性模量约为常规砂岩的1.5倍,泊松比为2~4倍。(3)卸荷使冻结砂岩的变形明显增大,扩容现象显著,应力–应变曲线峰前应力强化效应和峰后应力弱化效应减弱,峰后应力出现水平段。(4)卸荷主要通过降低黏聚力、提高内摩擦角来改变冻结砂岩的力学强度;卸荷速率的升高、温度的降低,使得冻结砂岩的峰值强度和弹性模量增大,变形、泊松比和残余强度减小。基于损伤力学等应变假设和Weibull分布,建立了适用于冻结砂岩的卸荷损伤本构模型,能够切实地反映冻结砂岩的侧向卸荷力学特性。研究成果可为低温软岩力学特性研究及其工程应用提供重要参考。

High temperature treatment induced production of unreduced 2n pollen in Camellia oleifera

In tea plants,the abundant flavonoid compounds are responsible for the health benefits for the human body and define the astringent flavor *** the downstream mechanisms of flavonoid biosynthesis have been extensively studied,the role of chalcone synthase(CHS)in this secondary metabolic process in tea plants remains less *** this study,we compared the evolutionary profile of the flavonoid metabolism pathway and discovered that gene duplication of CHS occurred in tea *** identified three CsCHS genes,along with a CsCHS-like gene,as potential candidates for further functional *** the CsCHS-like gene,the CsCHS genes effectively restored flavonoid production in Arabidopsis ***,CsCHS transgenic tobacco plants exhibited higher flavonoid compound accumulation compared to their wild-type *** notably,our examination of promoter and gene expression levels for the selected CHS genes revealed distinct responses to UV-B stress in tea *** findings suggest that environmental factors such as UV-B exposure could have been the key drivers behind the gene duplication events in CHS.

Phlorizin alleviates deltamethrin-induced oxidative stress in brine shrimp Artemia

Deltamethrin(DEL),a commonly used pyrethroid pesticide,results in higher reactive oxygen species(ROS)levels in aquatic animals,which consequently unbalance the redox ***(PHL)is a flavonoid and a natural product promising to prevent or reduce pesticide-induced oxidative *** is a micro-crustacean widely used in marine hatcheries and an experimental aquatic organism for environmental toxicology *** research aimed to evaluate the toxicity of DEL on Artemia and the antioxidative effect of PHL against the *** show that 0.08-mg/mL PHL exerted its antioxidative effects on hatching percentage of the cysts in 24-h incubation and on body length and survival rate of Artemia in 12-d *** 12-d culture,12-,24-,and 36-h DEL exposure showed significant drops in SOD,CAT,and GSH-Px enzyme activities,and significant increases in ROS and malondialdehyde(MDA)levels in Artemia(P<0.05).On the contrary,0.08-mg/mL PHL application improved the enzyme activities and decreased the ROS and MDA levels(P<0.05).Moreover,0.08-mg/mL PHL significantly increased mRNA expression levels of Cu/Zn SOD,CAT,GST,HO-1,NQO1,and Nrf2,and decreased mRNA expression level of Keap1 in the DEL-exposed Artemia(P<0.05).Therefore,DEL is toxic to Artemia,while PHL alleviates DEL-induced oxidative damage by possibly regulating the Nrf2signaling *** study provided a theoretical basis for PHL to reduce pesticide-induced toxicity in aquatic animals.

Differences in vascular endothelial function and serum proteome between obese people with phlegm-dampness constitution and balanced constitution

Biochar alleviates apple replant disease by reducing the growth of Fusarium oxysporum and regulating microbial communities
